where did it state these shares were purchased for $6.7 mil?
No reason we couldn't be in that exact same situation in 6 months, with the grant money and a trial moving ahead, I am sure Leo would want to employ some people.
Exactly! who would have thought we would be where we are 5 months ago.
I was a bit nervous after the 1st quarter filing truth to be told, seeing the rather larger dilution that had happened since the beginning of the year, and still IPIX had little cash. So to see a $6 mil raised for 35 mill shares, if that is indeed the correct amount of shares, is in my view fairly cheap financing.
We are now in a much stronger cash position, and with everything going on I think we are in the best place currently, that we have been in the last 2.5 years.
We will IMO look back at this time in a couple of months and hopefully realise this was the turning point, where IPIX really started to take off.
They have been on a shoe string budget for the last two years, so I am sure Leo will get the most out of that $6 mil, which is not $50 mil I agree but no less a significant sum raised for what I consider to be a small amount of shares.
Maybe you should pop over to the CYDY board and tell them that, their share price went to $10 with 515 mil shares OS, didn't seem to hold them back
6 mil for 35 mil shares is cheap IMO, the last few years have been brutal in terms of dilution, these 35 mil shares is the best capital raise they have done in the last 2.5 years
Leo did state that all warrants were exercised, so I can only assume it includes the Aspire warrants.
If it does, then those $3 mil were cheap for the company.
I assume that the aspire warrants were exercised, they had 8 mil at 0.38.
so just over $3 mil I assume came from that, so half the money for just 8 mil shares.
if the remaining $3 mil was done at half that price i.e. $0.19 then the full amount of dilution comes to 24 mil shares.
I am very happy with this dilution for $6 mil. Cheap in my view to improve their capital situation as much as they did.
I agree with most of what you say, however please also remember that Leo is a huge shareholder as well and stands to lose everything unless he manage to get B over the line, that IMO gives him huge amount of motivation.
In "The Art of War" Sun Tzu describes a battle where he has positioned his men in a dead end against a much larger enemy, his men knew then that there was no escape, except fighting the much larger army in order to have any chance of survival. as a result his men fought like lions and overcame the much larger army.
I see Leo in that same kind of situation, he knows that he has to make a success of B, otherwise he will lose everything. That in my view makes him fight like a Lion and as such he has my full support in any decision he makes.
I am confident that he is fully aware of the corruption he is up against and I am equally sure he will make the best decision in regards to B, that will yield the best financial result for him and all shareholders.
Fully agree.
Big pharma has all the power, A partner deal for B is what I am hoping for and hoping big pharma will be satisfied with that, otherwise they might just employ all their power to destroy IPIX and grab B for next to nothing.
These results that B is currently showing might just get us there as hopefully it will create so much interest across a number of big Pharma companies that the competition between them makes make it harder for them to destroy IPIX leaving the partner deal as Big Pharma's best option.
That would still give IPIX a very nice SP and further afford the opportunity to get Kevetrin through phase 3 on their own.
Fully agree
Nothing about this whole virus thing makes much sense, however there is a select few who has made billions out of this and wants this to continue as long as possible in order to get people to accept vaccinations mandatory or
not. I see conflicts of interest everywhere and the whole power grab by governments world wide scares the C..b out of me.
hydroxy has been in use since 1949, I think they would have found out a bit sooner if it was really that dangerous as has been recently proclaimed.
Very True.
They could start by subpoena William Thomsen from the CDC to hear what data was manipulated in the study he and 4 other scientist carried out between 200-2004 on the risk of the MMR.
That would be a start in getting to the truth about vaccines.
that is indeed a massive gap, 164000 shares sold and it went to $4.95.
Cannot wait to see what tomorrow brings.
76 percent of the shares are owned by Biotime, and they are not for sale. With an OS of 32 mil shares, that leaves only 7.7 million shares available to trade, as the recent 8 million shares from the placement are restricted for sale. A whiff of volume and this thing will fly.
Huge drop from over 6 Dollar 3 months ago, no doubt the people buying into this placement of shares were responsible for some of that, to push the share price to just under the placement price of $1.26, hence why it rebounded so violently the day after the placement was confirmed.
Still lots of room for this thing to move 50 Day MA is a $3.03 the next one the 200 day MA is all the way up at $4.76.
I reckon it will go through the 50 Day MA very easily on the way to the 200 Day MA.
And it certainly did! up 7% on the day in a blood red market, that is very good going. No doubt many eyes will look at this one tonight, as todays green stocks will stand out like a sore thump.
Once they realised how oversold this thing is and how far it can still go up, there will be a lot of buying decisions made I am sure.
Tomorrow could be huge if DOW makes a rebound.
OCX one of only a handful of stocks in the green today, very bullish IMO, if DOW turns tomorrow expect to see increased volume here and an exploding share price.
Very encouraging trading today, holding out for $7
It could indeed take off, with the money just raised they will have enough to get their lung cancer test kit in the market, this could become quite a revenue earner.
They have no debt and are not in risk of any bankruptcy, with only 40 mil OS including the ones from recent placement and an amazing product line, they could indeed become quite a successful company,
No worries.
I do like this company even though the fully diluted count is as high as it is, still the business model seems great with an aggressive focus on growing sales. The CEO has done a great job of streamlining things, so it could be a good turn around play.
What are you thoughts?
Good to see that they were successful here. That is a very large customer, that could potentially lead to many more sales.
couldn't get your link to work so posting another one here.

Good presentation on their website, this looks like a turn around story which could become a really good play.
If they could get this new customer funding program to generate more sales, I think it could accelerate this stock higher.
Earnings should be out in the next few weeks, will be interesting to see if their sales have grown further.

I can see that it traded over 50 mil one day in the beginning of June, how is that even possible, twice the amount of OS, the manipulation in the OTC market is so obvious that it beggars belief it can be allowed to continue.
Surely the authorities must step up at some point, before every development company is destroyed and with that any hope of creating new jobs
Well they had 24,220,400 shares outstanding as of 9th of May 2016 as per their 1st Quarter report, so unless they have issued a bunch of shares in the last Month, then that should still be true.

Wow WTH happened here, is there really only 24 mil shares outstanding valuing the company at $315.000? so somebody could really buy the whole company for that.
This looks like one of the worst cases of naked shorting that I have seen in the OTC market.

Big name, very bullish to see him taking a position here.
Yes exactly ISCO is extremely cheap here from a MC perspective, they have some really good patents for some outstanding technologies, so it might even be another company going for a take over, hostile or otherwise.
Have been wanting to buy in ever since the pre spilt as that was holding me back, really annoyed that I didn't see the $1.25 dip right after the split as I would have bought it below $1.50 for sure.
Anyways good luck to all you longs and the ones that have bought recently for a very good gain here, hope it goes high enough to justify the investment over the years for you all, you definitely deserve it after the last few years roller coaster.

Been looking around for news as well with no luck, wonder if the shorts which I am sure have very good connections knows that something is due to be released?
Thanks Tjusa, glad to hear that as I have always thought that Thorium was the big deal breaker, I love all the benefits about it and that LTBR IMO is the leader with the the best Thorium fuel.
Will start to pay more attention to LTBR again.

Is this metallic fuel throium or have they abandoned that, sorry haven't followed LTBR for a while
Completely agree, ISCO is very undervalued, however I don't think the shorts have lost their grip yet, the next few weeks should be telling.
I have been in and out of ISCO over the years, and if they take it low enough I will be taking a position, if one of my other plays come through before that, then I will be taking a sizable position, for me anyway.
In a few years from now with a positive Parkinson triel it could be multiples of current price
GLTY
Yes I know, it doesn't make sense unless a lot of shorting has been going on. Clearly the company understands that as well, as I am assuming the R/S was to get the share price high enough for them to list on a better exchange, where the regulations are better.
Just a shame that so many people has been hit in the process.
I personally think this stock is shorted heavily like so many other companies on the OTC, ISCO needs to uplist as soon as to make the short position visible, this should hopefully force the shorts to cover.
A market cap of less than $5 mil is ridiculous for this company, good technology and revenue many times the competitors, which have much bigger market caps, just doesn't smell right
I will be selling at $5, $10, $15 and $20 per share, that will work out amazingly for me
Thanks for the shares
Did it go below 8 cents, sorry I must have missed something?
I feel your pain, I have been in other really promising stocks, only to watch it decreasing in value year over year, I still very much believe in the potential of the technology, however timing is everything when it comes to breakthrough technologies like this.
I must admit though that I am quite surprised that it has gone this low, not sure management is really clued into how a stock gets handled on the OTC market, here profit is the number one priority otherwise it will get played any way the players feel they can make a profit out of it.
I will maintain as I have stated before, that they should put all their focus on the sale of stem cells and face cream whilst reducing cost until they become profitable, hereafter secure the funding for the Parkinson trails whilst the share price is high
just my two cents
Couldn't agree more with all the points raised, I really want to invest here, but the uncertainty of these issues makes me wait on the sideline for now.
lets see what the next few months bring, they might have a plan soon to be revealed
Thanks John.
Keep them coming
