Thanks for the advice but I think you said it all in your previous post #44050. I agree that is what you know. Thanks again.
Vulgar and shouldn't be permitted
That is a flat out false statement. I contacted the company and they verified they did not sell the 50m shares or any other shares through VFIN or any other outlet. They also said they have no idea why you keep harping on that false information.
"Diluting" is a big word and some do not know its definition.
Flat out falsehood you have no substantiation whatsoever. None.
That was a Form T trade Wanka which means it was an accumulation of smaller trades made throughout the day with one print at EOD
Okay I did. What I learned is AVEW since acquiring ActionView last year never has sent a letter permission to release info over the phone. You act as if this was a recent development to cover something up. Bologna.
Because someone got caught flat out lying about the TA? Or announcing he can't read a statement or understand it if he could?
Somebody can't read a financial statement....LOL
Yet another Mikey misstatement. AVEW OWES the debt they don't OWN it to convert.Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
datrosse, reference is made to your prior post #44050.
Berdman, you say "now that they got that pop made their money..." Can you tell me how the Company made their money off the pop to the threes? HOW? I agree that they may not care about flippers/traders but since they are in it for the haul they likely care about themselves as shareholders thus caring about other shareholders. Maybe I am wrong. Won't be the first time. I'm just glad it is no longer ActionView.
I think your post number 44050 speaks volumes at to what you know and don't know about AVEW as well as the markets in general.
I don't believe you. You are crusading like a personal vendetta. Your remarks speak volumes as to your goals which are to discredit Jose Chavez and Jay Ling with irrelevant insults. Here's the facts. They have taken a dead shell of a company to an entity that could have a sales base of 20 million by end of 2015 and have done so in a short time with very little cash and a model catching the attention of some top notch executives. Keep throwing the rocks. Doesn't really matter because the most irrelevant thing on the forum is you. AVEW
Agreed. A few months ago this was ActionView International, with a no bid, then .0001 bid. They had no sales. The company has been revived and is on its way up! I am one glad ActionView shareholder who is glad to be an AVEW holder now. They seem to be doing it right. One step at a time. No pumping and dumping. Staying transparent. Building actual value. Actual sales. Not a "Craze" stock like a MJ play. Actual filings and on time unlike most pinks. Actual audit getting underway. Looking to uplist. Good business model.
He needs to follow the ongoing litigations at YELP and elsewhere. If his posts influence one single LOI or Acquisition the wrong way there will be financial hell breaking loose especially after warning possible acquisitions to stay away. I asked the Company about this and they said they are following those verdicts closely.
I am just glad I am no longer ActionView but now AVEW!
Dilution to me Penny and Wanka goes like this: Management issues and sells new shares into the market, diluting your owned shares of whatever "assets" the Company owns or "earnings the Company can generate. Then usually pockets the money. Existing shares are then DILUTED.
Creating new shares and swapping them for real assets and revenues to be spread over existing shares O/S and enhancing value of those shares is not diluting your share of the assets and earnings. And the new funds stay with the Company. To me that is an INCREASE in shares but not DILUTING value of existing shares.
Make sense?
Hey wash3 I think that is only partially correct. They ACQUIRED Austin Premier Pools and changed the name by adding "and Spas" after the spa dealership came down. Austex Pools was a different separate company from Austin Premier and they dumped the name Austex. I think this is right.Austen Premier Pools had nothing to do with Austex.
Ahhh...that will not sit well with readingbetweenthelines.
...and the current management team has only been on board a few months and have accomplished a boat load in a short time. These guys are building a fully reporting, audited, OTCQB and any current complaints should look at the CADAVER this company was six months ago. Old ActionView holders should be dancing. And as for the new flippers? Who cares. They'll be gone shortly one way or the other because good traders don't marry their positions and should be stopped out here at 3 or 4. Just my opinion as a long termer going for a long ride up that mountain.
Not underachieving for a pink Reedy Betweeny Daliney
Actually they are current Btown and the next report is not due OTC until 06.15.14 so it would appear your statement is in error about OTC. You can visit OTC Markets website for yourself and easily verify they are up to date with the latest filing being the year end cash flow statement. I wouldn't be to interested in what readingbetweenthelines has to offer, or not offer as the case may be, he just seems to enjoy sarcasm, intentional (at least I hope) horrible grammar that he thinks is amusing. He just tries to get a rise out of people. Nothing constructive.
I think the chart simply reflects the information the company has surfaced from a dormant state last fall to a company currently operating. I think the company has some "t's" to cross and some "i's" to dot but otherwise has accomplished a heck of a lot in the last 4 months alone.Flippers want too much too soon so they can, well, flip. Bashers gonna bash, ignore accomplishments and pick anything and everything they can to, well, bash. That's it in a nutshell and the holders who were holders left over from the old ActionView should be grateful, the new holders should be agile if they are flippers and patient if they are not. And the bashers should, well, bash I suppose.
Fluff is designed to drive the price of a stock and I don't see that happening here. The content isn't sexy enough to fluff the stock. I just see a company trying to be transparent. But, haters gonna hate...just sayin'
"Have patients by end of year"??? This isn't a medical clinic. The company may not be worthy as the apple of your eye but they are definitely "off the pot" and have done quite a bit of house cleaning and building since (or is that sense?) the shell was purchased. Is it worth .001? Time will tell, not you.
Now I know you're in error. I verified they have in fact filed the proper paper work, paid fees with a credit card. Nevada thereafter asked for another form of payment and it was sent. The holdup had nothing to do with the paperwork not being submitted, even though Nevada misplaced it the first time. Someone must have hit a delete key. You could verify that for your self. Company didn't lie. You did. I don't understand your vendetta over the Nevada filing. It has been done and I think you know it. Everyone else does.
Maybe I didn't pay enough attention to my English teacher in grade school but I try really hard to grasp your posts and sometimes it is really difficult. Why don't you try emailing the company for a direct response about Nevada. Do you think the company is MISREPRESENTING their contention that they filed the proper docs and paid the proper fees? Why would they have a motivation to lie about something that elementary. They gain nothing. Your posts are making less and less sense to me.
what do you see a year from now, or two years if they keep adding companies at the current rate?
thank you for your opinion.
I saw there were 235 shareholders in this ticker. Can someone tell me where that information came from? The Company? Transfer agent? Thank you.
