Along with the fact that they stopped operations instead of going into toxic debt and raised $50 million through hedge funds and foreign investors. Yes it is. My sell order is probably a bit optimistic at .19 but I'll adjust if I need to, lol
We wanted to make sure that we not only capitalized on this market opportunity but capitalized on it in a significant manner and that's when we decided to completely divest what was left of Adaptive Medias and form an entirely new entity, which will be announced next week
From last week's PR meaning news.
Yes, and it will be good news at that
Because they want to create panic to get others to sell it down so they can get even cheaper shares before the run actually starts hardcore. Couple that up with nonsense about gaps and whatever else they say
I understand stand they make people nervous, but in otc there is no post market sales and the T trades are just shares that didn't transfer during trading hours. I know a lot of people believe this to be dilution, but it's simply late settled trades, could have been the first trade of the day
There are no convertible notes. The 8k states that Livingston was granted 74million shares of common stock and can request a tranche for more if and when they need to. I know a lot of folks on here are trying to confuse people and say a conversion rate of .00001, but that is what they put the par value as. A lot of companies put that there no matter what the price is. This all happened in December and there has been a lot of volume since then so if Livingston was selling they are at least close to being done. With all the other toxic financers out there though, that do get convertible notes, there is a reason John went with this brand new company, and this kind of deal. Who knows Livingston may still have there original shares
Fridays news said updates this week. I'm going to take a guess that it will be before Friday and say the new name and that the LAM agreement has been satisfied
That's a temporary site and there was a typo in his bio.
They removed it because there was a typo on it and that is just a temp site anyway. I tweeted them about the typo
John is the CFO of plutusx, plutusx tweeted about a big partnership they just closed on. They are both (ADTM&plutusx) working on new websites. ADTM is getting ready to announce a name change. John has tweeted multiple times about crypto currency. There are a lot of dots to connect and I just can't wait to see the picture it draws.... Probably look like this $
This all "just in case" things. You are trying to push this 8k off like it's something that has already happened. You really think LAM is willing to drop the price down and make this stock have 0 interest to buyers? How would they ever get their money back? With all the other options John had that could have been very toxic he chose this brand new company, there's gotta be a reason, and it sure isn't tanking his own company
I sold 1/3, made a profit and have free shares. I sold on the way up though. I don't sell the bid
Keep chasing
Yeah, ridiculous
Why would you think the gap needs to fill down? Do you think that's a rule or something?
ADTM good time to hit the dip
Indeed, the higher we go the less and less they need.
It's not like huge sell offs though, by the sell blocks I would say just people selling enough to make a little profit and keep free shares
Right on. I love watching l2 bid chasing
Looking at l2 we could possibly hit it by tomorrow! ??

The Barchart Technical Opinion rating is a 72% Buy with a Strengthening short term outlook on maintaining the current direction.
Longer term, the trend strength is Maximum. Long term indicators fully support a continuation of the trend.
Right on, best board on ihub
All it means is that they want shareholders to know what is possible, and that we should anticipate the same thing. It doesn't mean that LAM is going to absolutely dump an unbelievable amount of shares, it means they are prepared for if they do and that we also should be.
This NSCC seems to have a little too much power over what the brokerage firms pay
The only thing that stops runs is bid sellers
Is it just me, or does it seem like ever other board has had the same tickers doing nothing for years while T53 is hitting hot picks?
ADTM gonna be huge. For years I've seen these same tickers on this board... Do you want to make some real gains?
ADTM is where it's at. Ya’ll been posting these same tickers since I first got on ihub
With Fridays close and news it's possible to open at .003 tomorrow. I can't wait to see what happens though, regardless
RITE is a good one to get into, they seem to sit for a while then have a good run. Hopefully they have things better on track now and don't get played to hard by the shorts this time
You know nothing about this stock, go away
Plutusx just tweeted something that looks nice. Not too much info yet though
Generally otc pink stocks are scams that do constant reverse splits then increases in the os through toxic debt. So although you have a point, don't sell yourself short on ADTM
You only are led to believe this is what's happening, it's not. The role of the MM is like a wearhouse, they hold a determined number of shares. they would never make money from buying and selling the shares back and forth to each other at the same prices, they buy and sell according to the orders they get.
Think about it how could VFiN and VNDM make a profit by buying the stock from each other just to turn around and sell it back to each other at a lower cost? They are selling/buying what we tell them
Yeah, that's what they are and also why it can't really be compared. Also mostly because they are getting common shares and not convertible notes
These rules don't effect trade costs. Trade costs are triggered by a trade. Period. You don't get charged "$250... it's simply a margin requirement. You will make what ever profit or loss the trade makes.... which ultimatly has nothing to do with your margin. I've never once been unable to sell a ticker I bought 15 minutes before and keep all the money no matter how many shares I traded or how much it cost.
Who wrote the intro?
Lol, nope. But I am thinking of all the possibilities and not just stuck on a scenario of dilution or skyrocket. I do know that the CEO has more to lose than I do and that tells a lot
