I was looking at the contracts today. Not much liquidity.
I was tempted to open calls for : October 19, 2018
The spread is wild and expensive. Heck. Maybe I should just write a few contracts.
Vanguard disagrees with you.
Which is the only answer I have for anyone who poo poos Canopy for the next year.
Yeah the volume is what has my attention.
You bring an important factor. Many large institutions (from my hearsay understanding) have been sitting on sidelines waiting on passage of SB-45. Which for me makes the BMO coverage so much more important.
Canadians doing it right today. Murica can't short today.
Soonish. =)
No. Needs liquidity.
Some light reading on the subject. I suspect if volume holds we will see them soonish. https://www.thestreet.com/story/786919/1/how-soon-after-the-ipo-can-options-be-traded.html
You should call him and check. Let us know. K THNX
I updated the link to the new chart on the landing page for CGC. Seems it will take till end of day to show just like when we changed from CGC to Weed.
It is what it is. I'm just happy we got here.
The Trumpsterfire ruins all good things.
German ticker is not something I pay attention too.
It's volume is ridiculously low.
I don't think you are bashing. =)
That's my point. RSI will stay up there for a few weeks. We just got there a few trading days ago. Then the inevitable correction...rinse repeat.
Look at the weekly and daily charts. Once we break above 70 it holds/grows for a while and runs. Only once in the past 3 years did it not.
From your post to the universes ears.
Man, this really could go blue sky breakout again soon.
I'm excited to soon change the TWMJF chart to CGC NYSE.
I'm ready to see the institutional % jump from the now 3% to tens, then 20s, and so forth.
Thanks!
What did Canopy buy for 10 mil?
LOL! The new Tweed site has a section for "I want to... get it on" LOL
Not really. I get that for free using Google Alerts or through my private groups. That being said I am not the demographic for these types of services. I'm stingy and do what I can to get things for free.
Man, I'm super proud of Canopy really bringing in these smaller family business into the fold.
Yes, last year it was in late June. 27th I believe.
Then we get Q1 19 in August. If it follows like last year.
The volume is anemic. There was no way we could have any significant move without any chutzpah.
Thank you!
Nestle just paid Starbucks 7.2 billion to sell their brand.
One day.....Tweed
Thanks!
Thank you!
They would be #1 in market cap. But yeah...just don't see how this is a good deal.
They really do.
ACB is pleased to announce that they diluted 1 gajillion shares for LEAF.
Maybe a merger and restructure of shares? Sigh dunno.
Allowing Canopy and other Canadian LPs to get into the U.S. market is the key goal. If CBD gets rescheduled and the Hemp bill passes then I suspect Canopy will begin its official move to enter U.S. However I assume that they will need Constellations blessing to do so.
MASS HYSTERIA! lol
I think you're right. I just don't react because I know we will be much higher given the legalization wave around the world.
This feels alot like the early/mid 90s where .com/tech started becoming mainstream and new degrees and certification started popping up rapidly.
The best lesson I ever learned about investing in emerging growth industries is not to worry about MRKCAP.
I got into TSLA in the 20s and started scaling out between 80s and 120s because of my MRKCAP concerns. I lost out in lots of gains because of that.
I worry more about watching for other factors and that has served my bank account very well.
As crazy as I may sound, I do believe 3 figures is in our future.
Thank you everyone for the order numbers
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
