Agreed. People fail to realize this is a long term play and things will hopefully come together and if it does...look out!!!
If we are being realistic though, it will take some time to get the JV's finalized. In addition the AS will go up on FEB 9th as we already know.
The only issue is they are not seeing any upfront payments with Brazil, but we will with the Asia or European JV's, which may take a few months.
As shareholders, we need them to get the other JV's signed before the conversions can start in Sept. That will be the make it or break it point here. IMO
Meanwhile, I wouldn't be surprised if we dip a little bit while all this stuff is getting done in the background. Hopefully, we can see some awesome breakthroughs with the technology over the next few months as well.
Just some thoughts.... and my opinion.
-CC
Interesting, I was wondering why there was no signature.
Also, at the bottom of that 14C they also have a February date TBD:
"The undersigned hereby certifies that he has on February [insert], 2016, executed this Certificate amending the Articles of Incorporation heretofore filed with the Secretary of State of Nevada."
So the plot thickens.... good times coming.
-CC
Doesn't really matter what the ticker symbol is.
It's going to be the AUDITED financials that will tell the real story here and determine where the price goes.
-CC
I would like to see the audited financials on this one before I even think about jumping back in, but it looks like the audits went a little different than Arik hoped for....
https://www.linkedin.com/in/arik-maimon-94b6b78
No more $140 Million in revenue listed on his LinkedIn profile....
:-\
-CC
Not only that but they have to generate $1 million in revenues.
Here is from the 10-Q:
On July 3, 2015, we entered into a consulting agreement with FBROCCO ASSESSORIA EMPRES ARIAL LTDA ASSESSORIA EMPRESARIAL LTDA, a Brazilian company ("FBROCCO"), pursuant to which FBROCCO will provide certain consulting services to us, which shall include (i) developing a relationship between us and a Brazilian-based entity that is interested in entering into a joint venture where the purpose is to import, market and sell our products in Brazil and other South American countries; and (ii) facilitating a trip for one of our officers to travel to Brazil and meet with the proposed joint venture partner and various governmental officials who have relationships that would be advantageous to the formation and success of the anticipated joint venture.
In addition to a $10,000 payment made in July, we agreed to pay FBROCCO a total of 1,500,000 shares of our common stock if a successful joint venture is formed and generates One Million U.S. Dollars ($1,000,000) in gross revenues by June 23, 2016.

Good find on this interview....
Interesting what the CEO says too...
Quotes from this:
we're just about to announce jv partnership
that would give us instantaneous revenue
we're very excited that soon going to be announcing revenue
announcing product on the market
Not sure what his timeline is in his head, but it sounds almost like it is already a done deal.
That would be awesome!!!
-CC
Personally, I think the price has topped off right now and will trade sideways if not in a slight downward trend until, they can come out with some sort of verifiable news or progress.
For the record, I did sell my position last week, with a small profit.
I was "holding" this for over a year.
So I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.
I will continue to watch and see how this turns out.
Gonna either be a stock darling or a bloody massacre.
Good Luck to all..!!!
JMHO....
-CC
Can this be proven to be true?
- Increased liquidity more attractive to top quality directors,
officers and consultants
- Company can become more widely known
- Increased access to capital - larger pool of potential investors
for debt or equity
- Known market value for company.Usually a premium
to private valuation ***
- Shares can be used for acquisitions and employee compensation
(***IMO...This one is the most important one since Arik already had an offer for $15million BEFORE the Cisco partnership and the revenues were probably a lot less than they are now.)
I believe Arik wants to take this to NASDAQ in a couple of years and then get bought out.
Rico wants this to happen since the PLKD name is tarnished....very tarnished.
He screwed a lot of people, but he will make this happen...
but for his own benefit, not for the benefit of the shareholders.
However, we may just benefit by default, we will see.
-CC
Wouldn't that be a hoot if Rico announced
the finalized merger on Christmas Eve !!!
ROTFL
-CC
People said this would never get past a penny.
People then said it would go back down after it hit 10 cents.
People said Rico would never uplist.
People said the AS would never be reduced.
People are still saying there is no R/M....
If anything Rico will ensure this R/M goes through.
Why? Because he benefits greatly from it.
In my DD, I have found that Next was almost sold for $15 million.
That was when the company didn't have the Cisco partnership yet,
so their revenues were probably no where close to the reported $140 million.
Arik wants this to happen because he want to become a Public company...IMO.
It will become more attractive to perspective buyers and garnish a lot more attention.
Then he will sell it off at a much greater price than $15 million.
It is in Arik's best interest to finalize the R/M and have audited finacials.
He will need them if he is going to sell the company.
And remember, if the company does get bought out, who has the most shares, and who will get the greatest payday...?
That's right...Arik.
So IMO, there is no doubt that both Rico and Arik will do what it takes to make this happen.
Just my .02 .....
-CC
Their trying to bring it down and trigger Stop Losses in order to get more shares.... IMO
-CC
Actually they moved the BID up to .39 now...
and if we can break the .41-.42 mark, we will see high .40's in a heartbeat...
-CC
Yep, just noticed that DINO back in with 39K bid @ .37
They are on the ask @ .54 currently....
Good stuff here...finally!

Also looks like something was filed with the Florida SOS Friday, but the document is not showing up as of yet.
Could just finally be the share reduction they stated.
It may have been needed to finalize the merger!

Arik apparently had a contract to sell Next to Phone One for $15 million in the past.
And yes I have a source for this information....
America at Night: The True Story of Two Rogue CIA Operatives, Homeland Security Failures, DirtyMon ey, and a Plot to Steal the 2004 U.S. Presidential Election--by the FormerIntel
page 186
Interesting book too, where Arik apparently got duped by this CIA operative gone rouge. This "Richard" guy promised he could take his Telcom company to the Fortune 500.
Lost about $900K to this guy.
Can't make this stuff up.... crazy!!!

Umm, wow.... Not sure what prompted that snippy response, but let me fill you in on a few things.
1. This is not my company, nor do I own any shares in MEET.
2. This is for the benefit of the HIPP shareholders, which I had bought a whopping $50 worth as a lotto play.
3. This is not some crazy pump scheme for another company, just familiar with both and thought it could possibly have some benefit.
4. Normally, I would just ignore the small-minded and let them be, but since you have provided a great deal of hope for HIPP here is why they might be a good fit:
About MEET: (from the website)
MeetMe, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEET) is the leading social network for meeting new people in the US and the public market leader for social discovery. MeetMe makes it easy to discover new people to chat with on mobile devices. With approximately 80 percent of traffic coming from mobile and more than one million total daily active users, MeetMe is fast becoming the social gathering place for the mobile generation. MeetMe is a leader in mobile monetization with a diverse revenue model comprising advertising, native advertising, virtual currency, and subscription.
This is from the CEO interview just last week:
How has MeetMe changed since we last caught up in 2013?
In 2013 we were focused on building out the mobile monetization engine, which we did quite successfully. When we last spoke, mobile was 25% of our revenue, now it’s 58%, thanks to the success of our mobile banner and native advertising products. MeetMe continues to focus on meeting new people; we still see ourselves as the mobile equivalent of the bar or coffeehouse. What’s different, is our focus on driving new chat partners as a way to connect people to each other. MeetMe today is a mobile chat app for connecting with new people.
I understand you reported your Q3 earnings today. How did it go?
Q3 was a strong quarter all around. We saw 128% growth in mobile revenue YOY to $6.7M in the quarter. Our adjusted Q3 EBITDA grew 213% YOY to $2.18M, and we were net income positive in the quarter too. Our average mobile daily active users were at 888K in Q3, up 15% versus the start of the year. We rank in the Top 15 social Android apps in the US – ahead of Skout, Badoo, Zoosk, OkCupid, and Match.com.
Are you seeing chat volume helping to drive revenues?
We believe our mobile ARPU is higher than Facebook’s mobile ARPU. We earned $2.29 per mobile user in Q3, which has grown 100% in the last year. We have advertising in Chat so we monetize every user in that way. We’ve recently announced the launch of a new virtual currency product in Chat called Boost, and we are likely to experiment with others in the future as well.

Hey 48... How about a company call MeetMe? (MEET)
Hot profitable social media company, that could take advantage of the NOL's that Hipcricket has available.

Quite genius really, instead of paying some fancy lawyer $1000 an hour, just have shareholders do your research for you for FREE and then pay the $35 processing fee to the state.

Agreed, the company does have many good things in the works,
but they need to communicate better in order for shareholders/investors
to perceive them as a legitimate company. Which in turn would elevate the SP.

Things always take longer than what people are willing to wait for.
In stinky pinky land let alone any business owner, the management tends to overstate what they are trying to accomplish to make things sound more exciting than they really are. So when in a public company, if things don't ever materialize or take a lot longer than expected people start screaming scam... oh well... disappointment is never easy to deal with.
If the China venture is 100% real and they really expect to hit revenues of $10 million in 12-15 months, then my concern is where will they get the financing for this? That is a lot of money. However, if their latest Facebook post is a hint of what is to come then I think they are already working on that.
I think it is great that they are working on many different product lines, but it will be easy to over extend themselves.
The 80/20 rule needs to apply here and they need to focus on what will bring them the revenues to help fund the other ventures.
The vodkas won't come any time soon, call it a gut feeling. But what I would look into is maybe doing the smaller travel size bottles of vodka since the China partner has access to multiple travel channels... planes, trains, etc...
As far as GRC "U", not sure what is going to happen there, but only time will tell.
-CC
I have a stupid question...has anyone contacted Next Group Holdings to verify that they are actually in talks?
Because we all believe what Rico says.... (Battlefrogs...)

Here's how this is gonna go down.... RR and Calvin will leave the country, blame Reynolds and say the RS was his idea, he then will be appointed CEO and then take the fall when the SEC comes to investigate....
Just Pathetic...really.
