Thank you, for your support! At 2 bucks your confidence in this company and its people will make you..... a millionaire. If one processor is sold at say 50 LARGE, the share price will probably blow past 2 bucks and we'll all crap our pants doing the old 7 dollar happy dance
I know there are, a couple of former DEC, employees that got shitcanned, for interfering with JBI's permit applications a couple years ago. For some reason P20's success makes people angry.
Just read the AGM minutes will ya, the tech is best.
JBI's bills always get paid, no one is suiing the company for that, lol. JBI's history of announcing funding at the last minute is unnerving, I have never agreed with that but again that is front office stuff. JBI will be fine, the financing is there it just has to be announced then all the worry warts can relax. Internal operations have been dramatically reduced as witnessed by the recent layoffs. These boogeymen scare tactics are laughable as the share price starts its climb north.
Getting patents, is a tricky business, since most of the items associated with P20 have already been manufactured somewhere. In the early days some of the piping came from Home Depot before we had a large team of fabricators. JBI isnt reinventing the wheel just expanding on its design. I know John has developed some other things while doing P20, so those items may seek patent protection. Im sure there will be some little nuance that will get the patent they desire, I just cant comment more past that. Congratulations on your fortitude, IMO JBI will make some people very happy they decided to weather the continual storm.
yup thats the plan, if other companies could do it, they would be. There is nothing in our world that makes out of the tap spec fuel from milk jugs like P20 does. There isnt a refinery in the country that can produce fuel from plastic like JBI can. Lets expand on that, there isnt a refinery in the world that can do what P20 does. That accomplishment, goes to John Bordynuik and his team of professionals that I had a great time working with. Everybody always pitched in to do what ever it took to get things done. Except the past white collar guys, their agenda's successfully screwed up everything leaving John and Rick to pick up the pieces in turning JBI around. After 5 years of trial and error...Success is at JBI's door, 1 announced processor sale and this penny stock becomes a orbit stock, another sale announced and high ho the merry oh we're off to the races,
hello............NASDAQ.
No I cannot, that is material information, to be divulged by the company if they choose to. Youre already familiar with US Steel and Crayola. The white collar guys make the marketing decisions while the blue collar guys make everything else happen. Im sure, you understand
Jet fuel, is basically glorified.... Kerosene. Our distillation towers are capable of a variety of distillates. JBI has chosen to go with the distillates that generate the most money.
Diesel/Heating Fuel and Naphtha
After the scale up, from the table top model, to the 1 ton unit the very first 20 ton kiln we got was imported from China. There are pictures of it, being unloaded somewhere on the www. Their welds just didnt hold up to the pressures of Johns P20. After seeing how ineffective that kiln was JBI went with US made kilns. The first supplier we used didnt work out so we went with someone else who helped create the 3 kiln system we're working with today.
Airports, generate volumes of plastic garbage that has to be collected and hauled. Once on airport gets a cluster of P20's they will all want their own. Jet fuel, diesel and gasoline are all P20 products that would support flight operations. Then we have the military application, 5000 people on a carrier and another 5000 in its support group, thats a LOT of Plastic spared from the deep blue sea.
Hey, P20 marine!
The great thing, about Amerika is, if you dont want to invest in the brightest pyrolysis company around, no one has to. Go invest with Blest or the Oregon company whose process is copy cat coined Plastic-2-Oil
And yet, 5 years later, 5 machines later, we're still here making spec fuel as processor buyers line up to get in on the forward thinking technology, that is very real. Even the people, who operate the new airport in Denver, have inquired about owning P20 systems. Crazy isnt it!
The welds, on the chinese kilns, didnt hold up. Its difficult to maintain a tight, system when the welding, is inferior.
Things, do change with evolution, saying nothing, has come to fruition is a reckless lie. Thats like saying a instructor is unable to change the course subject being taught. At JBI things change by the hour, nothing is engraved in to stone. Such is life at a refinery.
I agree, with that. Unfortunately the bogus lawsuits are a drain on the companies finances. All of that money paid to lawyers could have been used for P20 development. Steve Seneca has been behind many things in trying to destroy JBI stemming from John beating him out of buying Pakit from Dickler. Isnt it coincidental that the stock watch hit piece came from someone who lives in the same town that Seneca has his chemical company. Or the Grammp lawsuit of 50 free shares, more bullshit. P20 is succeeding no doubt about it. I guess thats how successful breakthrough inventions go sometimes.
That is 100%, correct! P20's early products being developed was oil, not out of the tape spec fuel like they have now. After many enhancements, and adding the distillation towers P20 can produce many different types of petroleum products and base resins. Those resins, are one of the reason many petrochemical companies are threatened by the P20 process. They are focusing on the best products that pays the most.
????
Im basing my, comment on google search results, they dont exists outside of a headline, none of that changes the facts that something smells, foul in Florida, especially in the Clearwater area where the dentist Howell Movant Amos and Pancoe hail from. See the connection? They were probably duped by Kaplanis and Lagos in their personal P20 scheme, he took the money and ran leaving them high and dry. No wonder they are suiing JBI, the only legitimate entity worth something.
Thanks again!!! So this company isnt active and carries no weight in this suit, FANTASTIC!!! All we're dealing with is Sousa and Lagos. I wonder if they ever owned any shares of JBI.
didnt see them listed in Florida or Delaware or Oregon either
No, that was a totally bogus, overly enthused shareholder with grand delusions of becoming stinking rich owning his own P20 system. It wasnt approved by JBI and wasnt responsible for its content.
Out of the 3 Florida entities currently suing JBI only 2 appear to be legitimate companies. Something is a foul in Florida
Worked at the Factory, blending facility and MRF from 2009, just call John he'll verify to remove your doubt :) Or send me a email, the same way you send me.... everything else.
What about Plastic 2 Oil of Clearwater 1, LLC, are they a legitimate company or a bogus entity, Googlemeister
I realize, there is a uplisting criteria, we've all been down this road before, and WHEN, JBI decides to PR their news, if that news is spectacular as some insist, then the wheels will begin to turn for UPLISTING. Its not a overnight process but it can be achieved. Try to think forward, most everyone else does. Sheesh!
were you, there, to witness.... it?
Its not, up to me, its up to them....what they choose, to PR is up to Rick and company
Plastic 2 Oil of Clearwater 1, LLC, doesnt appear to be active in Deleware or Florida so is this a bogus company suing JBII?

there isnt much information about AS PTO LLC, although Al runs 5 businesses out of his house
Es Resources, Llc was founded in 2011 and is Privately held.
NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario, Feb. 12, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JBI, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB:JBII) is pleased to announce that on February 12, 2010, AS PTO, LLC, which entered into an Area Development Agreement (ADA) with JBI, Inc. for 45 P2O sites, has entered into a Joint Venture and Licensing Agreement with ES Resources, LLC for a P2O processing site to be located in Clearwater, Florida.
Just getting familiar with who is trying to sue JBII but if ES Resources wasnt formed until 2011 how could they sign agreements with AS PTO is 2010????
Rick stated, at the AGM exactly what is coming, did someone cover their short, today, trading on posted info? hmmmmm
nice day, JBIers, HOD 25 cents with over a half million in volume!!! it must be because of the pending news that is coming!!!
what will JBI, announce first?
seating of the BOD to protect shareholders interests
a joint venture with a MAJOR company
handsome financing to build another cluster of machines
who P20 #4 and #5 are sold to
or the uplist chatter that has been going on for a while
seeing is believing
It would be nice if Rick put out some news in the next couple of days to take out those 30's then 50's and maybe some 80's. Im sure a lot of people will feel more comfortable once JBI has surpassed a dollar again. Then 2...3...4.....5.....6......7......8.........$9..............
The SAIC report claimed, 8.50, a barrel, so Im not concerned about 10. JBI is up another 23% just like friday. Imagine what will happen when Rick updates the world about our P20's and where they are headed. I'd like to see everyone who holds shares of JBI to be above water in the plus column. I think a PR about machine sales, seating a BOD, the financing and
And yet, JBI has the best pyrolysis system on the planet, and AND a rising share price. Thats pretty goonie isnt it
Michelle is old news, ancient history and has no bearing on todays events. Lets try to stay current and live for the profitable P20 future.
oh that?, that must have gone to the guy who tricked out his caddy with the blue lights, the car that was falsely determined to be Johns sons car but in reality is only a picture of a friends car posted on his FB page. Ya thats it, the friends auto detailer must have gotten all of that, but it wasnt me
No and NO
Michelle Draeger will tell you she was railroaded for uncovering the truth about JBI but her employers didnt share that belief and took a different route settling with JBI instead of pursuing their case. If you havent spoken to her, she's in the white pages.
The SEC climbed up and down JBI inside and out and they themselves could NOT PROVE that JBI is a scam. They even enlisted the help of the OSC and ASC who uncovered the lead SEC investigator to be leaking critical information to one of the 3 Welland goons. Ultimately that person was shitcanned, by her own agency for unprofessional behavior. P20 works incredibly well and when my new employers announce that they are in contract purchasing multiple P20 machines maybe some of the negative sentiment will evaporate as the share price climbs north of the once obtained 7-8 dollar range.
What usually transpires, is they generically, sign on with good intentions, then that greed factor kicks in and they end up screwing themselves while hurting the company.
Kaplanis,
Kidd,
Kobryn,
Jaclyn,
Rauber,
Bogolin,
Ingham
to name of few of the scoundrels. How much money was pissed away during their tenure.
Then we have the bogus lawsuits. Grampp is my favorite, the chump was given 50 free shares as a jesture of goodwill then was pressured by Seneca to file a bogus lawsuit. Seneca another turd in the bowl in court being sued by Big 3 for patent infringement among other things.
Another, inaccurate assessment of JBI personnel. Time to load up on JBII stock before their news is announced. Most people smart enough to get some while its low will be thrilled while some just arent bright enough to realize the 2014 opportunity.
It was discovered, that he was trying to sell P20 partnerships behind the companies back. That is shady all day long.
