I'd love to know more about this. What steps were forgotten and where is this discussed? I'm not surprised, but with that insane rhetoric on this board from both sides, I can't take a post for face value.
Eg.)
"Chipotle and EG in talks" - LOL.
SSC
Jim kras has EG listed on his linked in bio now. LOL. Peterson continuing to employ his cronies. This man ran NRTI to no bid and didn't say a word to shareholders along the way. What a joke.
SSC
Wow. The after market form 4's are never ending.
If NRTI gets the proceeds then why would TRTC pay 1.6 million to do so?? Especially for a brand that has poor revenues and margins???
I've never seen such obvious shady business.
If the products sold in 5,000 stores meant ANYTHING other than a pump then NRTI would have kept their assets. We paid 1.6 million for JUNK and NRTI shareholders lost 1.6 million worth of JUNK.
SSC
Wow... WHAT A SHADY BACKDOOR DEAL. I really thought that deal was for the whoopi line. Derek and co just royally screwed NRTI shareholders and left them with nothing after pumping the hell out of their partnership in 2014. Wow wow wow. I'm speechless.
TRTC has done some shady things, but this might be the shadiest in all 4 years of following his stock.
SSC
Wow... I really didn't think they they would do this. That's insane. What's NRTI left with??? Wow.
SSC
Done and done. ;)
SSC
Reality says that this went up far too fast, and the ever-decreasing volume is a telltale sign. When the volume cuts out, the price will not be able to sustain.
JMO - but I hope not.
SSC
That hurt me.
SSC
Smart man!
SSC
It's all about the volume, and future dilution. Current price doesn't matter unless you realize your gains. Those gains fade quick when a run happens as fast as this month.
JMO.
SSC
They certainly have net losses in the past three years.... And to this day..
SSC
Hope is a big gamble.
SSC
I don't doubt that it's being sold by the bucket full. That also has little to do with the margins or SG&A expenses.
SSC
What? I've tried IVXX. I know it's a real product. That doesn't change the intent of its primary purpose. This is business.
SSC
IVXX is marketing for TRTC. They've used it to sell shares more times than I can count. It hasn't made TRTC any money. In fact, IVXX has only cost TRTC a small fortune. No profits. When that changes, I'll buy.
SSC
The R/S would effectively wipe old common shareholders out. The exposure sounds great - or at least the idea of the intent of exposure sounds great. I've been in a few "RS to uplist" stocks - and although they all went through with the RS, none of them made it to Nasdaq. It's a common play in OTC land.
An R/S to make the OS to AS ratio go down, then they utilize the 75,000,000 in additional dilution to bring the share price right down to where it was before. Since our shares were split, and the new shares are issued, market cap will bloat, and then old PPS levels will be history. Their shares will not be split and therefore the dilution RS combo will have zero effect on their shares, yet effectively RESET your shares.
Again, another step of the way for the insiders to make money, and for us to make excuses.
An RS is a facade. It looks good in writing, but the effects are almost universally detrimental.
JMO,
SSC
I'm in the same boat. I want to believe that *someone* will respect the plant in the way it deserves. It's medicine, and people need it. Unfortunately, Derek proves time and time again that he only cares about lining his own pockets. He's doing nothing but marketing and promotion for this stock on a large scale. I hold a few shares in hopes that something will change, or someone will buy them out. But at a 500m market cap on a company that loses money on every transaction across the board makes it a hard buyout target. One can only hope that TRTC has the political positions needed to acquire MANY more dispensaries before others do - and then hope that the states restrict recreational licenses for companies in some huge way to allow TRTC to maintain the majority of the market. Unfortunately the likelihood of all of this is MUCH less than the likelihood of the opposite happening, followed by MUCH MUCH MUCH more dilution, a RS, etc.
JMO
SSC
I've been trying to explain this here for years now. Your words will fall upon deaf ears.
SSC
What? Pump and dump has nothing to do with revenue, products, or assets. It has to do with stock price manipulation and promotion to increase insiders wealth. There have been hundreds of pulp and dumps with millions in revenue - set up so that only the insiders and a few lucky traders make money. That's how this game is played. The OTC has been here for YEARS and it's still the same shady dog.
SSC
He's admittedly shorting the stock. There are two sides to every game - at least he's being honest. He's just playing the don't pass line in craps while you folks are all on the pass. It's part of the game
SSC
I don't think any uneducated investor "deserves" to lose his money. Learn, yes. Lose, no.
SSC
Where do you see proof of moxie? All i see is moxie in every store I go into and IVXX no where to be found. Terrible execution. Private companies are doing everything before Derek.
SSC
Man, such killer timing.
enrichment at its finest.
SSC
I was thinking the same when I saw those videos. Was questioning the legality there.... I assume signs were posted, but what about HIPAA?
SSC
Who?
And probably 100 or so people total (if that) at Blum LV today.
Rough scene in Vegas MMJ right now. :(
SSC
ARCA wasn't sitting on the ask today because of retailers, that's for sure.
SSC
While that is true, he is also right. There is no shortage of people wanting to buy weed from blumoak. They posted a $60,000 revenue day on the date of the merger. I'd be willing to bet they'll beat that easily today.
JMO,
SSC
This is your first OTC investment, isn't it? :(
This is how the game is played. People play the news.
JMO
SSC
Nice billboard put up by TRTC for Blum. Check it out on TRTC's Facebook.
It's smart to take profits after such a crazy run - even the officers know this!
SSC
I'll cheers to that - they certainly have followed through on many of the promises in the past year or so. I'm excited for the new shops to all be bringing in revenue at once.
My only con is the fortune that insiders are making every turn of the way.
JMO,
SSC
What happened to the state license needed? Was it acquired??
SSC
It's down five cents because people take profit. Is this your first time investing? If so, I'd love to talk further and help you out.
The hype and price for the biggest day has been happening for weeks now. The price shows this. This stock could fall to .20, still be overvalued technically (maybe not fundamentally!), and still be considered a huge success as far as 2016's YTD price action goes.
Also, for better(TRTC) or for worse(us), many of these shares being purchased at these levels are coming from toxic financiers, and unfortunately raising the OS count. When this finds its real valuation, the ones holding will have even larger bags, and more friends holding at lower prices.
This of course, JMO. I already know others disagree, don't bother with the replies.
SSC
Agreed. It's gonna be rough unless we get news of media coverage. And in 2014 there were days of notice before major media coverage. Not looking good.
What do you want? What do you expect? The company has had a negative EPS since its inception. It's technically worth under a dime as far as the financials and filings go. It has already went from that point to this point which is over 500% in mere months on hype and future growth. What more can you ask for? It technically already "flew".
SSC
Quite impressive strength :)
SSC
I'm not shorting this stock, I was just asking for other stocks.
The fireworks have been a beautiful sight this month. I'm along for the ride.
