Online Bulletin Boards
Online bulletin boards are a way for investors to share information. While some messages may be true, many turn out to be bogus – or even scams. Fraudsters may use online discussions to pump up a company or pretend to reveal "inside" information about upcoming announcements, new products, or lucrative contracts. (SOUND FAMILIAR???)
You may never know for certain who you're dealing with, or whether they're credible, because many sites allow users to hide their identity behind multiple aliases. People claiming to be unbiased observers may actually be insiders, large shareholders, or paid promoters. One person can easily create the illusion of widespread interest in a small, thinly traded stock by posting numerous messages under various aliases.
Pump and Dump Schemes
"Pump and dump" schemes have two parts. In the first, promoters try to boost the price of a stock with false or misleading statements about the company. Once the stock price has been pumped up, fraudsters move on to the second part, where they seek to profit by selling their own holdings of the stock, dumping shares into the market.
These schemes often occur on the Internet where it is common to see messages urging readers to buy a stock quickly. Often, the promoters will claim to have "inside" information about a development that will be positive for the stock. After these fraudsters dump their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.
Pump and dump schemes typically involve little-known microcap companies. For more information, read Microcap Stock: A Guide for Investors.

Their bank account allowed it to happen. They need over $5,000.00 to activate it. That would take years of vodka sales, if they sold vodka...

Some people believe statements made on moneytv and press releases, when they come directly from a CEO. 3.0 won't be as easy as 1.0 & 2.0. There are many more people that were burned and are now very vocal. Any false hopes will be quickly diminished with past facts and posted CEO lies. Some people buying at $0.0001 are hoping to give unsubstantiated false hope of "things coming SOON", but there are more people keeping things accurate. We're like Superman, truth, justice and the American way!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
My goal is to alert people to research the scam. My goal is to let people know of the lies that were told, by the CEO, in order to lure people in to throwing away their hard earned dollars, because she assures them that there were $105,000,000.00 in contracts, a 20,000 case per month INCREASE in production, A List celebrities promoting the brand, national commercials, huuuuuge demand, marani outsold major vodka brands "at one time", no dilution, national distribution and retailers. It turns out they only want to sell shares!!
Marscami has lost money on every reported quarterly statement, since 2002!! Marani 3 will just keep that losing tradition alive, BECAUSE IT'S A SCAM!!! Bad CEO, bad vodka, bad company, all proven and well documented, just review their financial statements.. They spend $1,000.00 to sell a $100.00 case of overpriced vodka! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

SEC, did you know the the CEO said in an infomercial that this vodka had such huuuuuuuuge demand, they had to increase production to 20,000 cases PER MONTH?!?!?! SEC, In another infomercial it was claimed that, at one point, this vodka outsold major vodka brands!!! If you check their financials, you will see that their sales and dollar figures will not support these claims. They have spent millions of dollars to sell a few thousand cases. SEC, where did all of the money go??? We know where the money came from...

I was driving earlier and saw something that reminded me of marani, A BIG RED STOP SIGN!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL it also didn't sell vodka, just like the "company"!!
You should invest every dime that you have HAHAHAHAHA
Mrib "is going to" "is about to" "will be" "looking to be" "big things soon"... blah blah blah... no back up, just false hopes. The best way to tell their future is to look at their past, TWICE!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Do they still have that pesky little STOP sign assigned to the stock????
$600.20 sold... SCAM!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
6,000,000 shares at $0.0001, then less than 4 minutes before close, 1000 shares at $0.0002??? Not a scam??? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
SEC SEC SEC please investigate!!!
A license, really??? Here's a very similar scenario to put things in to perspective. My 89 year old father in law has an active drivers license, but doesn't have a car. He stopped driving 6 months ago and got rid of his car. Marani has an active license, but doesn't have a product. Saying things are going to be big with marani is like me saying my father in law might win the Indy 500, because he used to drive. The main difference is, he didn't steal anyone's money by spewing lies on moneytv!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Mediocre is high praise, given their terrible sales history. Of course, it is a 15 year old "start up" company.
Mrib is a scam, run by a scammer and her scamily! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Helluva looooooooong calm!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Oh yeah, it is a 15 year old "start up" company!!
Did you order any? IF they have a few bottles sitting on the shelf, for 3 years, be careful opening it. The cork is probably very dry and will probably disintegrate trying to open it. You may want to ask them if it's been sitting only 3 years or if they have the bottle from 10 years ago!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
SEC, have you heard about MRIB???

What about the factual claim from the scammer, of a monthly increase in production of 20,000 cases??? LIES!!! LOLOLOLOLOL
Holding in the 2s LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL, yeah, after the $0.20 bids doubling the normally sold shares from $0.0001 all the way up to $0.0002!! Nice holding in the 2s... HAHAHAHAHA
