Got a reply via email by new CEO, great to see him responding.
Nice and steady, looking great here
Dang bro, that's quite the sail boat! Never been on one, but maybe one day, I get the opportunity.
That's hilarious 🤣, more so because I can relate. First time my son and I went out deep sea fishing, I decide to be the tough guy and not take Dramamine, like the wife suggested I take. We had blue skies and sunshine, but also wind and very choppy waters. Sat there turning green with sea sickness while my son sat beside me devouring a hamburger, hot dog, candy bar and a cold beverage and laughing at me the whole trip. Needless to say, no fish caught by me on that trip, lol
I am willing to give German more time before I make that call. He did jump into a debt laced, mismanaged company with the former CEO at the helm. JMO
I am just waiting to see what, if anything, this new Marketing director can do for Zen. Hopefully getting paid based on performance, but I am sure that isn't happening.
Trading is just a past time for me during the winter. I am to busy to even think about messing with penny stock during my busy season. I just try to pad my nest egg a little, to help boost my retirement fund, when I do decide to slow things down and enjoy retirement.
Just maybe this spin off actually does happen and Zen can carry me into retirement, lol
Thanks for sharing that
Why do so many on these boards argue that there is no shorting penny stocks? I constantly read there is and there isn't. Been an argument on these boards for years.
Haha, I only charter a boat once a year, and usually just me, my son and captain, go out.
Lets see what happens when Artizen breaks loose from PVSP
Nice! I charter fish on East coast, Cape Canaveral almost every year. It is a blast. If I lived in Florida, on or near coast, I would do the same.
Where do you charter the boat? Fishing charter?
What email address did you use? Did you email from the company website?
Only take significant losses if you sell. Many have been holding through many new moons. One day, hopefully, our patience will be rewarded. I definitely have voiced my frustration here many times, but also still hold all of my shares.
I would suggest digging up that data and forwarding it on to management. They should listen to folks with experience in distribution / sales
Taken from today's Letter to Share holder:
"Your Input Matters: Crafting a Comprehensive Investor Business Plan"
"Your insights and feedback are invaluable to us and we want to hear from our shareholders. Shareholder feedback is also crucial for us as we develop a comprehensive investor business plan, detailing our roadmap, milestones, and key strategies. This plan is not just a document; it's our commitment to a robust foundation for future growth. Stay tuned as we keep you informed and involved every step of the way."
At least see if you get a response. JMO
From reading today's news, it seems management is open to all input, such as yours, they are wanting to engage with shareholders, which is a definite positive IMO.
Yes you did:
"To spearhead this focus, the company has already placed a substantial order for its completely redesigned energy drinks. A robust marketing campaign is scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2024 to promote these revitalized products and drive market engagement."
They are serious about cleaning up the balance sheet and making this a lean running business moving forward IMO
Great update. Nice to see management keeping shareholders in the loop!!
So, do they update the Security Details once a month here?
Getting to that more realistic Market Cap. Be nice to see the stock maintain a $.003-$.004 range
No doubt this is being pushed, but the fact is, the news recently was solid. I am watching for new significant updates. Imagine this push combined with another significant business update
Nice little pop this afternoon!
Especially and particularly, the Non dilutive
Yea, I am not sure that selling that to a competitor was a wise move. Good to know about the positive feedback with the drinks, thanks!
Chip away at it. Apparently former management had a lot to do with that accumulated deficit. There are plenty of OTC stocks sustaining a share price much higher than KGKG, with the same or higher accumulated deficit.
Good point!
This came from the sale of Ooh La Lemin Lemonade to Sprecher Brewing.
"We received $450,000 at the closing of the transaction, all of which was allocated to the repayment of certain of our debt obligations."
The balance sheet shown on the next 10K, should hopefully look much better. in terms of the remaining convertible debt.
Congrats. I still ride free shares from trip 8. At least for me, I see no reason to unload all my shares, based on the recent news. JMO
Really all depends on how new management intends to use the funds. They are talking a good talk, now let's see if they are more than just talk
I don't believe anyone ever said that LOC was free $$$. Just that it is a Non dilutive LOC,
So, you have tried their product? Highdrate energy waters or the energy drinks? They still have a new rebranded can design coming, correct?
Got yea, makes sense
I agree. There is plenty of upside here. They have definitely started in the right direction. New management just needs to follow through. A lot of folks cashed in from trips the last run, we have a new base in the mid $.0015-$.002 range. I expect we see more solid business updates, maybe even as early as this week.
I understand and why I am now here. New management, fresh ideas, form their PR's, they don't seem a fan of toxic lending. IMO the sooner they can shake free from Mast Hill Fund, the better.
Can anyone name all these subsidiaries?
So you are suggesting the sales of shares from the S1 registration to Mast Hill are restricted? IMO if management is serious about shareholder value and cleaning up the balance sheet, some of that $5M Non dilutive LOC should be used to clean up any or most remaining convertible debt.
So the main diluter here as of late has been Mast Hill? From the S1 back in May 2023. Looks like it is set to expire May 2024
I sent out an email last Thursday. I am sure new management is very busy. May be a good idea to have a dedicated investor relations rep.
Toxic lending. But hopefully the note holders have unloaded majority of their shares by now. Could be the start of much better year for the company and shareholders.
Does anyone here that has reached out to the company with questions via email, ever get a response?
Still have to get the 2023 audit complete, but definitely great to get 2021/2022 completed.
