It looks like Brad is taking some folks to the cleaners prior to bailing on the company.
In my opinion...427 is innocent...much like Gary. I don't believe he is dishonest. However, I do believe that he believes Brad is honest.
Just my 2 cents.
Does Ray's family believe he's a slimeball?
I believe that's Deeba.
If this were to occur, we could not continue in our current line of business.
It looks like Brad and Ray found a way out. I bet they had it planned this way from the beginning.
You shameless son of a buck. LOL
I did nothing wrong. I NEVER participated in anything illegal. I DID NOT act on insider information.
However, I also do not have any concrete evidence except my word, and some free 144 shares that anyone else did anything either. If the SEC believes any of that will be useful to them, I'll sing like a canary. But I'm afraid it's fairly useless without hard evidence.
The only thing I received was inside information prior to a PR coming out. I didn't ask for the information...and firmly believe that if someone makes their money in an illegal fashion...the success will be fleeting and temporary in nature. I still own every 144 share I ever received.
That's a big NEGATIVE halston.
Hey Gary. I haven't read the posts for a few weeks, I believe. Checked the message boards first page and decided to read your post.
What happened? Why is the pps so low, and what happened to you? Did you come to some sort of realization that after $90 million, and 12 years or so that Ray may not be trying as hard as he should?
Serious question. Thanks.
My lawyer and tax advisor have a neat thing to do with a Roth IRA and an LLC. I'd be interested in your opinion on this as I've been doing it for about a year.
They got me down to less than $150k AGI on paper to fund a Roth. I then turned around and started a new LLC and had the ROTH purchase 100% ownership in the LLC. Since a ROTH grows tax free... all profits from the LLC can legally be distributed to the owners...which is the ROTH. I can do anything I'd like to do to make money which is usually not the case with an IRA.
Also, I can make a loan to the LLC from my personal funds, as long as an agreement is drawn up, and I'm repaid from the LLC with interest. Any profits resulting from the loan can be used to grow the LLC, and can also be passed to the ROTH. This gets around the yearly limits imposed by the government which dictates how much i can put in a ROTH...but doesn't dictate how much I can put in an LLC.
It's nice way to legally avoid paying huge taxes...and a REALLY nice way to perform any business venture/money making transaction (stocks, real estate, ebay etc.) to grow a ROTH very very quickly.
I was just thinking...we've been with you on your annual trip to Canada for eight years now as you paddle your boat out onto the pond to steal internet access from the lodge across the pond.
Have a good trip goldy.
Well...I guess you still have marijuana.
I know it is nasty to stir people up with my posts but I enjoy it. Push the button and watch them jump like puppets. So sad, but fun.
Wow mahinui...that's kind of sadistic. LOLOL
I don't visit much anymore. When I do...it's mainly to check the ongoing saga of rsmi. Excel is a pretty good guy. He seems to have good intentions. He just seems to have a hard time with moving on. Not sure why.
Have a good one.
hey mahinui. did you get bored with having no messages to read so you took the peanut gallery off ignore for giggles? some folks around here just lie in waiting...hoping for someone to pounce on. you're providing them with a nice opportunity. lol
are you still in hawaii? i was recently introduced to kava.
Is RIM increasing to 4 billion? Did a proxy get sent out?
My point is that it cannot be said that "Ray" ruined anyone's life. The investor played a role as well. In other words...they allowed it to happen.
I agree with everything you said in your post. However, if someone's life was "ruined", it's because they put a high percentage of their net worth into one single investment trying to strike it rich quick. Sad...but true. It's not Brad's fault...or Ray's fault that they made an emotionally based decision without looking for logical justification first.
Therefore, it cannot be said that RSMI ruined someone's life. That person has the BULK of the responsibility.
Sorry Excel. I have to take exception with something you said.
...they destroyed people's lifes with their lies.
The folks who invested in this stock were willing participants. This company hasn't destroyed anyone's life without their permission. If a person put WAY too much money into this company so that it "destroyed" their life, then maybe they deserved it.
While I agree that the company has been somewhat misleading, you can hardly characterize it as being totally the company's fault. Each individual has stewardship over their money. If they laid out a wad of cash hoping to strike it rich quick, then they were damn well willing participants. They have the majority of responsibility as they handed over their money.
That $300 could be used to purchase 12,000 shares of stock. That will be worth $1.2 million when this thing hits $100/share.
WOW. George is really playing those ticky tackers for suckers, isn't he...
The anonymous poster to the article was James Zenere. jjz?
UTEK will transfer the shares into an offshore account, and have them sold within 30 days.
Whoa.....far out man. Sorry. LOL
I'd be willing to bet money you're a female.
I don't think it's George. I believe it's Carl Kruse. I also believe Carl has other multiple aliases going here that he uses to talk back and forth with himself. He wouldn't be wasting his time here unless a huge pump was about to occur.
38% of my city is now fiber, with 100% scheduled. RSMI technology (if there is a technology) may be a short term fix, but I agree that fiber is the only real long term solution. http://www.utopianet.org/where/orem.html
By the way...100 megabyte speeds is REALLY nice. The only limitations are the actual software on the computer.
I'm an active member of the LDS church, but don't attend services at that particular building.

WOW. I haven't been keeping up with the board for quite some time now so forgive me if I'm wrong...but you seem to come off as somewhat of an arsehole in your post. Maybe you could lighten up a bit? Are you and Worn buddies or something?
I agree 100% with you and Cap. Indicators are mostly an afterthought, only to be used as one tiny piece of technical evidence (i.e. looking for a divergence and/or trend continuation signs). Also, as Cap said (in a later post after yours), money management money manegement money management.
Most people concern themselves with being right. I know people that can be wrong 70% of the time and still be profitable.
Good post Brother Glance.
Does anyone know how to put someone on ignore?
You sure do write an awful lot like Destiny over on the sheep board.
By the way coastman...I have to agree. My past comment history over the last couple of years would indicate that a lack of debate on my part. However, don't mistake a lack of desire for a lack of ability. Quite frankly, debating anything whatsoever having to do with this stock is simply not worth my time. Putting any thought into this is more than I'm willing to do.
Of course, I'm sure with your level of success in life, you're able to understand that sometimes it just aint' worth spending valuable time doing something that isn't somehow moving the ball towards the goal.
I'd be willing to bet that you have all your eggs in one basket here. Impressive.
Coastman- This is the only alias I have ever used. Your charges are baseless and your desire to incite disorder far exceeds your ability to debate and comment constructively. Your comment history is proof.
Coastman is Cem727. I TOS'd his last alias and they kicked him off. Time to TOS this one as well.
This is a pretty silly argument to say the least. However, for what it's worth, I agree with BuyLow 100%. Coastman is a liar. I was there that day as well.
I second that motion.
BL
his presence important enough to warrant postponing the meeting. He will be a key participant at the mid-January meeting."
Kind of reminds me of when they delayed Lucent verification of co@ocx because of "enhancements".
Of course, this is PURELY speculation. However, you have to admit that NVXE has a history of putting out misleading statements to cover the truth.
Did you buy them under rule 144...or do you claim to have bought them on the open market?
