I feel your pain, sort of. Life long Browns fan here. I guess I'll pull for the Cowboys for the rest of the playoffs, since I live in Texas now and I'd rather see the NFC win it at this point.
Thanks for the info. I really liked what I found here, and I think your long position will probably pay off pretty nicely for you in the next few years. Management seems to have their act together here, and it looks to me like they're building a real winner. Plus, you have to love Todd Davis' experience with IPO's.
GLTY, hopefully we can both make a lot of money here!
Thanks for the tip about the Williams percentage. I honestly have not used it that often as an indicator, but when I looked at the chart last night it almost follows the stock movement to a T.
Based on the Williams % and a few other technical indicators, I was planning on bidding in the .045-.047 range and hope I get filled there. If I don't, I wouldn't mind paying a higher share price to get in here, because I think this one is going to be a big winner.
Have a good weekend and go EDXC!
Thank you to everybody who helped me on my initial DD last night. I was impressed with what I found.
First of all, I don't think I can stress this enough, but I really like the share structure here. It was also exciting to see, as many pointed out, that the share structure has stayed largely the same over the past year, which is remarkable for an OTC MJ security.
Over the last year the O/S reached 211,710,738, which is far less than some of the other automated vending MJ stocks. More remarkably over the last year, the company only added a little over 12.6-million shares to the O/S. Some OTC companies can add that many shares in a day. The lack of sizable dilution is a huge positive here.
One of the real bright spots I found was how successful the acquisition of GreenLeaf Consulting LLC has been in the short time period since Endexx has acquired them. This was an incredibly smart acquisition, because many will want to join the "Green Rush," but they will all need someone to advise them on complicated state laws. It's good to see that they are already producing revenue for the company, and if I'm reading the recent shareholder update right, it sounds like they will be bringing in a lot more revenue next quarter.
From shareholder update: "In the recently released 10k annual report, the company showed its first revenue from its acquisition of Greenleaf Consulting, LLC. (a wholly owned division) and subsequently has secured significant new consulting contracts for fiscal 2015."
GreenLeaf Consulting seems poised to bring in large amounts of money for Endexx in 2015 and the years that follow.
Also I think there is no comparison in the MJ vending industry in regards to how good the Autospense looks. I personally am incredibly excited about how profitable the vending side of the MJ industry will be. And I think that the company has a very good plan in place in trying to make the Autospense a staple of medical marijuana dispensaries, by beating competitors to market, and by offering the highest quality product. Also by focusing on legal concerns first, and by addressing customer desires, I think they have hit a home run here.
Also thanks for pointing me to the Vuzix partnership. They are a great partner going forward. It's always good to be associated with a company that also associates itself with Fortune 500 corporations like Apple, and has a $24.8-million investment from Intel. This seems like it can only lead to good things.
Overall, I love Endexx's business plan. They have managed to make great partnerships, and have great products and services to offer potential customers. The share structure and lack of dilution is so important in any start up company on the OTC. Shareholders seem to be rewarded for their investment here, and I believe that is reflective of good management. Not to mention CEO Todd Davis has participated in over 100 IPO's. It's also great to see that insiders hold a large percentage of shares here. All in all, I think Endexx is building a very bright future in the MJ sector.
Once again, thanks to everyone for all of the help. This seems like a really good group of shareholders and hopefully we can all make a lot of money together soon. Go EDXC!
This one is intriguing. I'm starting to do some DD here, and like what I see so far. I am a big believer in the vending side of the industry, it will be an incredibly profitable niche in the sector.
Compared to most OTC MJ securities, I really like the share structure here, the amount of shares insiders own, and the fact that the vending machine looks great. It's also good to see that they recently have gotten some revenues here, without having to go crazy with dilution.
I just started looking deeper into this company today, but noticed the historically low volume today. Can anyone speculate as to why it was so low?
And also I'm just curious if there has been any dilution here recently and what effect that has had on the stock price if any?
After I finish my DD on EDXC this weekend I'll probably watch how it trades the first few days of next week, and look to grab a starter position here if I like what I see, and the PPS I can get.
The posters on this board seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. So if anyone has any tips on the trading patterns, like when the best time of day to buy is generally, or has any really important information pertaining to the company that I should look into during my DD I would really appreciate it.
Good luck to all of my fellow investors in the MJ sector. I hope this is a very profitable quarter for EDXC, the MJ industry in general, and all of the investors in it. Thanks in advance for any important information you may have.
Pretty strong consolidation day here. We are building a pretty solid base, with what looks like a bottom at $7.30, as selling seems to be drying up, and no one wants to sell below there. It's too soon to say for sure, but I think next week we will continue to build up that base into the $7.50-$7.75 range.
The next time the MJ sector pops, and we get some volume we will be golden here. I'm ready for this to test $9.25 again.
Have a good weekend everybody here, and go CBDS!!
I am happily invested in CANV, so I assume we disagree on where this company is going.
But you are right in raising these questions about production costs as it is a very real and big concern. I just emailed the company to ask a couple of questions, and added one on the production cost topic. I hope and expect to hear back soon, about what the plan is regarding marijuana CBD competition and if we plan on producing it if it becomes legal in more or all 50 states.
I'm still very confident here however, as management seems to care about shareholder value. I like the fact that insiders hold 61% of the outstanding shares, and that the share structure has stayed reasonable over the last year. This one trades thin, and if the sector heats up, it will at least be a nice swing trade.
I still think financials will improve on last quarter, as that quarter was obviously not good, but to be expected after the HempMeds termination. This shouldn't be sub-$3 for long IMO. I'm cautiously optimistic here.
I would love to go long on CANV, but I just need some clarification from management about the future and to see how well they address shareholder concerns first before making that decision.
I'll let you know if management gives me any substantive information that is worth sharing regarding your concern.
Go CANV!!
I'll definitely take a nice consolidation day as well. Someone wanted in bad EOD at .0137-.0138, and we knocked down the wall at .0139. Next week should be nice!
Have a good weekend Penny and go ERBB!
Very strong close! It was nice to see the 14's print! Next week should be good here.
Sounds good to me! Would love to see Monday news as well, because with the sector consolidating today it seems like some of these MJ tickers are getting ready to make big runs.
You might be right, but since that big bid came in at .0137 buying has started to heat up at .0139. The next 20 minutes should be interesting, but I think we can break that wall.
That 844K bid looks nice. Good chance we close the day green here IMO
If we can burn through this 400K+ at .0139, I could see us closing mid .014's. Regardless of where we close today, I think we're in really good shape here going forward.
Great finds! I think we're in really good shape here, especially if management can pull off the up list. Hoping for a green Friday!
Strong close today for ERBB and the sector in general today. Hopefully the momentum continues tomorrow and beyond.
I just sent an email. Don't expect to hear back from Anderson. Nice to see the ask thinning a little bit here though.
We're looking good here today. We seem to slowly but surely to be building a higher base here in the 7's. Would love to see us close in the $7.25-$7.50 range or better.
The marijuana market on a macro level also is up today. It would be great for us if the sector can heat up a little bit, as CBDS IMO is one of the 3 best MJ plays in the entire sector.
Pretty good day here so far. There has been a lot more buys than sells. Hopefully we can continue to consolidate in this mid .013 range, and close green. Go ERBB!
We seem to be holding up pretty well compared to a lot of the other MJ securities. It seems like we could make that kind of move tomorrow o me as well
As per the last quarterly report
A/S: 190-million
O/S: 33.1-million
Marijuanaindex.org has the market cap listed at $96.58 million
It's trading better than the majority of the sector. The sector as a whole is down today and the volume is pretty weak across the board.
Wow Huge news out for CBDS!!
http://marijuanaindex.org/industry-news-item/
Cannabis Sativa, Inc. (OTCQB:CBDS) (referred to collectively with its subsidiaries as “CBDS”) today announced that it has signed a consulting agreement with consultants Jeff W. Holmes, Greg W. Holmes and Kevin J. Asher. Under the terms of the agreement the consultants will assist Cannabis Sativa, Inc. to build a comprehensive financial business model, develop and structure financial instruments to assist the company in capital raises and help prepare Cannabis Sativa, Inc. for the filing and application process for the NASDAQ markets, among other services.
“We are excited to work with Cannabis Sativa, Inc. which has an exemplary management team and board of directors,” said Jeff W. Holmes. “We believe in the legitimacy and market growth potential of the marijuana industry and we have identified Cannabis Sativa, Inc. as a company we believe to be well positioned in the cannabis market.”
“With the signing of the consulting agreement we are committed to move the company to the next level and execute on our business plan,” said former New Mexico governor Gary Johnson, CEO of Cannabis Sativa, Inc. “Further Jeff Holmes, Greg Holmes and Kevin Asher have extensive experience working with public companies and they can assist us with our strategic planning, development and guidance that we need as a public company.”
I thought we could close above $3, but it was still a very good close above the 50 DMA. If the volume continues at these levels we should rise quickly. Go CANV!!
Slowly but surely that ask is shrinking. It would be nice if it gets under 100 million by eod.
It looks like we're slowly building a higher base here. A green close today would be a good sign
Bounced hard after that dip, I think we can close over $3 today
Volume looks great so far! It looks ready to move farther north shortly. Go ERBB!!
The volume is looking good here today. CANV is looking ready to run hard!
I think the monster gains that HEM*, MJN*, and some of the other MJ tickers saw on Friday will be coming here soon. We should test .02 again at some point next week. All IMO
I think we might see some distribution news by the next quarterly report. Although it may come sooner than that.
The 8K from November seems encouraging where they stated that we have "transitioned from one customer to literally hundreds of customers."
Personally I'm really excited to see the next quarterly report, we should see some nice growth from last quarters fins.
I think next week should be good to us here. The whole sector is on fire and it's only a matter of time before ERBB starts making the huge gains that other MJ securities saw today
I'm cautiously optimistic as well, but based on the way the whole sector moved today I'm very excited to see what next week has in store for CANV and the sector more generally. I think it might be a fun couple of months around here. GLTY and hopefully we can both make a lot of money here!
I wouldn't be so sure. If you look at the 5yr chart on the marijuanaindex.org you can notice a trend of large gains for MJ securities in the 1Q for the last 5 years now. GLTY! Go ERBB! Go MJ!!
Let's close the first day of the new trading year green!
This is probably the best MJ security on the OTC. I think everybody invested here will be making a lot of money soon! GLTY!
CANV still climbing, bid support has been strong all day. I think we might test the resistance at $3 today
The bid is looking nice, CANV is about to run hard IMO!
Great call! Bulls are making the whole sector run today! And it looks like ERBB is just getting started
Good to see CANV starting the new trading year off with a bang! Can't wait to see the next quarterly report, as we should see huge improvements
Glad I'm in at these levels. Excited for the next quarterly report and the new year!
