I’ve got a couple of buddies investing in PASO & they were checking out the chart & noticed that PASO has been in business since 2008. They were asking me about the history with PASO, JG & what some of the past successes are? I know that has been discussed on the board & was hoping that someone could provide a summary for my buddies & all the new investors here. Maybe make it a stickie?

Back down to under a quarter! Wow! Yikes! ??
Here’s a definition of SPAC to help: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/spac.asp
CyberFuels cannot discuss due to an NDA?
If no news in July, then we can hope for the Annual Company Information & Disclosure Statement around 8/15, with the full annual report around 10/15.
There’s not enough volume most days. I’m hoping that changes at some point soon.
Where’s the news? Did you sell shares on that pump yesterday?
Thanks for the explanation. I was thinking that the MM’s would work to close the gap at .35, but agree that retail may not let that happen.
Nice post!
Pulled my bids until I see news.
New 52 week high on Thursday! Now to take out the 5-year high of $1.56 & 6-year high of $3.25.
I’m very optimistic here. This has turned into a long-term holding for me. Grateful that there is no bankruptcy news as was posted as a possibility earlier from someone claiming insider knowledge.
It would be good to know who is behind the financing. Maybe the next Quarterly will answer that?
I didn’t take not seeing mention of CyberFuels as a negative. I took the article as a positive, in that Hightower’s is expanding in the space. Also, I believe Hightower’s is still involved with CyberFuels.
Here’s a recent article on Hightower’s: https://www.resourceinfocus.com/2020/06/family-run-fuel-firm-looks-for-new-markets/.
I would never ever venture into a brothel, so back to Google for me.
Please share some of your deeper digging DD.
Yep, did that - IR, CEO & now hoofing it.
Credit goes to Shadowtrader for finding it initially.
I’ve called IR many times. Lately he has been very tight lipped...
With the lack of news here, all I can do is try to connect the dots.
I’m not clear on what the connection is here, but some of the wording in these reports are very much like the analysis that Ron has accomplished with CyberFuels. It’s been awhile since I’ve read any of those. I’ll see if I can dig them up & do some comparisons. Here’s another couple of links: https://fixourfuel.com/ & https://inspire.sgs.com/home from the reports. Do your DD!

The name change for Ron Yoder’s company to CyberFuels Distributing, LLC & the addition of Steve Armstrong as a managing partner happened 2 months ago, from what I can tell. That was not PR’d, so was not news.
It’s a hint into the bigger picture & all that I could find with my DD.
I would have liked to see a follow on PR regarding Steve Armstrong (Managing Partner) joining Ron Yoder at the newly formed CyberFuels Distributing, LLC. I think that is news worthy.
Yikes!
For what it’s worth, I’m not dumping.
How about .17! Yikes!
My shares are all locked & loaded as I wait for the huge news.
I didn’t say “Well Played”.
Yikes! Not a good day so far here.
Already taken...
Really? Where?
