If they DO deliver on the "killer of the Apple toll booth" prediction, the current market cap will be a pittance in comparision to where it will trade in the foreseeable future.
Michael Dell will soon be revisiting his $23/share offer.
All ,in my very humble opinion.
Glassware, I believe, is still in stealth mode, as the whales continue to accumulate this very undervalued stock.
Bruce, perhaps I am not seeing the light,Will you be adding to your position based on this bullish news?.How did the Dubai trade show work out? Was Eric there? any new major orders? Were the boys from MSFT ,Dell, seen clinging around Spiffy management? Any crowd enthusiasm towards this ubiquitous and disruptive technology? The day is almost over in Dubai, anxiously awaiting any update, maybe you could convince me into picking up some shares in the cheap. Thanks in anticipation, M+
I see sub two bucks shortly, new trading range $1.25-$2.25.
Derek, are you insinuating that the claims...
"Disruptive, Ubiquitous..
Killer of the Apple tollbooth..
Only in the second of a nine inning ballgame..
$6 $16 $60 $600"
ARE UNTRUE? :)
Hugo is entitled to his opinion. Him and Derek have been bang on from $11 to 11 cents.Thats whats more important than quibbing about the last dime.
I for one don't know nor care if she ever goes Chapter 11.It is a company which's debt exceeds assets by a considerable margin, sells a legacy product at very best.Shares of which will close sub a toonie this year, most likely hover $1.25-$1.50 next.
IMHO
Everytime she trades $2.75-$3.00,the sellers step in.Rest don't matter.
$2.75-$3, here come them preferreds.
Sure Bruce, one day the marketplace will wake up and recognise the true potential of this disruptive and ubiquitous technology..Good luck, you must be an aggressive buyer at these bargain prices.
$1.25-$1.50 will show it's face in 2018.
Pop and drop, seen this movie before.$1.99 or lower same time next year.
Surely, corner office let the promoters on chat lines and bogus newsletters do the dirty work :)
Management were never the ones that called for $6/$16/$600.(pre reverse)
Management were never the ones that called it killer of the Apple tollbooth.
But they did grant TONS of options to ones paid to proclaim Spiffy was the next best thing,Disruptive and Ubiquitous.
Maybe Bitcoin will trade at a million by 2020,as an expert said on CNBC recently.
Or GW in every Tesla, contribute to the upcoming manned Mars landing,Now if only the Gorilla had told us to buy bitcoin 4 years back :)
IMHO, Sphere has been nothing but a Promo, hence its future is dismal.dead cats aside.
In the past,Sphere 3D has insinuated a strategic partnership with Microsoft, promoters have boasted Dell offered 25X $23 a share for the company. Currently it barely runs a legacy disc drive business,15 million market cap,debt/equity negative;you must draw your own conclusion on any possible future partnership.
Call it your Bitcoin shot,to the moon or NADA. :)
Amazing twist of fate how this stock manages to rally everytime before a financing deal, than tanks..
I cant find anything in print? Is it straight debt or tied to some form of equity financing? Regardless, price action suggests Johnny retail is once again defacto underwriting this deal.
I was labelled traitor, dumped upon with vitriol and threats once my praises turned towards panning the stock and it's promoters.
Yes indeed, thank you Hugo and Derek, for I was actually long and got out after reading your posts.
One can lead a horse to water, but.........
What they say?
Whats your thoughts Bruce?
We are still only in the second of a nine inning ballgame?
This is STILL a disruptive company, killer of the Apple tollbooth?
On its way to $6, $16 $600 as per previous forecasts?
(I will grant you a hall pass on the 1X25 reverso). :)
Hugo,it gets better, somehow these sweetheart deals appear to get "leaked"in advance, hence the buyer gets to sell (or short) ahead, creating a risk free arbitrage, Johhny retail gets to "underwrite" these deals by default.Buyer of these sweetheart deals get a locked in profit.
TTommy, Bernie Madoff is miffed why he is serving time whilst these scoundrels still get to keep their villas and fancy cars..
Bruce, out of curiosity, were you known as "innsbrook" on another chat forum? regards,ALVIN.
Bruce, you are asking me explain a "triple bottom" around 9-10 cents(split adjusted) on its way down from TEN DOLLARS. Really?
At nine cents pre reverse, this is already a dead horse, nothing comes of flogging a dead horse
Only after shareholders wake up from their current malaise
Perhaps Bruce could help us understand the collapse in share price despite the game changing announcement made Nov 20 2017.
"A fool and his money are soon parted"...King James Bible..
Bruce, you "seem" mature enough to make your own investment decision, happy trading and regards,
Mutt, aka Oliver Hardy.
Its not just the Chiefs on mahogany row that absconded with millions,I heard some early level second tier promoters that walked away with mid to high six figures. The fraudsters doubled down on their lies after the stock had already jumped 1000%.Greedy retail hung on and actually added to their positions.
Abe Lincoln said it better,
"you can fool some of the people all of the time"
or,P.T Barnum (attributed to,albeit unconfirmed)
"there is a sucker born every minute"
Derek,at issue is thats still going on,management compensation and interest payments are paid in stock which can be liquidated in the market place.I am amazed at the faith (or hope) of new and current shareholders.
Investing 101,ride your gains, "limit your losses"...
Investing 102, Averaging down from $10 to 10c over three years is a sure fire recipe for losing your shirt.
Always, IMHO of course
Had the GW demo "worked" ,spiffy would have been in the leagues of Amazon, Apple, Goog, etc etc etc
IMHO
Last of the original "Johnny retail" hopefully bailed out a long while ago.Only aggressive day traders should even dare to step their toes in. Even than only with mad money.I get the feeling year end tax lossers are also now involved.
Every pop is routinely met with high volume selling, probably by those receiving shares in lieu of interest payment. This massive internal dilution can not last for long.
