There are two key points on the chart - one is .004 and the other is .0063 - if the first breaks, the second will be the next point they try to stop it -

If that one breaks, this will make it to .01 and probably higher - imo

with only a 900mill o/s here, it's a very easy short opp b/c it's so thin and most holders don't have a clue it's being legitimately shorted - b/c they have been told no one shorts pennies, which is completely false - imo

The problem is the penny shorters/brokers have gotten away with not reporting for so long, it became a mystery. The new Finra Rule 4340 is attempting to change that, however enforcing it is going to be another matter altogether - imo

To my knowledge none of the usual suspect retail brokers will allow shorting U.S. pennies -

The thing about shorting pennies even off-shore like IB is the margin requirements are very steep and therefore are only for the very well-capitalized -

From the looks of it, there was a mini squeeze here last Friday aft which prob had something to do with the new Finra Borrow Rule 4340, which went into effect Monday -

When the pps never made it past the .004 resistance Monday morn, it looks like the legit short stepped back on it at .004 and through today are still trying to pound it down -

I watched the tape here Mon morn and saw the blocker they put up at .004, then the same yesterday morn and aft - and more of the same today - imo

Well, that's THE sanctioned SEC short report system which OTCMarkets carries - and which reports all broker reported short activity bi-monthly for all stocks, big boards included - imo

IOW, that's not OTC's reporting system, it is THE system which they stream - imo

Knowing who the short is exactly, is hard to say but them throwing 66mill at it when it rose to an old resistance of .006 area in late Feb is the tell.

What is important to know is the level of intensity - which the bi-monthly report accurately reveals - imo

Noticed this today and which is nearly unheard of in Pinks -

Having this many shares officially reported as short on a Pink (i.e. non-NSS legit borrows) as 66.5mill in Feb is astronomical - and valuable to KNOW for longs -

Looking at a chart these were borrowed the last week of Feb, but not used to kill the pps until beginning first week of March and on -

Friday looked like a mini-squeeze but they were back at it yesterday and today from what I saw - imo

It always helps to know when you are really being shorted and that's exactly what's going on here - hope that helps imo
