It has been falling for some time now, boomer. The PPS is swirling the toilet bowl.
Another day ... more dumpage!
They had no monies to pay their rent and now working out of Korenko's home. Got to be kidding. This isn't a call center business. It's a medical device company. They can't afford at least a small office with receptionist? No, because according to the latest filings, they have like 10 bucks in the bank. Facts are facts, not fake news.
Wrong again, sorry.
I stated the address on file for the Kennewick office matched the other address for the other company. No misinformation. And the rest are facts, not optimistic speculation.
Aabsoutely false information. RDGL did lose their lease in the facility in Kennewick which they were in for several years because they could no longer afford the rent there, and had to leave. Now from what I understand the company is being run out of someone's home office.
Very doubtful. Hasn't happened much in the past, probably won't happen in the future given their debt issues.
I'm not going to do your research here. There were plenty when the company contracted with the Wealthy Investor folks about a year, year and a half ago. You can look those up.
The cost to bring a medical device or product to market remains the same, whether you're a microcap stock or a blue chip stock. So a million dollars is still a million dollars. Gets used up quickly.
I just don't see this happening with the company, despite that they appear to have a potentially decent cancer treatment.
There was clearly a P&D effort underway a few days ago when a number of people started to show up and the volume skyrocketed for a day. Then of course, they flipped their shares for a short term capital gain. And the stock PPS returned to its red ways.
I did say "little or no interest." $1M in the pharma world is chump change. And Magna likely hit them up with a high interest rate on whatever amount they elected to lend the company.
Thank you for elaborating on this and all verifiable.
And then there is this:

Ugly!
Not true. The company has tried attending begfests with institutional investors, garnering little or no interest. They have also contracted with promo pump outfits that charged a lot, but again lack of interest from whale investors. Says a lot about the company. They have never, ever met their timelines, they have failed twice already to get FDA approval as a medical device, and they were evicted from their Kennewick office because they could no longer pay the rent. They have net $10 or so in the bank per their filings, and pretty much zero funding to get animal trials done. And they will likely have to engage in human trials in order to get FDA approval the 3rd go-round.
A mess to say the least. Believe what you will, but I've been around this ticker for a few years now and know from experience what to expect ... and not expect.
TCSxyz, boy I sure called it ... and so did you. Micro P&D effort. Couldn't hold its gains for even 2 days!! Back it goes to the cellar.
Right. That's why the PPS is down 30% from yesterday. Lots of buying going on. LMFAO!
Buyers will lose their shirts on this, that's for damn sure.
This should be stickied!
Watch and learn?? Learn what, son? That flipping is being done as we speak. P&D fully underway.
I agree, but there remains those who continue to drink the Kool-Aid. A P&D crew moved in for a day and already flipping their gains. Couldn't even hold its PPS for a single day. The dumpage continues.
Not a chance. Biggest runner trending down in stinky pinky land, perhaps.
GLTY then.
I agree with you. Seen the usual suspects before. Setting up a P&D. Buyers beware.
Nothing new since May 31.
Absolutely spot on, Catfish.
Correct, but the PPS has only trended backwards since. Was at .20 at one point.
That PPS was due to the reverse split.
Totally agree. You and Tilltom have called this accurately. Thanks! This ticker will be back to low teens/high trips soon enough.
Not today, but very likely in the next few trading days.
Before a BK is filed? Yes, I agree.
No worries on my part. History and experience dictate with this ticker is that the PPS will give up its one day gains in the next day or so when investors flip.
No it doesn't matter. RDGL was evicted for non-payment. I'll let your error slide, ok.
It's not a "residence" ... it's a business warehouse location. Same address, but I don't live in WA. Again, doesn't matter. What does matter is that the PPS has been trending down for a long time now, and is headed back to the trips ... in 2 more months or less.

Con-Agra Lamb Weston is the new tenant at the 1021 N Kellogg location in Kennewick, WA since AMIC was evicted last year.
Read TCS's response. Don't have to take my word for it. An eviction can be accomplished any number of ways. They did not leave those premises in Kennewick voluntarily. And why does it matter at this point anyway? Company has no revenues or business activity, so they likely allowed themselves to be evicted because they can't pay their bills with $16 in the bank. Anyone who is still in this POS offering a promising cancer treatment device that cannot even get it to market after many years of failed attempts, is simply going to lose her/shirt.
Is it a fact. I don't need to post the eviction notice on this board or prove it to you or anyone else.
I don't know. You'd have to perform your own due diligence on that. Just know they could no longer pay rent on that facility and were evicted.
In the long run, it doesn't matter anyway. They have less in their business account than I carry in my wallet, and the PPS is swirling the toilet. Two more months until BK.
Sorry, fact. And reported many times on this board, including the former "new Sheriff in town" who bailed some time ago.
Eviction is what happened. No spin-doctoring. Couldn't afford their rent and were evicted from the premises. Fact.
The "2 more months" crap has gotten very old and and continues to be very much a lie. 2 more months is much more of a distinct possibility when the company is forced to declare bankruptcy.
"Don't drink the Kool-Aid" would be more accurate a statement. Or "Know what you own and why you need to dump it now before it is too late."
