That's reasonable, 50-100 in 12 months is out of the question.
Absolutely. As in the opposite of a short. But I think often times people hold "long" term expecting a stock to go up over the course. I'm just saying take profits, and gtfo,
Stocks aren't worth holding long term. Get in on dips, sell on strength, and get out. No one will ever make money by constantly going long. Especially in OTC!!!
So it's not a franchise fee? Is that correct? Are you saying they have a location but just aren't selling any product?
Maybe in the future. It seems like a licensing fee now. Otherwise why did the first agreement pay the fee, but hasn't done any business
Then it would be called franchising! Not "branding".
CS only wants to be middle man. That's it
Weren't people speculating .11-.15 pps this week? Huh that's odd. Seems to be half of that. Point is fofu is overvalued, and until news hits it should probably be .03-.04 pps.
"Thinking" of branding, does no good without an agreement. Also revenue has to be defined. So what if they get 25k, the first agreement hasn't produced anything for fofu. Lmao
If they don't add another dispensary next week, should see a decent market correction. Also, should hear some revenue numbers to prove the business model.
Imho I would have done the business plan prior to signing any agreement.
Haha. It's all speculation. If anything I have stated facts. You state hopes and dreams.
I said it took 6 months to have 3 agreements. Fact
You stated 100 stores * 100k min revenue = $10,000,000 for Cafe. That is a dream.
What facts have you stated??? Lololol
Yeah I would. But that's not reported.
You were claiming 10 million in revenue for Cafe
They only have three addresses for branded stores. Per their website.
Well why were you claiming 100? Now it's 50?
I never said anything DIDNT exist. Only that it's crazy to think that they would even come close to 100 branded stores in a year. Lmao
No I'd like to talk to Mark Noffke
Are you saying Mark Noffke answers the company phone???
I said the CEO. Not the company.
Also, anyone that suggest insiders are buying shares on the open market is not worthy of any member mark. Lol ridiculous.
There's no number publicly available for the ceo
Lmao they PR'd three completed agreements in 6 months. How do you figure 100 in the next year? What good is it if they don't PR it. Lmfao

They've gotten 3 branded dispensaries in 6 months. How do you figure that they will have 100 with in the next 12 months?
Yeah. Why can't you give out his number? Odd. If "we" the shareholders are the company, how is it that only "you" get to call him???????
I'm saying, how does CS charge 20%
Hahahaha. Ok so why can't any of us get ahold of the CEO?
And Burger King charges a one time 50,000$ fee plus 4.5% of sales. Lol
Why do you keep saying "we"? It's "they", not you.
Of course. It comes from the same product doesn't it?
Who is "we" that gets a percentage of sales. Isn't that cafe' serendipity ? Or.....
Well what's realistic? 50 or 100? What's realistic? 1,000,000$ revenue or 2,000,000$ revenue?
What's realistic? 15,000$/month in licenses?
12 employees to handle 2,000,000$ in business. That's what, 200,000$ if they only got paid min wage(which isn't realistic)
What's realistic? 4,000$ a month in rent plus utilities
What's realistic? 700,000$ in material costs
What's realistic? 600,000$ for taxes
What's realistic?
Medical marijuana isn't where the money is at. It's in the rec marijuana. Where it's double the cost. Medical yields 30$ an eighth, rec is 50-60$ if it's a reputable dispensary.
I don't think insiders can buy shares on the open market
These numbers seem to be high estimates. No business is going to make it shelling out 100,000$ on 2,000,000$ revenue. I believe in what the company stands to do as far as branding and consulting, the industry needs it, but most dispensaries do not have that kind of revenue.

Need to take off the log scale
Isn't the "BAM" when it starts to go down? Lol
It's actually pretty good news. They also converted the debt for .10 a share. So basically double the current pps. Also, this is probably the first step in creating a new company, as mr. Casey was mostly involved for the bioplastic side. So he's probably not needed.
Be that as it may, hopefully you were able to avg down, and find some news to be able to gtfo of this stock.
I don't see anything about what brands/products they offer. With three stores, why don't they show that info?
