You’re right. Their corporate headquarters are in Colorado Springs but the contact talks about legalization there. I will reread the contact later this evening.
I will relook into it when I get home this evening.
Darn. Their corporate headquarters is in Colorado Springs. I will have to reread the contract because I’m certain it talks about Colorado Springs legalizing cannabis in the contact.
“A citizens group filed ballot language Monday with the Colorado Springs City Clerk's Office that could ask voters in a special election to legalize recreational marijuana sales at existing medical dispensaries.”
Based off that sentence, I am led to believe that the current medical only stores, which SHWZ is set to own the best, would then become medical without new stores entering the area.
The contact SHWZ signed had incentives to pay more for Emerald Fields if rec occurs and the stores hit sales goals and to pay less if rec does not occur and the stores do not hit sales goals off rec cannabis.
Where are you getting 24 stores?
I’m just curious, did you read the article?

Most volume since august
I read it very carefully. This wash should allow for SHWZ to prove why they deserve the lead the sector. Shwz is the most undervalued pot stock in the sector. It has the potential to make money in q4 and possibly turn in nearly the same numbers from q3 while cannabis sales dry up for competitors.
I still think southern Colorado growers is going to step up and fill the *potential* revenue gap created by *potential* declining Star Buds sales because of croptober. I don’t think worrying about the sales of Colorado declining is worthy of believing Schwazze can’t make up the revenue. Nancy even told us on the call referred to that SHWZ has multiple revenue streams to hit their goals. I think she didn’t want to count October because I don’t think she knew how much money southern Colorado growers outdoor crop would add this year in revenue or because she wants it to be a surprise. Dye told us in the q1 or q2 call that he was expecting Colorado sales numbers to decline as covid purchases were cycled through. He literally told us that this was going to happen before it happened. Why the f are so many ppl freaking out?
We have officially cleared out the wolf pump of last year that took the stock from 1.50 to 3.20
At least all the potstocks are getting hammered.
Yep. Not much.
Sales for Starbuds was up 1% while Colorado was down 10%.
Justin Dye was about to present to ppl who have never heard him speak or don’t know anything about SHWZ.
I think Croptober is good for SHWZ. We shall see!
In Q3 2021 con call, transcript and call are still available on seeking alpha, Starbuds was up 1% year over year while Colorado was down 10%.
Shwz had 3 Mesa Organics stores in Nov 2020 with one opening in December of 2020. Also had Purplebee’s distillate, carts, vapes, salves, and concentrates.
Starbuds was up 1% while Colorado was down 10% for q3
Starbuds was up 1% in q3 while Colorado was down 10%. Read the q3 con call on seeking alpha.
Starbuds was up 1% last quarterly reports while the state was down 10%. Read the Q3 con call on seeking alpha.
It is insane. If SHWZ is able to remain profitable as they expand I can’t imagine SHWZ staying down here much longer.
Wow. Still the same type of posts! Lmao! That’s hilarious! But it is true. Shwz should be at least $3 per share. It should be $5 but the market sucks. It should be $10 but the market sucks. Eventually, the market will realize, oh, SHWZ hasn’t been invested in. Then it will realize it should take a position and then the price will go up. It is super simple.
Shwz is now on a lot of peoples watch lists. Getting them to pull the trigger is a different story. The company is executing.
Hopefully he cancelled to close a deal.
Shwz should be able to separate from the others in their class and outperform the market and its peers. The market needs to realize SHWZ is recession proof.
The market has been wrong about SHWZ for 3 years now.
If SHWZ finds a group of people to continuously buy 20k share blocks SHWZ will be off to the races.
There has to be buyers for sellers to offload their shares.
I am excited about having huge buyers down here. I am curious to know who’s buying! I think it is price manipulation.
This price suppression is so artificial it’s not even funny. #Manipulation
Because of city governments.
I can imagine a fire in Boulder could also delay cannabis license transfers as the government deals with more important issues.

I’d like to see them buy Joe Puglise’s shares.
Shwz is at 32 dispo’s, 7 cultivations, 2 MIPS and 2 states. They put out an update late December or early January. I think they are working on big things.
New 52 week low today.
The loan states they have to use $80m of the cash for acquisitions, and as you pointed out, they must have $10m cash in the bank at the end of each quarter. That technically only gives them [93.1m-80-10=] $3.1m of leeway. Have to run a really tight ship. But that’s only in a vacuum because SHWZ had over $20m in the bank last quarterly filing.
I am in line with your estimates but I am curious to see how the debt take-on affects the profitability. I also think it's the first quarter with a large output from SCG because I think their outdoor crop was completed in October. It may not be much, but it could be enough to offset their debt fees. They didn't have that luxury when they reported Q4 2019. It is also possible that SCG doesn't count toward SHWZ numbers in 2021 because Nancy said bulk cannabis like that is pre-planned out in purchasing. However, cannabis I think is paid for on or after delivery. I'm also really curious to see what NM is going to do for the quarterly numbers.
2022 should be good for SHWZ. I still feel like they got a steal paying $42m for 10 stores, 4 grows, and a mip.
I calculated the 4th quarter and came up with the same estimates as Risk when the 3rd quarter results were posted because they updated us with guidance when the 3rd quarter was posted.
Q1 should be good. Really excited about that because the hoop houses will add to the margins and revenue. I wonder if Purplebee’s is still partners with Los Sueños? After SCG gets going year round, I don’t see why Purplebee’s would need Los Sueños any longer. I will say, if this is the case, SHWZ will need dump trucks to deliver that weed to Purplebee’s. Los Sueños was right down the road, but it appears a new ball player is in town.
I’m more interested that there’s a buyer/buyers
