That's awesome, you had a life changing year, im thrilled to be on this board we many millionaires. Now, let's get busy on the next play. GLTU&M
Come on old nick, I appreciate the fatherly advice, how about sharing your knowledge about the technicals with me. My week area is in reading charts, what do you say, you up for the challenge?
I'm not unhappy, im unsatisfied. Waiting the addition 120 days I may yield an additional 20% return on my investment. If I had sold at $14 pps and reinvested those gains I may have been ahead. However, we don't know what the pps will be in 120 days so I'm eager to ascertain. Nevertheless, I'm happy I took he chance on AAMRQ, I would have hoped the distribution would have been slightly better given the fact we held out through all of those tough times.
Im not satisfied w/ the distribution, our $$$ is tied up for at least 120 days and based on the distributions it might have been just as rewarding as selling prior to the merger. However, the missing link is what he pps will be after the last distribution.
would you agree that a partnership would be better for us as opposed to a buyout? I think I would rather have a partnership w/ a large bio firm so we can watch the pps grow rather than a buyout. If a buyout I doubt we would get nearly the reward for our investment.
Thank you phithebuilder, I agree. IYO, where do you see the pps after some news? I know you can predict the price but can you give me your opinion?
LOL, thanks for your input, the time you've given me is much appreciated. I'm drying some powder now to average down. I hope to see you on the ticker when it heats up again. GLTU
Thanks JT, I bought in when the price hit .20 how long do you think it will take to get back there? Also, do you see the pps going above the .20 target?
It's an exciting time at American Airlines, and we're kicking off the new year with you — our most loyal customers — in mind.
For now, we'll continue to maintain our separate loyalty programs — Dividend Miles and AAdvantage® — with rules and benefits of each program still applying, but rest assured your mileage balance and elite status are safe, secure and will continue to be honored.
There is much work to be done as we combine two great airlines — American Airlines and US Airways — and since the close of our merger, we have been working to bring you our first phase of enhanced benefits, effective today. Here are a few highlights:
Earning and redeeming miles
You can now earn and redeem Dividend Miles when flying on American or US Airways with your Dividend Miles number. All miles and segments earned when flying on either airline will count toward elite status qualification in the program of your choice.
Elite benefits
Elite members of each airline can now enjoy select reciprocal benefits when flying on either airline, including First and Business Class check-in, complimentary checked bags, priority security and boarding, and many more.
More lounge access
In addition to the US Airways Clubs, club members can now access 35 Admirals Club® locations in major airports worldwide.
Alliance update
I just received this e-mail
On March 30, 2014, we'll exit Star Alliance. Until then, you can continue to earn and redeem miles on Star Alliance partner airlines. We'll join the oneworld® alliance on March 31, 2014, which offers new opportunities to access the best destinations around the globe. Stay tuned for more details about the world of benefits from the oneworld alliance.
Coming soon, you'll enjoy access to our enhanced network through our codeshare with American, which allows you to seamlessly book travel on either airline.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and benefits coming your way by visiting usairways.com/arriving. If you're traveling soon, check out aa.com/findyourway for day-of-travel information.
Sincerely,
Andrew Nocella
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

I bet the majority of us agree with you. Another reason for the possible dilution could be that they needed some cash for taxes
I see a future on this ticker. Aim High pumped this back in November and I stupidly bought in, stock tanked. The company is an empty shell as far as I can tell.
will you sell your entire position @ .39 and buy back in on a dip or will you sell only a portion?
Very true skills, glad you and all other regulars are on this board
What an odd post, please tell us more
Ok, I hope I now have the correct, according to sources on the yahoo message board and a letter directly from Scottrade, for every share of aamrq we will get .65 of an AAL share
Scottrade told me that aamrq shares will convert 100 aamrq to 6.65 shares of AAL
Scottrade said the same thing, for every 100 shares of AAMRQ we will be issued 6.65 shares of AAL. We got robbed, this totally sucks
wrong
are they worth less than the closing price Friday 12/06?
You are absolutely correct, investing is a single persons sport like skydiving or mountaineering, we have to live with our decisions. Need to be confident in your decisions.
From what I have read, several articles, the employees/union is very much in favor of the merger. Their carriers are finally are no longer in question. The pilots are also much happier as they will now get fair pay.
Yep we are locked in, and I will buy more. Just seems like collecting silver coins. Must hold the heavy bag for some time.
Too bad for all of those who sold last couple of days. Who will go down in history as being last to post on aamrq board? Just me own opinion. See you guys in the winners circle
Me too, Enid-q looks interesting
With the great news released regarding holiday sales and online sale being up, why do you believe this continues its down trend? Been watching JCP for a long time now and I would like to get a position. Where do you believe this stock is headed
Can anyone explain all the selling, aren't we expected to get approx $13. To $14. pps after close Friday.
Weak hands not week hands
maybe someone is trying to do a final shake of week hands before a run. Right now we are on hold
I believe someone on this board has a short position and is doing whats possible to bring down the pps
Forced savings. On the bright side, you sell when the pps is up and take profits
you get my vote
ok, but check the section where it provides the promoter name. believe what you want. i believe the company has potential but the reason for the huge spike in volume/pps is due the the huge pump promotion from the 19th. i've given you the tools, now believe what you want. im out of here. GLTA
here is the reason for the surge in volume, and also cause for the drop. It was promoted by 12 companies on 11/19

I think all investors in this stock will be fine over time, it’s just consolidating a little from the big run and traders taking profits. be confident in your dd. glta
that’s the funny part, you don’t post facts you just bash and predict and hope the pps drops. your opinion doesn't matter to us, we have been here a long time watching the pps ups and downs. you have nothing to add of any significance
why is it that you just blurt out comments, none of them have any traces of fact. just negative simpleton comments about nothing.
are your saying that you make it well known that you dont have a clue. your probably right, hold for the long term, you will be fine
thats so funny, keep buying. LOL
"GCEI has bagged a WHALE (or 2 or 3 or 4)" this was quoted by Aim High Profits on June 12 in their free promo. Announcement could be released any time now
this was pumped so hard yesteday, the bottom is going to fall out of this and fast
