Funny GBHD didn't PR this...
Damn... That's a lot of shares listed to sell @ .0006
I for one am not prepared to buy any shares till something of substance has been declared. But then again... I'm also not prepared to sell
Would be funny if those .0007s disappear & there was nothing on the ask
By GPAY, I presume you meant GREENPAY?
GPAY is Government Pay
You guys crack me up sometimes
Good night
TL
Interesting...
I suppose Ed would have to go after them (being the patent owner), then comes to question is the potential settlement... Does that mean Ed will inherent all the proceeds?!?!?
I've been ranting the same thing over FB today, I take nothing away from Ed or company as he's brought life back into the company, but...
For as much as he has accomplished, we simply need to get more done. We're not signing customers fast enough & as you say, integration is key!
We do love getting our PRs once a week or so that we've signed a new client, but in all honesty, it should be daily or in batches.
Like you say, CheckALT is light-years ahead of us & picking up speed rapidly, wasn't so long ago that we heard of them processing $3Billion & now today, they're up to $100Billion...
On the bright side, a few of our clients are working on doing some of that leg-work for us with Simplyfile closing new districts at a rapid pace & Sionic expecting to increase from 40K locations to 50K locations in JUST 1 QUARTER!
Also, it's good to think that for as good as CheckALT has done, if we successfully destroy ZipMark, we will know what's coming & we'll be changing our tune towards CheckALT knowing that they've done all that work on our behalf
Cheers,
TL
Thank you, as Zeroze2002 said, there is no direct value to a spinoff of GP as its value is removed from MYEC, but we all know that & that doesn't prevent us from building value in each & selling off GP when a fair value to it has been given & freeing up cash to go about our lives with
I feel your pain of hovering in the 2s, but our infringing competition CheckALT is thriving (PRed today that they are on track to process in excess of $100 billion through over 100million transactions on the year) & I see no reason we shouldn't be able to do the same... They are but a small fish in a big sea.
That's a hell to the yes
But I wouldn't rush to sell my GreenPay shares as it is likely to be sold off as soon as the moment presents itself, then you should be able to buy a lot more MYEC shares!
Well, we do know they've been taking steps necessary for a spinoff, hiring a CEO for GreenPay & segregating office space, let's see what the new year brings
No one would be happier than I, but with almost 3billion shares outstanding as of Dec 2009 (no updates since then on OTC Markets) & substantial dilution since then, we're only likely to see 1c+/share if the company got bought out IMO
Just noticed they now appear to have 2 other products I had not previously seen

I completely agree with the author of the below article. Pengrowth is a great company with a bright future & if you're willing to ride out the storm, you will likely do well, but I for one expect to see the stock to continue to fall for a while before it begins to recover.
Keep your eye on the ball

Oil hits 5 year low... Ouch...

4 days with news this week!!!
Gearing up well for January
As a previous holder of this share during a run from about $4.25 to over $6/share the current PPS has peaked my interest, I am actively following & looking for a good entry point. Nice RSI of 22 with ridiculous PPS & love the monthly dividends. I know some speculate to the possibility of the company cutting the payout, but looks unlikely in my view, they have reasonable debt levels, good margins & have made good progress over last years performance.
Though I will weight patiently to see how it plays out in light of the SELL rating given yesterday by The Street http://www.thestreet.com/story/12975088/1/pengrowth-energy-pgh-stock-sinks-on-declining-oil-prices.html
Haha, try doing some DD, Mini Dollar Stores is not actually a store dude, they are vending machines
"They acquired Mini Dollar Stores, Inc. in March of 2009, which offered over 200 fast-moving items to supply the National Blind Enterprises Co-op and Veterans hospital facilities and gift shops. By June, they had designed two Mini Dollar Store vending machines. The 45-unit and 65-unit machines will be made available to vendors throughout the National Blind Enterprises Co-op. At the moment, the company has a fleet of just under 50 vending machines in the field which offer a high ROI and profit margins, they have plans to grow their numbers over time and also service 2 VA hospitals with plans to expand as opportunities arise."
I fking hate this company...
Ashamed to own shares
When it looks like it can't get worse, it does... Glad I didn't put much $$$ here, the company does seem to give a rats ass about us.
I remember last December they were in the process of building the plant on site & the CEO was well known for setting these types of businesses up, then sell them off.
Was convinced it was going to happen one day overnight, now I'm just bitter. Do we have any expectations for the new CEO? Cuz I don't, dead money here, anyone else feel the same way?
Please prove me wrong, I don't like bashing, but really didn't see this BS happening
There are several navy outlets carrying their products & a wide range of small shops for the blind across the nation that enjoy the buying power provided by GBHD. As per the wellness products, they are private label deals, so some may be drinking it & unaware that we've produced it & as we are aware, the water has yet to launch. You might be able to get details from Frank, but I don't expect that you will
Yeah, wasn't in this share last year, but have been following with interest for some time & author of the SA article Go Big, Hold for Dollars. I've done extensive research on them (far more than you) & know exactly where we are headed & have been in communications with the company & IR on numerous occasions & they have been forthcoming and helpful
Just saying it's easy to spew BS with aliases on IHub, probably initiated by them
The big stuff is being PRed & disclosed by the company already, GBHD will be successful & uplist shortly after they file to the SEC
I'm sure the SEC has caller ID
Maybe if he used a pay phone he might not get caught.
Why don't you post your DD on the investors FB page, oh sorry, you might disclose your names
So it's ok to slander the company & CEO, constantly spreading SCAM, but you don't want to "let the cat out of the bag" LMFAO
Live up to this post & stop spamming this board please
Man, that's old news, everyone here is aware of past mistakes
That is what I dislike the most about this investment at this point
Haven't blocked you yet, but flip if you'd like, let's agree that Q3 won't be stellar. It's been a quiet week thus far. I feel as though you are setting this up for failure, fact is, we can expect Q3 to be similar to Q2 & if they PR something it may seem as though it's insignificant(most likely), but in the end, it won't really matter), what I like about this company is that the overhead on every contract is low & they're free to move onto the next contract. There's no need to revisit the supplier, they just move on & look for the next
Can't reply to blocked posters like WF, but support at 3c/share for me was unexpected & if a company doesn't promote or PR their firm, how do you expect a stock to attract new investors?
Have a feeling we have a better investor base than normal at this point, most in this stock know tomorrow's financials won't be much better than the last quarter & yet it hasn't dropped as low as I was expecting. The numbers won't be superb, everyone here knows that & yet we hover around 3c/share. I don't expect to see the same pullback we saw the last time (though wouldn't be surprised if we see sub 2c/share after the numbers have been filed). I thought I would reduce my share count, but couldn't pull the trigger).
As always, the potential here has never changed & with VX Gateway, Sionic & potentially MJ-Pay going live this month & most likely Feds concluding the validity of e-checks next month & probable go live of the Apps in Jan, a new base has likely formed.
Looking forward to EoY financials, uplifting & Q1
This is looking better by the day.
Best of luck to the flippers out there, may you not get cough without your core positions
I'm still highly invested here, don't post much because some were sensitive that I admitted to selling a few shares out of necessity, I'll be here for quite a while, though not reflected in the pps, this company has exceeded my expectations
Make a mill, loose aMill ??
NEWS!!!
"Immediate value added"
If I were a betting man, I'd expect an acquisition to help us enter the money processing for online gambling IMO, time will tell
Don't see any potential for that based on a $5 mill acquisition, revenues will bring us there, but fun times ahead none the less
Wondering if EoY financials will be audited, based on sales, they should be. And then we can expect to uplift, which should drive in new investors & we should also hear more on Wellness Waters sometime in the next few months as well
High volume, good support, though at a higher ops would be appreciated...
EoM approaching, should hear more about the endometriosis deal soon. This could completely change the company as we know it today
BTW, excited to see what GBHD has in store for us to backup the supposed $1 bid on the way
