Upside down hammer on the weekly. Isn't that super-bullish?
Um, it actually broke its ascending trend line 4 days ago, and then look what happend.
CERP fell victim to macro-market forces. That's all. And the market as a whole looks to be up for one last run. Hope CERP can get caught up in that.
Overall market is holding up today. I think it'll take off again, which should make way for CERP to finally make its move.
Date of record was 2/15. I've owned shares since Dec (never sold/traded).
Not entirely sure. But I see nothing in the "Message Center". Just going to have to talk to them.
Will have to thanks. When's the deadline to vote?
Lol. But no email. I've owned shares since December. :(
Where are all of you voting?
Thanks for the reco's. I'll def look into them. Everyone could use being a little more wiser. ;)
Can you recommend any good books about Fib/Gann theory. I've always found it intellectually appealing, but anything that actually dives into why it works would be worth a read.
You just earned yourself a fan - "You will start a path down a rabbit hole that makes the matrix look like hopscotch. " :)
Honestly I love the soured mood. Means we're touching bottom again. Although this downer may last a little longer than most people are comfortable with.
Yeah, I think the next 2-3 days will be quite telling. Is the upward channel going to stay intact? Or will this start leveling off and go nowhere? We'll know by mid-next-week.
Disagree. I agree with Doc was saying. CERP bounced off of the MA50 not because it's some mystical indicator of market psychology, but because it's the MA50. When the stock started taking off after hitting it, everyone piled in saying, "Its bouncing off the MA50, I'm in!!!"
For the doubters who think I'm misquoting Doc:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=84930184&txt2find=garbage
On the internet, here on ihub, and, other forums, I already saw people using lots of MAs, 3, 6, 12, 13, 14, 18, well, there is one MA to every taste, but, this is garbage, they only work, IF they are used by many people, then if they are used, they will be used as support or resistance, so people will buy or sell there, and, then they will work.
Also, MMs may not be human. Well we know they're not human, but I mean MMs may be computer algos now-a-days. Which makes sense that the pps hits such cleanly calculated levels.
Back to what Doc says, T/A methods only work if lots of people use them. Especially the MMs.
Great post!
We make our own luck. ;)
Dilution form (toxic) financing.
Yeah, this about the 100th bullet in the corpse by now.
Low volume isn't meaningless ...
With low volume, you know that the people controlling market direction are primarily MMs. And what the MMs want, they shall have. This can definitely foretell what direction the MMs intend to take the stock.
In this case - nowhere.
Rise CERPant, Riiiise! I call upon the momo of the dark lords (a.k.a. MMs) to deliver us magical profits!
:)
Right, MMs aren't going to go crazy with their inbred trading. But with lowish volume, it may be hard to distinguish MM inbred trading and actual buys and sells.
Perfectly possible. Remember MM stands for Market Maker. They have keep shares trading back and forth constantly to keep the market going. If there are no actual buyers (retail/brokers), then they have to buy/sell back-and-forth between themselves.
Remember, boring is good. It's a sign of stability.
Perhaps. But I think it'll be flat all today. It's trading symmetrically to the trading from 1/14 to 1/22, but this time in reverse.
This makes sense, actually. Big run starts tomorrow.
We're going back to the GAP!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
:)
This would put us around .075 at EOW. Yummy.
FYI, the last R/S was around .11 when it went into effect. They might be targeting that this go around as well.
Thanks for the heads up. (Working Link)
Ok, just follow this link:

Well, well, well. I might have finally called one:

I'll take chocolate chip, btw.
:)
I have watched this at least 10 times - I never tire of it.
Is it the price drop that has made this more of a reality for us?
Absolutely.
If the pps was to bounce hard tommorrow, would we just shrug off all the worries and go back to our euphoric state?
That's the plan. :)
It is the total value of the company's assets that shareholders would theoretically receive if a company were liquidated.
I would put more weight on the "theoretically" than the "receive".
1) I don't believe that's how bankruptcies work. Stockholders don't get anything, and even if they did, management would find ways to put most of the money in their pockets before the $hit hit the fan.
2.) "We" is a very loose term. Who knows how people can vote, nor what management can do to move the vote in their favored direction.
We were having too much fun, before. You all know it's not any fun when the bottom hits.
And I'm sensing no one is having fun anymore - I think we're looking good sentiment-wise.
And just look at today's candle. It just screams next leg up tomorrow. SCREAMS it. :)
