Correction to my last post: the site is called pumpsanddumps.com
CBYI plus GDTK and KEPI are all mentioned on pumpersanddumpers.com The latter two have been suspended by the SEC. Bo Linton is linked to all of them. That's a more than a little worrying IMO.
Sounds good! Thanks for that.
When I spoke to the Lawyer dealing with IMMB's request to uplist to the OTCBB a couple of months ago, he said that he was waiting for funding from an Investor before proceeding to that end. He sounded like it was only a matter of days before that happened. Did you get the impression that it is actually in the process of happening now? And was there any indication of a time frame?
My observation of reading posts on this and other boards is that it is only the non-investors who are
apparently in need of persuasion. I wonder why???????
And how will you respond mr sano if it doesn't?
Quite right. I stand corrected but agree with Zizek that the similarities between this event and what happened before the announcement of the last contract could be significant. Time will tell.
Just got my notification of insiders buying from Jeremy Roe at Integra
SEC form 3 filed. 14,620 shares to Don Dickson granted 6th August.
What?????
So true SitFly. I have the naysayers on 'ignore' now, but continue to read replies to their
posts, which never fail to make this stock look like a great one to invest in.
Thanks for the time investors are putting in to correcting misconceptions etc.
I found this post of yours very informative Perfection and ease. Thanks for sharing.
I'm with you on this one vraiment, as I am sure many on this board are.
I totally disagree with you on this mr sano. Things have VERY much changed on the ZERO front in the last few days...............haven't you been keeping up?
Beautifully put vraiment. I too would like mr sano to show some humility if he decides to continue posting on this board. It is not only some investors here that have lost out listening to his doom and gloom either. Presumably the relatives he advised not to buy ZERO are also poorer as a result. From memory, the share price was under a $1 when he arrived on this board. mr sano - do you wish you had advised them otherwise now?
You did indeed JT. Thanks for keeping spirits up. Hope you get more than one post on this board today! :)
I share your feelings on this one Tpsully. There is a lot of STWA knowledge
on this board, and many patient investors willing to spend time correcting
those who lack this knowledge. IMO these posts make ZERO look
better than ever! Looking forward to the next PR's..............
Thanks for the last posts badall. It is good to be reminded that this is a message board for
current and potential investors in STWA. It is information from the company itself
that makes me decide whether to buy and if/when to sell. Problem with these message boards
is that one can never really know the motives behind both positive and negative posts.
Disappointing to see it this low today. Hasn't been here since early May.
Any comments anyone?
Thanks for taking the time to clarify things for the non investors Zizek.
Great post.
Thanks. Missed that. On the face of it this drug is amazing.
Just checked this site out:
http://lifechoicemx.com/immunotherapy-for-cancer/
Then scrolled down and clicked on to 'related posts'
Sounds like the drug IMMB are offering.
Maybe I am missing something here, but why would people who have no vested (or invested) interest
in ZERO spend their time day in day out on more than one message board effectively bashing it? I barely have the time to monitor my own few investments, let alone pick imagined holes in other ones.
Thanks for posting this. Problem is, some people posting here aren't investors and don't have the background knowledge most of the long term investors here have. I was under the impression that mr sano, when he arrived on this board many weeks ago, was checking out the stock for a family member. If his initial story was true, then presumably the fact that he is still here means that he hasn't rejected ZERO yet? mr sano? Is that right? Are you undecided?
Great post Zizek. Perhaps re-post it regularly if required?
IMMB gave me the phone number of the Lawyer who is currently processing the form 15, in response to questions I had about it. Spoke to him today. Story is this: the company got behind in filing obligations and have employed him to de-register and (this is the crucial bit) re-register again but on the OTC BB which apparently is better in terms of obligations the company have towards investors. I do seem to remember a PR a couple of months back stating that it was their intention to make themselves more accountable to investors in this way. Anyway, that is the current plan they are working on. Fingers crossed that it happens. Am very much a newbie and learning as I go along.........
Thanks kaualhl9 - I found the same in my google search. I emailed IMMB and was reassured to receive a prompt reply from the legal dept. responsible for filing the form inviting me to phone him at a pre-arranged time if I required more information. He was clearly happy to discuss the matter. This has made me feel more relaxed.
Just been reading on Bloomberg Business Week news that IMMB filed the form 15 last week to voluntarily de-register the stock under the Securities Exchange Act. Am a bit of a novice in the penny share market and am wondering if de-registration is necessarily a bad thing?
No. But if you go onto their web-site and contact them about this am sure they will reply. They responded very promptly to me.
Don't know about anyone else, but I have been finding the P.R.'s a little unclear as to when the actual trials were due to start. Anyway, emailed the company and thought I would share the reply just in case anyone else was unclear:
'The clinical trials have not started yet because we are in the process of preparing 3000 vials under GMP condition. The product will be ready around the end of Sept. The clinical trials will start probably at the end of October.'
Yes - I too would like clarification if anyone out there can provide it.
'During the quarter ended March 31st 2013 STWA increased the number of major multi-national companies with which it is under non-disclosure agreements for implementation of the AOT technology from five to seven. The company has seen progress in formal negotiations with these entities towards implementation of the AOT technology to operations both domestic and abroad.
................we look forward to 2013 being a monumental year' (Investor information May '13)
That's good enough for me as an Investor.
Perhaps they weren't at the Expo in Montana because the major oil complains have already been in contact with them?
Less than 7 months to go 'till the end of 2013, and looking forward to the P.R.'s they release between now and then.

Another good point Facade. True. It makes sense to me that at this exciting stage of bringing the AOT to market, there would be a lot of things going on behind the scenes that we Investors don't know, and don't even need to know. It will be interesting to see what comes out in the next couple of P.R.'s.
I am an Investor of this company and choose to take this statement from Cecil at face value. Why would that surprise anyone but a non-investor?
Yes I thought that link between ASME certification and the implementations of the AOT significant too. Also the fact that Cecil came out with the statement that he is looking forward to 2013 being a 'monumental year'. Hopefully that means contracts soon...........
'During the quarter ended March 31 2013, STWA increased the number of major multi-national companies with which it is under non-disclosure agreements of AOT Midstream from five to seven. The Company has seen progress in formal negotiations with these entities towards implementation of the AOT technology to operations both domestic and abroad. The recent completion of ASME certification for STWA's AOT Midstream was an important milestone in meeting installation requirements from both the complanies interested in the new product and their governmental regulator body counterparts.
"STWA has never been on stronger footing" stated STWA CEO Cecil Bond Kyle. "Not only have we created a new and novel cutting edge product that the industry needs and wants, but we have succeeded in building a strong corporate foundation at the same time. Both of these efforts have yielded a company poised for explosive success. We look forward to 2013 being a monumental year"'.

Completely agree with you here double. Did the checks myself recently, and the posts revealing my discovery were deleted within minutes.
You just don't get it mr Sano do you? We are mostly investors here that have so far done
very well without your advice - including on when to sell!
I would like to ask you this question, which you haven't addressed to my knowledge since
you arrived on this board some weeks ago.
What is your present motive for posting on this board?
Shelly, I have noticed that some people on this board who admit to not being Zero
investors are allowed to openly bash our company and spread untruths. Why aren't these posts being deleted when others that refute their views and sometimes express frustration are? Just curious.
No amount of 'proof' will satisfy the likes of you know who. I note your post yesterday
about his life on other boards was deleted. Funnily enough I did the same check on
his ihub posts yesterday, before I read your comments. A total of 2072 (!!!) for
IMGGQ. Only 134 for Zero so far. He may be around for a while longer........
