My bad, it's late I mean .0023 instead of 23.00, but you get the jest. My advice is at least wait for the 10K. GL
is this supposed to be relevant? If you remove the numbers, every paragraph says the same thing, using common stock to pay the bills or at least giving them the option. Old news! That's the reason the stock price is 00.23 instead of 23.00! nice outfit, but I agree with Wilma.
You're right, still unconfirmed.
Yeah, looks like you're right and I think they have 4 business days
If this is an acquisition I don't think an 8K is required, if a merger or change in ownership than 8K correct?
Media relations inquiries is a good place to start: Solomon Ali(980-225-5376). Usually, he says that It is to protect their client from massive phone calls and emails from constituent shareholders.
As soon as UBRG bust out of this subpenny, we'll finally see rapid increases due to percentages, plus a different category of investors (that won't buy subpenny), buying in. Also, IMO, UBRG will wait for profits to do a buyback bumping it up even more. You're right EXPLOSIVE!!!! All we need is a little better PR strategy... don't agree with the copy and paste, I think it just recruits short sellers. GLTA
Best buy now, because I don't think it will remain subpenny for long...JMO. We've got ourselves a major player in the NYSE!!!
Good find! They're stock price is over $71.00 !!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately, they're all buddies. The rest of the Co. is showing signs of progress, so I'm waiting for the 10K
agreed, I new that all along.
He's the Jackal of public relations and either needs to go or change up his preposterous act.
I don't understand why they posted the exact same thing twice 2 days later. We didn't here em the first time?
The market is waiting to see if they can meet marginal growth JMO. Did they sell below margin?
Also, Ali changed his phone #
Wilma, where did you get the crystal ball?
This is still a democratic society, and Ali can pick any girlfriend he wants to. Plus there is plenty of transparency in the deal or 8K would have been suspended!
If the SEC is doing an investigation, better now then later when the values jump up, because it won't take long for the SEC to find out and the stock is already been beat down-no one loses.
Personally I think it's turning mole hills into mountains to assume likewise-I'll take my chances and buy a mil. bring my pps down to about .002 and start showing gains early the next jump!GLTA
Thanks for the post. Sounds like UBRG is lucky GEG didn't take them to the cleaners!
No more phone communication either.
after reviewing the 8K I'm am still unclear what GEG's role is in all of this. What's your viewpoint regarding GEG singletary and company?
Thanks, restricted shares at .03 for us may sound like a lot, but for a Co., small change. But, right now I'm having a hard time imagining .03 any time soon. Sub penny stocks are the least desirable of all by most investors IMO, and .03 looks about
30,000,000 miles away.
randall, what shares do you mean that you don't think would be issued until .03? Interesting paragraph
Hello Wilma, I just wanted to get your objective opinion. Do you think that the summit meetings have anything to do with the silence we are experiencing? However we experienced the same thing during trip 0's, but the summit meetings coincided close with the official MTWD becoming MS date. Just wanted your view.
Thanks.
Thanks for the reply, have a great day!
Wilma, I haven't talked to Ali but once or twice several months ago, he didn't treat me like dirt but he rambles on and on about stuff that's way over my head, so I remain a spud on one of those potatoes you were talking bout and am forced to wait and see. So what happened to the 143 mil. shareholder?
Yes Wilma and I agree but a little influence can go a long way which is how I took it. Also continuous corespondence with manangement by a large shareholder can also be quite beneficial. But this Co. has always been very proactive IMO and maybe a little over zealous in previous PR's. But if they are doing this buyback through the open market, we could be in for some exiting times.GLTA
WOW! very impressive. I too have been buying every chance I get just because I always thought they could make it big-maybe they needed your input to get over the next threshold. Keep on keepen on! I'm guessing you applied pressure to the other Co.'s you mentioned when you said did the "same thing". Could you clarify?
And thanks for the good news!
Hey Adam, more investors like you and wouldn't need a buyback, but just for the record, they make a bid for the quantity of shares they're buying back with the underwriter or whoever distributes the shares(bank) and they simply retire at will. It doesn't matter what the current pps is. SEC gives em the green light, they make a bid, come up with an agreement, then pay the fee, deal is done no matter what the current values are. They can retire shares no matter what the current values are, because they already paid for em. IF they did it or are going to, of course.
It's always better for a stock to be undervalued than overvalued, and an RS almost always overvalues a stock, reducing vol. I don't think they will ever do one, but if they do it won't be until it reaches 50 cents, then maybe a 10:1 making it $5 so they can uplist.
I'm not sure what you're talking about, open market and private transactions, but to the best of my knowledge, this is how every Co. does it. Google and on down the line. The SEC give them the green light, then they make a bid to the underwriter (or other), where they agree on a price, .001, .002, who knows? Certainly less than the going market price. I'm assuming UBRG does the buyback of course. Anyway, after they pay the fee, the shares are periodically from time to time retired reducing the supply, and consequently increasing the value. But it does more than this, it also takes fewer purchases to increase value. In other words, when it took 10 mil. to make a difference, it would take maybe 8 mil. which can prove to be quite significant over a rather short period of time. Simply put, the complete opposite of a float. The last time, it did not reduce the supply that much, and in addition to that it was vastly shorted, and the amount they bought back, was 10 time more shorted or sold back into the pool of shares replenishing the supply making the value go right back where ir came from. It was the short sellers that caused the redundentcy in the buy back.
Buyback goes back to the treasury upon which it is retired and not reissued. Authorized is issued.
Finally, someone who makes sence. Actually, it's very low risk right now. I bought a week ago last thursday @ .0025 and have counted about 20 different times I could have at least got my money back and numerous times to make a gain. But I'm not interested in making chump change. just making a point. You're right, buy now or as soon as you can. It's going up.
Just bought more shares today. Ha Ha
Dear Earnest, yes they're making profits!
Yours truly,
10K 10-15-13
I agree, plus we need Metwood's 10K-soon.
I think these type of sell outs are very significant to the lost confidence and very hard to restore. PR's won't work.
Could also have an impact on present and future clients to further company growth, imo of course.
I think PR's have no substance anymore, even the news of BUYBACK
charts went down-slight MM bounce then it took a dive. It's about $400 or more per news release, they need to conserve.
Probably site is down due to frustrated investors, and linch mobs etc.
Bgall, ubrg site down again.
I sent it to info@ etc.
