I didn't answer anything, I asked questions. Are you saying GC didn't acquire ESS, MSPrecise and have the option to acquire the Georgetown assay with the additional shares?
Shareholders have the right and should question anything they want. The uplifting is everything at this point. Once that's done the company will raise $20+ million through the shelf offering with institutions that won't be looking to sell in 6 months. The company will then be funded for more than a year and remove doubt from the market. The funding will allow AMBS to get LymPro and MSPrecise CLIA certified, Eltoprazine through Phase 2 trails, ESS through Phase 2 trails and close on the Georgetown assay. What's the market cap then?
Sorry you can't see the forest through the trees.
That is good info. However much of it doesn't pertain to the financing agreements AMBS has.
Must be everyone let their pom-poms at home today. You want answers from people you are insulting? SMH
Let me ask you a question. How many institutions could or would buy shares in a company who only has roughly 5 million shares currently available?
Or how about this question. How much money can the company raise from the shelf offering will only 5 million share to sell?
Why would it drop so much today? I must have missed the bad news.
You have quite a few followers. So are you always this far off on your expected price movements? You thought 40% and it's only 4% so I give you credit for admitting misjudgment.
Gerald has confirmed it was bogus. He never did that interview.
My apologizes, realized after I posted that is what you must have been referring to. Sounds like they might be taking a position:
Disclosure: I/we have no positions in any stocks mentioned, but may initiate a long position in AMBS over the next 72 hours.
You have never heard of Seeking Alpha? You can't be serious...
Big changes are headed to AMBS after uplisting. The current market cap is a joke.
Agreed you have said that ESS is a real product. With grant money already in place, this new agreement with the Army it's likely more grant money will help bring it to market.
Not much chance of me listening to someone with so many facts wrong.
The U.S. Army and Rutgers University are interested in ESS so absolutely no reason to think that product won't make it to market.
Correct that has happened so currently uplisting is still on track. Glad you agree now.
Actually they can uplist from this PPS. And not likely to see a RS with only 13.3 million AS and less than 8 million OS.
Seems many here post things that are completely illogical...must be a motive
No worries, ESS can heal the burn.
I tried to tell him 2 or 3 times he was wrong but he wanted to continue showing his lack of knowledge and understanding. I knew he would never look it up so therefore I refused to give him the exact break down.
Respect to you for actually knowing your stuff!! To many on here listen to wrong info that gets posted here daily.
Hey sante1
I agree with some of what you said however disagree about the Nasdaq listing, it make perfect sense.
Once on the Nasdaq they will conduct the "at the market" offering and raise +$20 million initially and have the ability to raise as much as $150 million. Although this will be dilutive financing the terms and conditions will be much better than the current piecemeal financing the company has know. The shares will be held by institutions that aren't looking to sell at first opportunity. This will stabilize the PPS and put the company on solid ground.
Keep in mind this will happen as the company has two Phase 2 trails ongoing and plan to strategic option for the diagnostic division. I also expect to hear a steady stream of news on ESS and much more on MSPrecise.
I don't need to look it up. You are wrong! The current delay in raising the AS count further proves you're wrong. Yet you continue to post things that make no sense.
"It's better to remain silent and thought stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"
let's be clear, you continue to post false information. As a mod you should be posting factual information not lies. The management and board own 14.26% of the shares. The facts can be found here:
http://ir.amarantus.com/all-sec-filings/content/0001144204-15-043459/0001144204-15-043459.pdf
That is not correct. The board does not own enough shares to control the vote. If they did there would have been this delay in raising the AS.
You want to talk about misleading...lol
With your RS claim the company would go from 13.3 million AS down to 54k or 38k.....get real
Absolute full support. The road hasn't been smooth but didn't expect it to be.
Your number is almost double, the burn is $1.2 million. The company was making option payments to Lonza which drove up the monthly burn. Now that the ESS acquisition is finalize these payments are done.
LOL based on what? ESS is worth more than the current market cap alone.
Good luck with your prediction. I will buy a lot of shares if it gets there.
Yes, the meeting will adjourn tomorrow at 10. Once that is over I expect they will announce the NASDAQ listing within a week or so.
Right...but if you say basher the post gets deleted.
It was discussed on a call, I believe back in the spring. If reject then it's a material event and must be filing.
I know AMBS has a lot going on but folks should keep up and try not to mislead others.
They has plenty of time to talk yesterday following the SHM. Nasdaq will happen sooner than later.
Shorts are out if full force here.
They have more than $5 million per the SHM yesterday. Uplisting will happen, sorry to inform you.
Requested more information...which is often the case!!! Next silly question?
It was very nice to meet some of the AMBS team and long investors yesterday! Been on the go since the meeting but will post more later. Three main take aways:
ESS will be incredible most importantly for patients but all for us shareholders.
MSPrecise will be taking center stage to close out 2015.
NASDAQ listing is a formality of the proxy vote to give AMBS the share structure needed for listing.
Not going to happen! NASDAQ will happen and from the meeting yesterday I believe in happens within the next few weeks.
Plus the FDA did not reject the orphan submission. Please provide proof of your statement.
Didn't see you at the SHM today. Those who attended do not share your view!
I expect a significant shift over the next few weeks. That's because I do more than post on a message board.
Great SHM, nice to attend and meet Gerald in person. Staying the course!
These type of threats don't belong on here or anywhere!! Get ahold of yourself and grow up.
It's these type of statements GC should avoid!! The main shareholders are the financiers which he issues shares to. So in essence he does have at least some control. Shifting blame looks bad when he could have remained neutral on the subject.
He should simply state he has no control over shareholders that sell.
Eltoprazine has and ongoing Phase 2 trail so it is being studied. But your right AMBS does need outside help as they do not own a lab.
Do you really expect the CEO or any manager to come out and throw his hands up and say this is a complete disaster? You really think Gerald is happy to see the share price decline daily?
I am a manager by trade and when things aren't going well I don't let the people around me see that I am concerned, period. As long as there is a way to turn things around GC must remain calm, collective and confident.
Do I think GC should have said some of what he has said, no! But do I understand why, yes.
I will be at the SHM on Monday. I bet many who complain on here daily and try to instill fear by spreading misinformation will not be.
Nothing happens. Must trade above $4 for 30 out of 60 days prior to uplisting.
"Ever will" .....why don't all the Pharma companies hire you since you know results to tests that haven't even been run yet. It would certainly save the Pharma industry a ton on the expensive trials.
.....inset sarcastic look here......
Good question to ask on Monday but I think it's still on the early side to hear much from him on the BD front.
I would think by late August into September we hear about progress he has made.
This move was announced announced many months ago so seeing the news this morning is no surprise for anyone truly following AMBS. But spin it however you like.
These doctors involved do NOT care about companies, they care about helping their patients. They see the science as a tool to provide better care.
Yep more very experienced doctors joining the AMBS team that see value in LymPro and MSPrecise.... contrary to what some say here!
