You only need $1.00 to start a cruise line. Ted Arison of Carnival Cruise lines did it years ago. OK, now you might need $10.00!
Who owns the other two vessels? Can you look-up also the other two ships on the web site. Nissos Rodos
and. Ocean Star Pacific. Bet it will show we own those two!
I AM ALL IN! VDSC!
*pushing chips to center of table* *standing up*
Classy comment.
Yes, the reporter will be calling VDSC next week to make an appointment to come in to conduct an interview. This will be the start to launch VDSC into the national limelight!
Future Article in Investor's Business Daily about PV Enterprises & Wells Fargo deal coming soon!
A good friend's daughter (and my goddaughter) is a writer for the Investor's Business Daily (IBD). I told her about VDSC in general and the deal with Wells Fargo in particular and she thought it would be a great story! She will be contacting PV Enterprises International Inc. next week!
I can't stand it I'm so excited!
You are right. At the end of the day, all that matters is the bottom line... for VDSC and the PPS for the investor.
I believe nothing beats persistence in business. Peter had that never give up attitude.
"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not: the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent."
Calvin Coolidge
Would an article about the PV Enterprise / Wells Fargo financing in Investor's Business Daily (IBD) help reduce your skepticism?
Asset based lending for ships is exploding!

I'll take .0015. I need a new iPad Air!
Here's your 12's lol
I'm buying more tomorrow before I head off to the club.
Luckily I didn't rely on his letter and occurred financial loses.
Damn, I missed this last small run up. Wanted to play it. That's what I get for spending all afternoon in a Gentlemen's Club!
If you like, I can send in an associate to the office to see if they will provide a copy.
Why can't the company take full advantage of all the benefits of bragging about this major financial achievement? Show it off here! I'm going to call the company tomorrow and ask them why they won't. It's free PR that will increase the stock price.
Even if the terms are not acceptable, the fact that you got terms from the fourth largest bank is major. You had people on here question the validity of the financial statements. We know that FS placed in pinky world don't have to be true. I don't care if the accountant is in AZ or Timbuktu, FS sent to Wells Fargo has to be true. Penalties are too grievous if they are not.
This financing is a major public relations coup! Post it! Let's take full advantage of it. The value of the Walls Fargo logo with the PV Enterprise's name underneath it in the letter is powerful in so many ways. The psychological impact is great! It will quiet the nay sayers. You can't ask for an easier way to drive the price of the stock up.
Let's post a copy of the commitment letter or the letter of interest regarding the financing. Redact confidential info. This from Wells Fargo, the fourth largest bank in the US, is tremendous validation for the company. Wells Fargo internal DD gives great credence to the strength of the company's balance sheet. To have a financial partner such as Wells Fargo will drive the stock price up!
Let's get a PR on just the financing. That is a major accomplishment for a start up. That will shoot the price up!
Could be a 0.0010 then run to .0015
But they were hinting around about a $16.5 Million loan. What ever happen to that?
THE MAGIC 8 BALL ( manufactured by Mattel)
A lot of peeps are lined up for the 8's on this "flipping monkey" of a stock. As a wise player in the stinky pinky world said about VDSC:
"You guys worry too much about the CEO, the company, the ships...ain't worth it. Worry about the stock which is only a flipping monkey, see the charts along with the hype runs, the past few runs have been lower highs every time. Now it's the time to wait to see if it goes well below 0.001, if it goes down to 0.008 or lower it could be a good time to get in and maybe, maybe double it. Last hype run took place after going down to 0.0008 and could only do 0.0019 or around it. Next time, if it happens, could rebound to the 0.0015 again... IMO"
I'm going all in at .0008 myself
It's Agent Triple O Eight time
It is tradition that the ships have an owner's suite. I think all early investors should have access to that if available when on the ship.
Lol or when the music stops!
I agree on entry point at 0.008. I agree also that the past few hype runs have produced lower highs at the end of each run. Last one kicked in at 0.008 and crested out around 0.002. This time might be cresting out around 0.0016.
I know! More entertaining than TV tonight! I need to look up that US built project!
Don't forget the moon..
How much is owed? It can't be much I won't think. Thee judgement amounts I have seen posted here are not much. Just pay off the judgements before things get worst and then let's move forwarded.
The Captain from Dominican Republic wasn't me. Here's my number: 212-479-7990
I like that show. One thing that that show has taught me is that the truth is not always apparent. Where you see fraud, might just be an entrepreneur doing everything he can to create an enterprise.
If you going to track ships you don't own and have not intent of owning or leasing, might as well follow Disney Cruise Line's Disney Dream. It would be nice to see where Mickey Mouse is!
Doveryai, no Proveryai.
Lol and that's just the last 12 months. The 12 months before that was even crazier! That's what I like about this stock! I'll just wait and see what happens next.
