Personally from a fundamental and managerial aspect it is a distraction to the people that are trying to increase your shareholder value and should therefore be thrown in the garbage.

But since I rarely hold long term anymore I really don't care if they are distracted or not.

Do any of you actually take the time to fill these out and if so did you ever get any money and if say you day traded it do you have to show you had a loss or do you only have to show ownership during the time frame in question.
