if the average junior miner investor saw the last update regarding the LDM property, they would have been very interested but instead no body sees it except the ones who are already here. sure those updates might cause us to add a little or take some profit but come on! this company is moronic when it comes to Public relations

Friday news is generally not good...with this company its a little different but when they release updates on a friday it is almost as if they dont want too many people to see it. if you have good news you release it on a tuesday.

Basically what i'm saying is there will not be good news or bad news it will be the same old crap which i take as bad.

makes perfect sense when you think about it. On those days where we drop .01 and everyone is thinking, why would anyone sell now in the wake of LDM assays, ADL deal, divies coming out etc.

obviously the ones who are selling know something that we dont. many here speculate that the deal will fall through but they are still here hanging on. It would take some serious discipline or insider info to sell this potential 10 bagger right now especially with a well established price floor

I would not be surprised to see nothing happen today or tomorrow or next week for that matter but that's not necessarily a horrbile thing.

What indicators point to news?? the no volume the lack of movement? all that says to me is no one is selling because they are waiting to sell the 10% divy shares for some cash if they need it.

to me until there is a worldwide PR no one apart from the few hundred to maybe 1000 investors who have been here know about this stock....that is why when everyone is waiting and anticipating we get no volume. There aren't enough new buyers driving the price up its only us who drive it up or down for now

don't waste time with technicals for an OTC penny mining stock, they are more or less irrelevant when a stock can fluctuate 30% in one day on the regular

Where are people getting the $20 million in max payout from? if thats the case then no wonder they arent funding the deal!

that would mean they are expecting to pull out a total of $266 million from the entire property? there is no way they would pay $180 million for a total calculated resource of $266 million that would take them 10 years to get out!

anyways could someone please post froma legitimate source that they have calculated these numbers?

also LDM assays were good so I dont know why peep are giving up on that?

$20 million in cash does not equate to a company valuation of $20 million...

some companies trade upwards of 50 times P/E ratio. facebook makes revenues of $1.2 billion a year and yet the company was valued at over $80 billion when the IPO came out.

companies are evaluated at what they will be worth 3-5 years in the future. with that if we get $90 million coming to us over 7 years of the deal plus $20 million in extra cash + any extra due to mining activities. + any time a study is done on the property to up the reserves + LDM assays etc...

this company will have cash flow and a nice property to mine. market cap will be 20 times what the earnings are. if they make $20 million due to mining activities of Amarant we will be worth .50 cents. right now they make $0 and we are worth what $75 million?

If the gold is there and can be proven up the money will come. I admit they may seem like amateur miners on a very big property but if they can get some nice results that are spread out the money will be there.

lets keep our fingers crossed for some big grades. We wont get a big SP bump from that, maybe a few cents but I am starting to feel better and better about this. lottery or not its worth the price of a ticket

Honestly i am right there with you in frustration as this is indeed excellent news but I can't say I did not expect this.

The company right now for one thing has no credibility but that is not what the issue is with this update. Nobody outside of the people who already own shares or the people that they tell, know about any of these things that are going on. No new money is coming into this stock until we get a press release. those "up days" we have are from people picking up cheap shares adding to their positions and the down ones on no volume are from people who either are fed up with waiting or can't hold on anymore.

personally i'm glad we didn't see any jump today because i want to add more to my own position and i feel like every update like this we get that bodes well for the long term success of this company only adds to the value that we will realize when this deal is complete.

even on good assays i wouldn't expect more than a .02 increase in SP. once we get some credibility and a couple real news releases rather than updates, we will fly. so much potential here. i originally bought into this thinking it would be a quick 2 month flip for a big return. I now am looking at this as a 2-3 year potential for a HUGE return and I hope to add to my position at these levels for the next month or so and enjoy the ride.

I still don't think that the deal is toast. I have had my doubts about it and perhaps the terms of the deal that we hear may be different but we all don't know what the reason for the delays are and we could speculate all day. either sell or hang on! I have a small position and to be honest i don't care if it goes back to .08 cents i will just buy some more!

i've seen this kind of thing before. i was in on ARU ( Arulean resources) back about 7 years ago and it went from about .10 to $8 in a matter of months all on spectacular assays. ( they also did PPs and had preferred shares and all the negative things that people speculate about). turned out with this one that there were falsified results and there were law suits etc. but people made A LOT of money before that happened. Even if this was a scam they aren't scamming you for pennies. they would let it run to $1 + before taking your money.

also there were a few people talking about how our market cap is about $100 million so if we get $180 million we can only double....thats not how it works at all.

when funding is announced, and with some above average assays we could be looking at a SP anywhere from $1-$5, especially if the partner is a reputable company who will explore/mine the property properly.

Had not read that update yet and yes that does get me more excited!

a 1 metre interval of gold is very insignificant and does not neccessarily mean there is a big gold vein there... when we get something that says 10 + g/t over 20-30 meters then we can get excited.
