AMCF still toying with going private.

Since we're talking about stuff today we have regrets of buying, I still a some of this. :/
Strange, MIMV just announced they're switching from Link to FINRA the opposite of what VLOV just did. What's the advantage for either? I can't tell.
Nice video.
There is no way this is only a $2 million dollar company as it is currently being valued. Wake Up market!
I'm watching it. I dunno what's going on but I'm pleased.
It's been undervalued for too long.

So that's noteworthy: Wellington Management of Boston now has just under 700K according to today's 13g filing
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=56301883
Could someone make sense of this?
This last filed 13/g shows there may be more shares created or issued than we realize.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=56190610
ihub shows 44 million approx.
Thoughts anyone?

Maybe it will work out that way.
Thanks tbirdman.
Essentially the same.
It's clumsy sitting in ones car on a little phone trying look stuff up.
CIS On the move.
There was a Morgan Stanley filing a couple days ago.
Said they held 12M shares, yahoo showed previously they held 3M
I have to dig deeper and figure this out. Something doesn't make sense.
Never the less it's bouncing.
It's about the volume folks.
Yes, the price spiked 60% yesterday, but pretty much on 1000 shares. And it was only 28000 total shares.
Yes, it was #1 on the breakout boards, but only 28000 shares next to it. Ihubbers won't take it seriously with tiny volumes like that. Plus the on going issue of non-reporting.
I too would rather see this stay low until they take reporting to the USA seriously. It will be too disappointing if it spikes and then sells off with no real support underneath.

I thought this was a little interesting.
This was one of the links gje posted last night at 11:00pm

What I noticed at about the 43 second point, there was an assembly line with the girls working on the flat panels, above her head the banner read "sky" followed by chinese characters.
It made me wonder if it was something to do with sky digital.
Also other cuts showed what looked like workers assembling smart phones.
Just some little tidbits I noticed.
Great digging folks.
Never Mind. Yawn.
WH ?
I don't see $WH Trading at all today. Anyone have a clue what's going on
That 66500 order is part of a larger hidden order.
I tried it last week with 20k and someone else took a whack at it with a 1k order the other day and it didn't change.
The moment they file something in the US or make even the slightest genuine sign they're coming back here, someone will take that order out however large it really is. Or the seller may pull the order. As confidence will start to be restored.
I noticed in the photo on gje's news link the workers were wearing winter coats inside. Must be 50° in that well lit assembly room. That's one way to save ¥ and be more profitable!
The ask size never changed after that 20k purchase. The seller has more than 66500 to sell. The question is now who among us will lift those 66500+ shares going forward?
Good Point
A Lot of things with the AIV logo on them!
WOW! Nice footage
I Like that large building
That robot they showed for 2 seconds, was that making tv's or something else?
And did you notice the enclosed clean rooms?
Thanks for the find

See what happened to CALI past few days?
(Now watch after I post this CALI will crash ;) )
This should happen to AIVI.
All they have to do is file their reports and confidence will be restored.
Don't need a pricey IR firm.
Maybe sentiment is changing.
American investors are showing they're willing.
I hope that message can be communicated to them.
In addition to all the negatives that were pushing the stock price down that you all have mentioned (China Stocks, Bad IR etc) They may have realized with the ton of money they were borrowing and spending to do this project (and it appears to me they may now fall into the category of a SOE - State Owned Enterprise - beholden to the state) the the balance sheet and short term earnings were not going to look very good going forward into 2012 and perhaps thought why pay good money to file lousy looking reports we'll go dark and when everything is running good and making money then we can lay out the numbers later.
I dunno, just a speculative guess here.
Who wants to be the US representative?
Any Volunteers?
gje2 that job description sounds almost like you :)
Your Negotiable Salary: about 8 times what the typical Chinese administrative assistant would ask! Plus 1% stake in the company. Oops! some here already have that.
Sounds like the early steps to re-engaging the US markets.
I had to smile at the pictures.
Guo is the only guy with his shirt not tucked in.
He has the casual, hang loose, entrepreneurial spirit.
No worries.

I hope a fund seriously considers ours...some day.
If it is Green Grass or whom ever it is selling, I wonder if we will see a filing stating what they've sold or a new statement of ownership.
I wonder if they're supposed too even though the company has suspended their filings. Anyone know these things?
Some here have accumulated quite a few shares...maybe they're supposed to file too! HaHa .. eh, Crusader?
If it is Green Grass, they have over 1.7 million shares to dispose of.
http://edgar.secdatabase.com/2022/121390010002079/filing-main.htm?hl=0
I don't recall hearing that the deferred payment was actually made. Did anyone find evidence that it actually happened?
It was supposed to happen 5/12/12 Of course there were no filings after that date.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1471302/000121390011002638/f10q0311ex10i_aivtech.htm
If it did happen, Green Grass got $664,864.25
and Jinlin Gou got almost a million. not bad.
CALI chooses to implement 1 for 6 reverse split. Starts trading tomorrow that way.
Fools.
that seldom works.
CELGZ's Abraxane is showing longer PFS rates than T-302 on pancreatic cancer. consider investing in CELGZ. it promises a $7.50 payout if it hits it's target plus other royalties.

moras I appreciate your perspective and understand what you've been pointing out. I too have mulled over some of these same scenarios that the company might choose to do that would screw us as shareholders. They are after all on the other side of the earth out of reach from our country's law enforcement.
moras is pointing out the need to stay sober about the risk. One can smile broadly once you've sold your last share and feel pleased it worked out well. The person buying your shares now will have the risk and expectation that something even better is going to happen.
The risk really hinges on Gou maintaining the vision he's expressed in the past about making this company big. He could change his mind; political forces beyond his control could put pressure him to forget about the US capital markets. "They're just not worth the effort" He might conclude. That is the risk we face. So far there is no evidence of that. Or economic forces may come to bear that their expectations don't materialize. Thus the stock doesn't perform as we hope.
I don't think of this investment as a matter of genius I think of it as a matter of risk. Gou is probably best described as the genius. We may enjoy the ride of success on his coat tails if he can execute the plan. He too faces far more risk than us. So thus it comes down to faith and him keeping his vision.
I like the saying that a really good leader will surround himself with people that are smarter than they are. I get the impression Gou is like that.
I thank all of you bright, hard working, fellow investors following this story and contributing to the collective wisdom expressed here.
Thank you guys (and gal) for digging up the share holder information from the early investors.
It makes sense they are the ones doling our the shares lately with the hidden size sell orders.
I say drop our bids and let them sell down to a penny or two.
$10,000 buys a million shares at a penny.
We'll have to endure your account looking pitiful if you bought in the teens while it's down there in penny area.
Ol' Elcheepo may get his wish and it'll be the best thing to happen to all who are willing to buy down there.
yeah I just lifted some at that price. They have a lot to sell.
My current theory is the seller must be from the old ECOH holders that paid about $29000. for a zillion shares (someone can look that up how many it was). So if it's them, they might feel they have to sell. Maybe a divorce ..they have to liquidate assets to split up. Maybe someone died...lets say a husband and the wife inherits the shares and doesn't understand what the potential is. Her money manager doesn't understand either and recommends getting rid of "another Chinese stock scam" So they decide to sell.
So that's a possibility to consider.
Personally I'd rather like to see the float expand a bit. That would make things more liquid for all of us. So if that's where those shares are coming from, I welcome them especially at these prices.
Let's see 1 million shares at .01/share = $10,000.
Not bad. I'd do that!
So if this sellers goal is to drive it down...
Everyone ask yourselves "can I put up with my account looking small for a while and not panic?".
If they are a short seller, they have to cover at some point...If none of us sells to them guess what happens?
Once the company chooses to file everything, there will be the biggest buying surge...look out!
gje2, that was so eloquently written.
Spoken like a statesman.
Thank you.
A lot of activity today
