Life as an APRI shareholder. this company looks like the one Viv Lu went to
Hoepfully APRI won't make him dump his shares
After reading the SA article WC needs much more than Vitaros. Maybe they can sell it to APRI for $5 million. Viv Lu can broker the deal
I think WCRX neds Vitaros and a lot of otherhelp They just hit a 52 week low.
OH I am not totally unhappy - things are progressing. I was happy to see a PR
APRI just seems to have to work harder than other stocks to get PPS movement
I think the only event that will move PPS is actually sales of Vitaros and substanital sales to boot
Unfortunately I agree. Probalby close up on the day. I only think it will hold a gain after it hits the shelves in CN. By then, we probalby will have Euro approval
I agree. I lttle Mo. Soon the Biotech Runup traders wil be following APRI becasue of upcoming catalysts such as Swiss and Euro pending approvals or CN pricing
I thought PrevOnco was an orphan drug and didn't need Phase 1
It has been out of sight for a while but I thoguth they coudl skip a step
To follow up on DG post. Sounds Viv Lu going to be out of work again soon again
I am not actually hoping for the worst. I actually thought they could help market NexAct
Does WC have to do a small P3 test??
or
are they samples to give to clinics and doctors?
Also I wonder what APRI gorss margin was on the transaction?
Not much cash coming in until Q1 and\or Q2 2012
What is WC doing with 4600k of this stuff
They could pitch it t a retail chain(s) in the US and let the chain sell it as a private label brand
OK I only mentioned Mexico as being a upcoming deal becauce it was in Eco's 4921 post
so is Mexico the next deal
At least EMA approval and milestone payments will probably provide the funding to avoid any further dilution even if sales royalites are a ways off. Then again if there is a PPS pop, shares slaes would provide funding for an acquistion which is the one way to grow a company
News was a long term coming Been dying for some positive PR. took the gas on AEZS and ZLCS
The new problem I see is that when Euro approval is realized will the foreign partners take as long as Abbot to launch Vitaros
So this seems like no Euro sales until almost ( best guess)a year from now.
However some milestone osuld kick in
Thanks actually just watching I tried to get in but my on line broker required a personal call to buy this stock
Does anyoen know if Totec has a different name I am not sure the correct terminology but the medical name of Totec if there is one
If the two drugs have been relaunched shouldn't the PR firm send out a note
Good tip up 50% since your post
Dial into the conf call and ask for specifics You are a shareholder No one is really happy but most are more civil
Try vocing yoru opinion to a forum that matters
OK for some reason I thought it was around 28 at the time
The PPS when the DR came on board. OK It was higher I won’t even look it up Bear in mind the stock almost was delisted NexMed was higher on hopes mgmt could get the PPS over a $1
Abbot delay How long does it takes to launch a new product Packaging Manufacturing, Ads, Sales literature. My company takes over 4 month to prepare an advertising circular
Nexact Ok who is not disappointed.
The shelf registration was to strengthen the balance sheet. Cash flow. New Deals
OK we all hated it. All biotech have too many shares outstanding but that is the industry
Biotech tough
Slow is taking sme heat on YMB She deserves it as does BIC
Homerun Al is always watching them though
But one thing that DR D did say in the past was that APRI would be cash flow positive in 2011 and 2012 ( I believe)
Way too optimistic and shareholders are fustrated about that
Then again based on the number of shares he owns no ones this sotck to rise more tha him
I think we all ( some did realize it right away ) that absent of any news APRI PPS had to drop with the purchase of the French company. Newly registered shares = dilution.
Now if the purchase is accretive to earning, then it should balance out. I do not mind the deal if they continue to pay for themselves or even earn a profit
I like less the PrevOnco deal where there can only be a longer term payback if any
You should sell instead of enlightening us with your informative posts. If you have sold, post on a board where your input is valued.
DG you and the YMB boys have a good time eith Slow a few day ago funny stuff
I am concerned with the cash burn. $25 million sounds like a lot but if SGA rises, APRI will go through the cash quickly. This company needed about $5 million or more per qtr last qtr and I think that is going up.
I would like to see the new cancer meds go back on the market.
While I don't agree with the Kid's view of Mgmt, I do agree the revenue will be insignifcant with regards to the next earnings report. I think 1st qtr 2012 is the most likely time for somewhat meaningful earnings.
Of course, does APRI ge the benefit of the new acquistions earnings this qtr? Even then earnings of a few million won't drive PPS
It is still a waiting game
One this I am concerned about is the loss may be pretty high. APRI's SGA much be increasing
Will the new company continue to market drugs for other companies?? I hope so. They need to be able to pay for themselves.
APRI's SGA is rising each qtr and meaningful revenues are still quite a ways off.
Ok Guys Good Stuff.
Home Run - Al posted that the PrevOnco SPA discussion with the FDA will begin. This has been a long time coming. Maybe due to cash issues which should not be a problem now
Quite the lull in the PR Dept.
You would think new patents, IND, NextAct partnerships, etc would be once a week news.
I really would like a better timeline for the Cancer drugs roll outs
That OK with me, Buy low as long as the sell high piece happens.
A chart guy on the other board called this level a few months ago
Didn't beleive him but he was right. Sort of.
This action is really bad so it is possible this could go to the lows of the glory days of NexMed. Incredible.
Can't beleive this thing could see the pre split low of 8 to 12 cents again. But with Abbott going slow with the CN ramp up, we could be stuck in the $2 for a while
DG The poster BB mentioned Dr D hoped for Vitaros as an OTC item??
Well that is great (maybe) for WC not so good IMO for APRI.
Gernally there are smaller margins in OTC maybe offset by increased sales.
Short term not sure what APRI can do.
Actually they are doing are lot a little things like this morning's PR regarding patent protection indicates.
It doesn't help the PPS unfortunately.
They have done quite of bit in the filing area that will pay dividends later on as long as the products are marketable.
DR D had beter do something His fans are getting restless never mind the naysayers
Can't argue with CK's position on the filing. Dealing with gov entities is not a sure thing. Delays, setbacks are the consequence. SGA is creating a bigger burn.
I wonder and I am concerned if they can execute on a timely basis, a national marketing plan for the new acquisitons.
Isn't the issue with institutions the $5 thresshold.
