Citizen Bob.... thanks for responding, please don't make me wrong.... I still believe in you and the Company so I'm still waiting for better, much better days..... simply speaking, .0175 cents is not acceptable PPS, not acceptable for me and many others here, this is also not respectable price for such a company as FLPC is, company with so much potential.... this is not even close what we have envision here, everything may change by tomorrow but as of now things are not as should be. Thanks again. Cheers. IMHO
As I always said I will judge this company not on current Price per Share but on Management actions..... ..... well, not much in FLPC "Action" Department for the last several months so I'm not surprise that Share Price dropped accordingly here.
Six months ago there was lot of things to like about FLPC but as of now.... well, not so much.
I will tell you guys what I don't like....
#1 DILUTION.... there is no way that current shareholders will do well in a long run with this kind of dilution, I started collecting dilution data many month ago to see exactly what we are seeing now and this picture don't lie.
Dilution situation is not extremely bad yet but picture looking bleaker and bleaker every week I post new data.
Another thing.... for the FIRST time in a year dilution data wasn't available last week.... very bad sign, very bad...
What we are start realizing here is that Company may be very successful in the future but current shareholder may lose because of constant dilution and possibility of RS and we all know what that means..... RS is not eminent threat yet but many of us here including myself invested in FLPC for the future and future at the moment looks very uncertain.
#2.... Murdock, of course.... bad, ignorant so called investment Firm, every time they open their mouth I just shaking my head..... 24 Hrs after Q-10 release and they did not even read it? common guys, be serious for a moment, is this the Firm who suppose to help FLPC get on track?.... simply unbelievable!
#3..... Communication, or lack of it...... I can understand short period of time not to communicate with shareholders but this is a little bit too much, I think it must be a very serious reason, on company side, not to communicate anymore with us.... I start wonder what kind of reason it may be? right now this looks BAD.
Well..... I will give the Company few more weeks, hopefully they can go back on track, things will return to normal and FLPC will be long term INVESTMENT for me.... again.... let hope so! .... let also hope that Bob will read this post.
I don't like to use word HOPE but this is exactly where we are at the moment. ... IMHO
nrcmedia... no problem, actually I was curious myself what the Listed Price of 57.90 is? it make sense (Rmb/1Kg) ...
As of today I will be monitoring Fanya Metal Exchange website on a daily basis and will post weekly or monthly report on this matter, this way few months from now we will know for sure what effect Fanya Metal Exchange will make for Antimony prices. IMHO
nrcmedia... I'm guessing here but I think this is correct answer to your questions....
As of today Antimony trioxide min 99.5% in Chinese Currency Renminbi trades at around 52,000 Rmb/Mt so I think Listed Price of 57.90 on The FANYA Metal Exchange is actually 57.90 Renminbi (Rmb) per 1Kg. for Antimony trioxide.
57.90 x 1000 = 57,900 Rmb/Mt..... IMHO
http://www.metal-pages.com/metalprices/antimony/
From FLPC website.... stock update will be delayed this week.
"This week’s stock update will be delayed as the T/A report was not available this past Friday 3/21/14"
http://www.firstlibertypower.com/investors/stock-information/
nrcmedia..... I posted this article exactly one month ago.... what is Fanya Metal Exchange? and what can do to metal prices?... well, read it and come to your own conclusion...
From my month old post....
Very interesting development concerning Antimony..... this is what I call very good news...
I have been investing for over 25 years and I know this for sure.... anytime new commodity starts trading on any Stock Exchange prices immediately going way up due to speculations, until now we can't trade Antimony contracts but....
"The Fanya Metal Exchange is planning to launch an antimony contract as it builds its suite of products in the minor metals market, an official told Metal Bulletin...... One source said the antimony contract would be launched within the next few months, but the exchange will not confirm the exact timing of the antimony listing.
And this is a good part...
In some cases, investor demand on the Fanya exchange has driven up minor metal prices, in particular for indium, where prices are creeping towards $800 per kg, and more recently in the bismuth market.
"Looking at the other metals, there seems to be quite an upwards momentum when they are listed. Whether that will happen with antimony is difficult to say, but the exchange seems to add more liquidity to the markets," a trader said.
Others predicted that the listing would push antimony prices up, as it would give suppliers an alternative buyer to consumers.
Guys and Girls.... get ready for a MAJOR rise in Antimony price and with that MAJOR PPS spike for all Antimony producers..... This is FANTASTIC news for those who are long here, keep buying and accumulate. ... IMHO. Cheers
http://www.metalbulletin.com/Article/3311215/Channel/195220/Fanya-Exchange-to-add-antimony-listing.html
Yes.... fantastic news, this will impact Antimony prices quite a bit... very good news and much quicker launch Antimony contracts on Fanya Metal Exchange....
Next 3 weeks should be great for FLPC, we may finally start moving and moving fast... .... IMHO
Yesterday on Friday March 21 Fanya Metal Exchange launched Antimony contract!!....
March 19, 2014 - 12:44 GMT Location: London
The Fanya Metal Exchange will launch an antimony contract on Friday March 21, the exchange announced on Wednesday.
The exchange will list trioxide grade antimony, and the first batch of 200 tonnes will be offered at 11:00 local time on Friday.

As we all knew from the beginning (except Murdock of course) that attendance at upcoming 2-nd World Antimony Forum in Spain is a very good idea, a must to attend event for any serious Antimony related business.... as FLPC is.
We are 3 weeks away from that Forum and people already starts calling and asking about us, congratulating and most importantly starts learning about little company called First Liberty Power, legit Antimony producer and future Lithium plus Uranium producer too, legit Company from OTC/Pinks Market?.... how this is even possible?..... Management of course! Don Nicholson, Bob Reynolds, Mario Beckles and others made this company legit.... Management in this market is EVERYTHING.
This is getting even better when Don Nicholson, our CEO, get invited to be a feature speaker.... this is a great honor to be a guest speaker at 2-nd World Antimony Forum in Spain and great opportunity to present First Liberty Power to the World.
We are the only Antimony producing mine in USA, who else than one of our Management Team member can speak at the Forum about American Antimony Market, there is nobody else than FLPC and World need to learn about them..... We do not know who else will be watching 2-nd World Antimony Forum... do we?
Great stuff, congrats FLPC and good luck Don at the 2-nd World Antimony Forum in Spain. ... IMHO
Another interesting possibility for Antimony and Lithium..... hmmmm.... don't we just have both minerals?? and mining Antimony as we speak? ...
"The hunt is on – for new materials to be used in the next generation of batteries that may one day replace current lithium ion batteries.
Researchers from Empa and ETH Zurich have succeeded for the first time to produce uniform antimony nanocrystals. Tested as components of laboratory batteries, these are able to store a large number of both lithium and sodium ions. These nanomaterials operate with high rate and may eventually be used as alternative anode materials in future high-energy-density batteries."
http://phys.org/news/2014-03-uniform-antimony-nanocrystals-energy-storage.html
jjphilips...good point.... this may actually happen during Antimony Forum in Spain... yes; this is a very good possibility.
This could be a MAJOR development for Antimony prices, it would also change whole FLPC evaluation to the upward and change quite a bit.... let hope so. ... IMHO

***Calculating Market Cap
Market capitalization is just a fancy name for a straightforward concept: it is the market value of a company’s outstanding shares. This figure is found by taking the stock price and multiplying it by the total number of shares outstanding. For example, if XYZ Corporation (XYZ) was trading at $20 per share and had a million shares outstanding, then the market capitalization would be $20 million ($20 x 1 million shares).

At this point FLPC looks and act like any other OTC so called stocks.... dilution and more dilution, steady price depreciation.... slow death.
I have seen this so many times in OTC/Pinks market and I try to convince myself that FLPC is different and 24 Hours later I have to ask myself again.... is FLPC different? the answer may only come from FLPC management but they are silent and they still silent for the last 4 Months..... did they shipped Antimony ore to china or nor? do they still mining Antimony at Fencemaker or not? do they accumulating or reducing debt? why so many shares hitting the Market and who is selling? do they going ahead with Lovelock Mill or not?.... what is costing sudden silence? some setbacks? Murdock? buyout or merger proposal? and sadly I have to ask myself even this question.... do they still in business? What the heck is going on here?
I have been here for almost a year now, have been patient most of that time but as some already said.... I also have enough of those "Cheepies"..... Enough is enough.
Very disappointed to say at least.... IMHO...
jjphillips... I'm not expecting anything anymore.... company totally went underground... maybe they digging direct Antimony mine shaft to China... why ship Antimony ore when they can Choo-Choo all this stuff by tax free underground train... ... maybe they already too dip with digging and completely lost all contact with the World...
News will come at some point but who knows when; it may be tomorrow or as well may be next month.... I only wish when news FINALY comes it will be worth waiting for...
Labradorite.... if someone like Tesla consider building $5 Billion Super factory then let me tell you they most likely will build this Factory where Lithium deposit(s) is located next to America’s only producing lithium operation, Chemetall Foote in Nevada.... for me this is no brainer.... closest distance to Silicon Valley and as close as possible to Lithium deposit(s) for logistic and money purpose of course.
Another States may offer concessions, Tax advantages, good business climate but Nevada can offer this too..... Concessions, Tax advantages and business climate may very well change in next 10-15 years but Super Factory will stay where originally will be build..... I'm quite positive Tesla will build Super Factory in Nevada.
As far as FLPC Lithium properties goes we need to find out first if we have any Lithium deposits at all, or how big our Lithium deposit(s) is, geological similarities and close proximity to Chemetall Foote Lithium properties is one thing and knowing for sure that we have it is another.... we need to spend additional $600K to find this out, FLPC Management is quite confident that we have Lithium and lots of it so let hope for Tesla to announce Super Factory in Nevada.... this announcement will speed up FLPC Lithium front in a flash.
What makes our FLPC Management so special is ability to envision Worldwide short supply for Strategic Minerals; they come to that conclusion many years ago and have made all necessary steps and bought the best possible properties so right now FLPC is sitting on Antimony, Lithium and Uranium so called "Gold mine"... .... IMHO
This is very interesting statement from "Seeking Alpha" about possible location for Tesla Gigafactory.... Two days ago on March 7/2014
Read last line.... ... ...
http://seekingalpha.com/news/1615353-tesla-motors-narrows-gigafactory-site-candidates
jotuk6771.... I don't want cost any controversy here so my next dilution report will be without $ numbers and I will also edit and remove all $ figures from my report.
Everything I post is marked as Approximate amount and to be honest everybody can do their own Dollar calculation, I'm not convinced that Company is NOT selling shares on the open market and I do not know if all those selling is related to Debt Conversions, we simply do not know who is selling and why.... anyway, $ numbers are not a big deal because all this is just unofficial guesstimates... we can only speculate here... right?. Cheers... IMHO
jotuk6771.... Company can sell shares at any time.... Right? how can you difference debt conversion from Company selling shares?
As far as I know debt conversion wasn't an issue for the last 6 months, nobody is even talking about debt conversion at this time, is somebody converting debt?... maybe, but I assume Company is selling shares for their own use, I can be wrong but until somebody prove me wrong I will still post those numbers.
If today or tomorrow CitizenBob post a message saying ..."marexx your numbers are not correct"... this it is and not a word more, without any explanation... I will remove them and will not post them anymore, it doesn't matter if those numbers are missed one way or another, it doesn't matter if they higher or lower, this is not important, if he says I'm doing this wrong then I will not post them anymore.... simple like that, I do not want mislead anybody.
I understand what you are saying but tell me how do you know this is all debt conversion?... if any?... Cheers... IMHO
In that case we better get ready for some fireworks....
GO4AWILDRIDE... you probably forgot to make my latest dilution report as a Sticky.... thanks...
I added few extra things to my weekly dilution report; I add exact number of shares SOLD by Company, weekly average price per share, Money received by Company from dilution (Approx), weekly % of shares SOLD by Company and total weekly volume.
All this together with Float, Authorizing and Outstanding will make complete picture what exactly is going on in Dilution department.
I had nothing better to do this week so I did all this for the last 4 months of trading.... now we can clearly see that company is diluting on average $300,000 in shares value except November (at the top) when they received almost $900,000.
In last 4 months Company received almost $2 Mil from dilution, very good chunk of change if you ask me.... let see now how they going to spend it.
Also... looking at this week dilution and daily volume I can say it for sure that early this week it was the Company who killed our momentum generated from Lithium buzz..... I'm sure FLPC Management has their own plans and momentum is not exactly priority now... ... IMHO

gold56... can you please send it to me as PM... thanks.... appreciated.
Labradorite.... We have an idiot Administrator or some moron Mods who doesn't have clue who GUGS is and this is why they deleted all GUGS related messages, including my message asking gold56 to repost it, they don't understand the subject so they deleted.
There is no cure for stupidity.... just my take on this subject, I'm 100% sure I'm right here. IMHO
stocktrotter... too bad FLPC Financial Advisors.... yes, Murdock I'm talking about..... based in New York Financial District with so much business knowledge?? is NOT SURE FLPC need to attend such important Antimony Conference?
This is so PATHETIC I'm almost speechless.... we need exposure, we need business contacts, we need publicity and Murdock is NOT SURE if FLPC Management should go there? the only Antimony producing mine in USA and Murdock think it may be better to stay away from such an opportunity to introduce FLPC to the World???... simply UNBELIEVABLE!!.... IMHO
The hype is only good for short term gains and I'm kinda glad Company didn't jump on the hype and create short term solution but on another hand I'm also disappointed that Company did nothing to create more awareness when all eyes was on us, they still selling shares so it is also in their interest to sell them at the highest price possible.... Right?
It will be very interesting to know how many shares will be sold this week; it will give us a clue who kills this recent rally.... Company by selling shares AGAIN! or short term players.
Tomorrow is another day in FLPC Land, it won't be long before we get our questions answer.... Cheers. IMHO
Five hours before Market open and FLPC ticker on StockCharts main page, on Ticker Cloud, is as big as AAPL, EBAY, GOOG.... WOW!!!
Never seen this before...
http://stockcharts.com/
FLPC is the best kept secret on Wall Street.... we are the ONLY Antimony producing Company in USA and nobody knows about us, we have two Lithium properties located next to America’s ONLY producing lithium mine, Chemetall Foote and nobody know it, we have Uranium property in Utah with very high potential to be uranium producing mine and nobody know it, FLPC is just about to announce revenue from Antimony shipment to China and big Antimony shipping contract to be announced next and people still don't know about us plus on top of that we may have significant amount of GOLD in Fencemaker Antimony Mine.... should I continue?..... everybody buying at this level should consider themselves very lucky.... ... IMHO
Very nice... it's the first time I've seen that...
Most new people here don't even realize that 2 Nevada FLPC Lithium properties are within close proximity to America’s ONLY producing lithium mine, Chemetall Foote, which has been producing for over 40 years. Another benefit of First Liberty Power’s Smoky Valley property is that the needed infrastructure is already in place, including road, rail and power.
Let me say one more thing.... TESLA will build Super lithium Factory and a chances that they will build it next to the ONLY producing lithium mine, Chemetall Foote in Nevada are quite big and the chances that FLPC has huge Lithium deposits are also huge.
Managing production cost is a very big motivation and proximity to Lithium deposits should be the number one priority, TESLA has a goal to reduce prices for Lithium batteries, with his in mind where do you think their first choice for Super Lithium Factory should be?...
I think this is just the beginning of our next big run, I'm looking at 200 DMA on weekly chart which is at .14 right now... I think we are going there and beyond.
So... for what reason FLPC CFO, Mario Beckles, and Board Chairman, Bob Reynolds visited Smoky Valley Lithium Mine Project on September 23, 2013???.. Cheers... IMHO
ddm... do you remember last year on September 23, just before Special Shareholders Meeting...
From facebook.... "FLPC CFO, Mario Beckles (l), and Board Chairman, Bob Reynolds onsite at Smoky Valley Lithium Mine Project."
This post has been recently removed from Facebook.... keep it quiet? no speculations perhaps?... I'm 100% sure Bob Reynolds and Mario Beckel visited Smoky Valley Lithium Mine Project for a reason... I'm also sure they did not go there for a camping trip... stay tuned... ... IMHO

This stock needs momentum change, unfortunately stock price was allowed, by our management, to be decimated and depressed so even good news can't do anything here; there is no urgency what so ever.
Without momentum even revenue news can't and will not do anything, people need to know that if they don't buy today tomorrow they most likely will pay more, unfortunately for the last 4 months trading pattern is still the same here.... low volume, lack of buying interest so why buy today when tomorrow PPS will be lower anyway.... right?
Yesterday few people bought hopping for some kind of follow up news and quick flip, nothing happened today and they simply exited at the end dragging PPS down with them.
Much better awareness need to created here, with awareness come volume and with volume come higher PPS, until 1-2-3 punch and momentum change this is what we will see here for the next little while. IMHO
stocktrotter.... thanks for posting this news, looks to me like everything is aligning here very nicely for a MEGA Storm which in my opinion is just around the corner.
Can you imagine everything come in one short period of time.... Mill announcement, more buyers confirmation, debt reduction, more big investors coming on board, The Fanya Metal Exchange starts trading Antimony contracts, Lithium Geo-survey on FLPC properties and confirmation of very large Lithium deposit, TESLA announcement for Lithium Mega Factory in Nevada, possibly next to Lida Valley and Smoky Valley FLPC Lithium properties.... oh man, with all this FLPC can really be a Blue Chip stock in no time.
As I said in my previous message..... screw Day-To-Day FLPC PPS, as long as they on track everything will be OK, FLPC PPS will also reflect the current and future potential value very soon, we survive 4 months of NO News and lots of frustration, with PPS slashed by 60% but I have filling we just about to be rewarded for our patience here. ... IMHO
FLPC $$$$$
jotuk6771....I strongly believe that trading Antimony contracts on The Fanya Metal Exchange will be a game changer for all Antimony producers and with that will bring unimaginable wealth to those who are investing in this rare mineral now.... I'm very excited about the possibilities here plus with today news we finally have something good going on here.... Again!... ... IMHO
Today news will starts legitimize FLPC as a real deal company, last four months was very frustrating to watch but with today news we turn the corner.... FINALY!..... lots of good things on the horizon so today news may be just the beginning.... people need to start believing in this company and Management again and let hope that we don't have to wait another 4 months for next piece of the puzzle...... and one more thing, screw Day-To-Day FLPC PPS, with big money coming in now we will get to the Promise Land $$$.... EVENTUALY... IMHO...
Yesterday I posted article "The Fanya Metal Exchange is planning to launch an Antimony contract".... FANTASTIC news knowing what this Metal Exchange can do to Commodities listed on their Exchange.
http://www.metalbulletin.com/Article/3311215/Channel/195220/Fanya-Exchange-to-add-antimony-listing.html
In this article they mention INDIUM, another very rare strategic Earth mineral, in case of rarity similar to Antimony...... "In some cases, investor demand on the Fanya exchange has driven up minor metal prices, in particular for indium, where prices are creeping towards $800 per kg, and more recently in the bismuth market."
I did some research on Indium and The Fanya Metal Exchange impact and this is what I found out....
Question: What do indium, "Antimony" and Bitcoin have in common?... I added Antimony here to this headline because this may be the case very soon....
"In a country flush with cash, where capital controls restrict overseas investment and the government sets interest rates below the rate of inflation, individuals are desperately searching for alternative investment opportunities. The Fanya Metal Exchange and Bitcoin are just two opportunities, among many, that have moved into this void and been sold to investors not knowing where else to put their renminbi."

This is Fantastic news for Antimony prices and Antimony producers as FLPC is.
Knowledge is power... use it when nobody else is talking about .... Yet!!.... Cheers. .... IMHO
Wow!!.....Very interesting development concerning Antimony..... this is what I call very good news...
This is FANTASTIC news for those who are long here, keep buying and accumulate. ... IMHO. Cheers

Interesting prospective from Warren Buffet.... can easily apply to FLPC at this particular moment.
Warren Buffett says if you want to learn how to make money from the stock market you should look at how he made some money with two small real estate investments........ He bought when prices were unusually low after bubbles had burst........In both cases he had no particular expertise........ And most importantly!!! .... in both cases he invested because he thought the assets would be increasingly profitable, not because he expected to sell at a higher price.
His bottom line fundamental advice: "Ignore the chatter, keep your costs minimal, and invest in stocks as you would in a farm."

Greenstone... dates aren't set but with so many possibilities here this is definitely a good entry point.... keep it in mind, if FLPC Management deliver what they promised to deliver, and I think they will, then you should start thinking long term and not looking for short term gains.
So far Bob and the rest of FLPC Management delivered everything and more what they promised so I have no doubt they will do the same in the future, communication with the company is not as great as before but most of us here still believe that everything is on track and we are due for some kind of MAJOR news but do not count on imminent news because you may be as disappointed, it will come but only in a due time, for now read Sticky post "FLPC 4.0 DD" by DimondFire and make your own conclusions based on FACTS and not on rumors or hope for imminent News.... Cheers.
