Indeed, they would look supremely foolish if they did not have stellar news to announce.
Our decisions will be fluid until the deadline. We are interested in all the opinions on this board, including yours of course.
Thanks for your response and opinion.
Most every one agrees that the current team has to change, even radically. And this to satisfy the needs of all: the need for good communication and openness, the need for clear company vision (instead of changing directions like a weathervane), the need for action rather than slow motion, the need for a team where all members have solid science awareness, and others…
The problem with granting stock resides behind the scene. Investors can’t make a logical choice without knowing facts: What are the current company transactions going on currently that need financing to bring them to completion, if any?
Our wish of course is for a vote after the meeting, not before, when cards can be put on the table, and when shareholders present could report back to us all.
The views recently expressed by our Group fully resonate with yours!
Complete agreement with your perspective. The authorizing of this last batch of shares is perhaps the last milk this cash cow will give, capping a long run for a nutritious gig.
New investors, yes, but there has to be delineated for them a clear pathway to solid returns.
The "No" vote is a nay for what is commonly referred to as the "poison pill."
As for the number of shares the group commands, that's a tall order. There is a core group of "regulars" but if one adds extensions of the group, friends, relatives, etc. who knows…The core group estimate itself is maybe 15 million shares.
Our Investor Group has conferred this weekend and reached agreement:
1. "Yes" on authorization of new shares.
2. "No" for preferred shares.
3. "Yes" for age limitation.
May this be the right path and the way to success for All.
AS is an FDA Class I device.
With the new administration in place no one is going to hassle Medizone with undue delays.
Any reactive company would put out a cyclone of press releases now.
Thank you. You may be dead right.
It might all be a shell game with shareholders as onlookers.
Our Group will come out with its recommendations early December.
The EPA will probably approve AS soon rather than to be embarrassed into forcibly doing so by the new administration. What will the company do then?
To me you are right that Xenex offers many advantages that hospital would go for.
However, there are situations and environments which AS would handle much better.
To All Fellow Veterans on the IH Board: HAPPY VETERANS DAY!
Are you talking about the deactivation of cocaine in a meth house and/or the chemicals involved in its synthesis? We know ozone/H2O2 oxidizes all the above thus neutralizing their activity. But how many meth houses are there in NZ in need of cleaning per year? How many AS units are required to treat one house?
10Q: Management strategy: Take the money and run?
Actually, D. Trump's election is good news for Medizone.
The EPA will be instructed to facilitate many projects that stimulate U.S. business.
They know what they are doing relative to stock gymnastics.
This, however, may be the last somersault.
If in fact the EPA decision is to be expected mid-November, that in itself should pump in some adrenalin till then.
Thanks, but the only intent here was to express our sense of exasperation at the soon to be celebrated 20 year anniversary of the "new" Medizone, and the reality of its achievements.
It's only been some 20 years worth of work, please have some patience.
If the rumor of the Port-O-San disinfection deal in progress has some veracity, it could be a big boost for MZEI.
Actually, the use of external oxygen/ozone for wound healing is now allowed in many US states as a form of complementary treatment.
Medizone has access to the US' only reliable dermatological machine. It is sturdy (therefore can be shipped anywhere in the world), reliable, consistently performing, and for the quality, reasonably priced.
Medizone, under the umbrella of its half-active patent, could manufacture this machine and it would find a large ready and eager market.
No, I said they could get 20 years total, another 5 years
Under new regs, the USPTO can be petitioned to revive the patent and extent its life to some 20 years. The past maintenance and other fees would have to be satisfied, and there are legal fees involved.
The patent was GRANTED by the USPTO, a very valuable piece of intellectual property. The global wound market is some 20 billion annually. The technology would have not replaced, but supplanted current treatments. Studies have now shown a significant reduction in amputation rates with this approach.
Medizone spent many thousands obtaining this patent. A specialized oxygen/ozone dermatological machine was built for this purpose. Medizone, for unknown reasons, then let it all go.
Under new regulations, the wound patent has another some 5 years to go. Medizone could revive it. Of course, that would take funds to cover back patent maintenance and legal fees.
The AS machine cannot be used for wound healing. It would be like blasting wounds with fumigation doses. A special wound machine has been built that respects the delicate physiology of the skin.
And yes, there is growing interest from important sources.
MZEI would be in a Much better shape, economically and spiritually, if it had developed its granted USPTO patent on wound healing with topical oxygen/ozone mixtures. Also, It would have helped all manner of humanity, from U.S. troops with infected combat wounds, to VA veterans with infected diabetic ulcers facing amputations, to nursing home patients with infected hard-to-heal pressure ulcers. What a shame!
Rumors fly when there are no news!
A rumor they are talking to the Port-O-San people.
They keep coming, don't wait for a time out!:

We all know how the company needs to change. It has been 20 years, twenty years! Creative energy, business energy, economic energy, strategic energy all seem to have waned considerably in recent months.
What are we doing? Our group of investors is in contact with other groups, and all investors should be active in this pre-SH meeting period.
At stake is yes, the viability of investments, but also an issue important to a great many investors, especially those who have been around for a while, namely the greater mission of advancing the contribution of ozone/oxygen therapies to US and world medicine.
This company needs a serious infusion of innovation, forward-thinking and action, all our group of investors hope will materialize soon.
So what was the latest uptick all about, fact or fantasy?
Why is this story relevant to anything?
If the SP stays in the same ballpark by the next SH meeting, what will be your take then?
Somebody benefited from the Groundel fiasco,
But Who?
Well said, and right on.
Who will service the AS machines when the engineer who built them has been let go?
A critical time is now upon us
To us, on the 50%, you are highly kind and generous
EUREKA, you have distilled it to its essence!
Thanks for your kind suggestion and vote of confidence. On this end we can suggest BOD members who can activate the ozone science forward, AS for one, but also wound healing which has stellar potential and great human need. We can also suggest engineering top expertise.
As for taking the reigns of the company, we would look to the greater MZEI community to find individual(s) of vision who can extricate us out of this quagmire, if not outright quicksand.
