As mentioned in my last post to "Mugs"; The schedule I posted remains x-cept
the "Q"3 moved up 2 working days, the 10K remains as before and b-cause of Monday
it got pushed bach one day, BOTTOM LINE; 10K filing should surface at the
earliest this coming week on Friday, but most likely on the first part of the week after
next. (June 4-6)
"Q"1 seven to ten days thereafter, then CE Lifted, followed by UP-LIST to OTCBB
(out of the Pinks).

The performance in timing of these filings reflect the expedient and dilligent work
by new auditors, confirming a well made decision by SNEY, to switch.


I'm glad things are finally moving towards "COMPLIANCE" for the sake of all here.

Yet the impatience of some is beyond comprehention, I mentioned the "Q"3 will file

tomorrow, THEY COULD NOT WAIT 24 HOURS !!!! but happy to text SP continually!.

So in the event the "Q" shows up Tuesday, I am dirt and no one sees the positive

now however, as per the above post > "Q"3 comes out tomorrow but because of the hollyday,
the 10K filing will remain at the prior schedule, that is Monday or Tuesday of the week
after.

IOW (in other words) post #61466 schedule applies except the "Q"3 is coming out sooner.

"Q"3 filing, with "Q"1 not far behind in about seven to ten days thereafter.

These are the facts as per SP, AND NOTHING IS PROMISED !!!!!!

Moreover, the above "fits" what I posted (#61466) on Tuesday May 15th., and take notice,
the word "promise" is not to be found anywhere in that post or this one.

Although I will continue to read the iHUB, any information I acquire from SNEY is for my
own interest, and I will no longer post it.

Although testing was done in said facility seen on photo provided by "Ant", nothing
has been disclosed by SNEY that indicates where the processing of the Black Sands will
ultimately take place.

According to SNEY's PR, that's where the trail starts and ends for testing/processing,
and "Ant" did not actually say it would be, but was "fishing" for additional information
if at all available, however nothing more has been disclosed whatsoever by SNEY.

We should have more details on this topic in future company PR's.

I mentioned that I had spoken with ALL, and yes I have met them and talked with them,
however only a handfull I stay in touch regularly, and for my own selfish reasons.

I spoke with Beckman in the last week of December, and the results thereof I
had already shared back then in January, when I started posting.

I made references to the REE's, Platinum, Titanium,+, and also did mention that it
would be Germany and not China who would be doing the processing, contrary to the
"rumor" on the iHUB that it would be China.

I have been long since mid-2010, and although I read the board from time to time,
I did not start posting until early January of this year, therefore, I was
quite familiar with the characters on the iHUB, and would not consider myself a
"newcomer".

........ and that's the rest of the story,..... almost.

and it is all going very well.

New auditors (who had a good head-start) are doing a great job on the preparations of all filings,

I hope to have a good idea as to the approximate completion of the 10K, and it's projected
filing date, and will then pass it on to shareholders in iHUB.

If you re-read last week's post, I said I would have information about expected filing dates,

I only dig as best as I am able to provide some answers for us who would otherwise remain

Indeed, Steve would not want to go anywhere near the July 16th date, and have to deal
with Warrant Holder's fury, that's a hot coal he'd want to avoid and hopeffully he will.
As for your comment on new auditor having to start all over again, there was an
over-lapping period (with both auditors in agreement) where both auditors worked side
by side (very rare!)in order to get a head start to the new kid on the block and avoid
"start up delays" as you mentioned.

Having said that, the expectations are that the new Firm will produce said filings
on a more timely manner, in comparison to past performances.

Your DD work on share structure is appreciated, however I believe the projected PPS ceiling
will surpass **your .01 expectations, albeit it is better to expect less and be pleased vs. the other.
