Mostly good points, however, ViaOne and Dorwart have way north of $2 million invested in Good Gaming. The sale of the NFT's were in etherium and are probably worth $250k in the current market. There really is no money for them to cut and run. Plus, management are all alpha's with a strong desire to win.
I'm looking for some diversification in their strategy going forward.
What is in the filings that supports your claim? Seriously think ViaOne would dilute their holdings by converting shares?
Then further dilute by increasing the shares authorized or even worse then reverse splitting their holdings?
Laughable opinions at best.
Common sense should prevail here.
Why on earth would this company want to reverse split this stock with the share structure it currently has?
Of course, I won't get an answer because it doesn't make sense.
Just a bunch of bullshit fear mongering without a single example of why that would happen.
Pure misinformation.....
There has been neither a pump or dump regarding this company.
No convertible notes or need to dump anything. Those are the facts that cannot be refuted.
Is that the justification for spewing lies and misinformation about the company and its principles?
Asking for a friend....
I'm pretty sure I can read a financial statement better than most and have commented regarding their working capital position and their relationship to their parent company ViaOne Services.
This company will continue to move forward with their operations as long as ViaOne has a vested interest in their success.
Oh, so the issue is the share price.
Remember people....
When you invest and a stock goes down its only because the management is a bunch of thieves. You now have permission to make up whatever shit you want to justify you're anger, just make sure your opinions are stated as facts, so others think you know more than you really do.
Can you prove a single thing you say?
Obviously not, because it isn't true. However, feel free to prove me wrong with verifiable data. It can be found in their financial statement for those who actually know how to read one.
Yes, the stock is down like many stocks in the market especially the OTC. It's true that we haven't seen any news recently, but they have a proven history of not putting out "fluff" news. They even recently released a new Minecraft prison game on Saturday that I would imagine is in beta format, and they didn't think it was material enough to put out news.
Doing things the right way doesn't always jive with what investors want when a stock is down. Regardless, that doesn't mean the CEO has done anything illegal.
Cooler heads need to prevail. Last time the stock traded at this level it ran to .75 cents. Will it do it again? I haven't a clue. But I think any significant news has the potential to bump this back up to a nickel with the blink of an eye, considering the float. JMHO
Arrest them for what exactly? Show us how much you know about this company so we can be impressed.
I've seen this scenario before.....
"When the stock goes up its because I'm the greatest trader of all time and am much smarter than the street.
When the stock goes down its because the people running the company are thieves who hoodwinked us poor investors."
LMFAO!
I heard they got caught soliciting an ingredient supplier for GBB's hangover drink. Again, a direct violation of the NDNC Agreement the two companies had between them. I'm looking for FSD Pharma to have some type of temporary injuction filed against them.
In any other world, a person making completely false and slanderous statements about an individual would be held accountable.
We already know there isn't a single example that can be given.
Unfortunately, in the world of message boards this type of behavior is allowed, but should never be accepted.
Good Gamings new Minecraft Prison game is out:
http://Play.ggmc.me
It will never see subpenny. Not enough dilution or shares in the float.
Inversely, one decent press release could see a solid double, triple, quadruple in price.
I'd like to see the legal reasoning for a bombastic and hilarious comment like that.
I'm always careful of people who look to instigate and antagonize because they love to rub salt into wounds when looking for attention.
They should be due for a rollout but I don't follow discord so if there isn't a PR I don't know when they're due.
Not even possible unless we saw them starting to roll ViaOne assets into GMER. I would think we would see operating assets roll in before any type of necessary reverse in order to meet NASDAQ listing criteria.
At this stage, I'm thinking maybe a therapist might be in order.
I know it's hard to let go but there has to be a better life out there for people who can't deal with short term negativity.
Definitely just an opinion stated on nothing more than pure guessing.
I can give many reasons why they would. How many reasons can be given as to why they wouldn't?
Paying the price for trying to steal someone's IP. They thought because they live in Canada they could get away with this. They will never prove their formula is different from the one they tried to steal. I wonder what a $54 million judgement does to this company?
I usually find advice from previous shareholders to be tainted with bitterness and resent.
Like I said, one man's junk is another man's treasure. Last time stock was at the .0175 - .02 cent level it ran to .75 cents.
Just before its last big run, the company had no news and no money. Those are the facts.
Will it run again? At .02 cents it's worth a serious look considering all the facts I've already spoken about concerning their parent company ViaOne Services.
I'm pretty sure I went over the structure of that deal with HC Wainwright a reputable Wallstreet investment banking firm and what went wrong.
Feel free to look up the post. No need to speculate or come up with opinions that border on misinformation.
Well, I don't take advice from people that fail to due proper due diligence.
ViaOne Services owns 9 brands. Anyone can go to their website and see that Good Gaming Inc. is one of the nine brands that they own.
ViaOne's principles are also the Officers of Good Gaming which is a tell that they own the company.
But, even if they were just investors (they're not), they have over $2 million invested that they converted into shares (equity) in Good Gaming preferred stock. That was publicly disclosed in their 10-K and through a press release.
Who here thinks a company as large as ViaOne is going to walk away from a $2 million+ investment when Good Gamings greatest asset is its public vehicle?
One man's junk is another man's treasure To call the CEO a loser shows me no due diligence has been done on him.
Certainly, the temporary price of a stock doesn't justify a person's overall track record.
Fortunately, they have the support of their parent company that produces over $200 million a year.
Down to the last few months for what?
No reason for me to be on discord. I'm not a gamer and wouldn't add anything to the community.
Oh OK, so the excuse is don't bother trusting what they might tell us if we took the time to call them directly. Instead, we'll just keep speculating on worst case scenarios because that's the easiest thing to do.
Got it! Brilliant!
Are you saying you've called the company and they refused to answer your questions?
I find that hard to believe.
I don't run the company so maybe you're better off calling them and asking yourself if you really have questions that you want answered.
Never understood why people like to raise questions with no interest in the answers.
The company abides by all rules and guidelines set forth by the SEC. That's why they are a transparent and compliant SEC filer. I highly doubt they would do anything that wasn't previously approved by their corporate and SEC counsel. Their SEC counsel is a prominent NY based Wallstreet law firm.
No way to correct someone who relies on facts.
How can this company possibly file a 6-K disclosure statement and not mention they were recently hit with a $53 million lawsuit? I'm sure the SEC would consider that a material event. Certainly more material than presenting at a conference.
Not quite correct. The plan was to make GOO a tradeable commodity until legal experts determined that the SEC's lack of regulation made it impossible for a public company to do so. Hence, their effort to turn GOO into an in-game currency until the crypto/nft market fell out of bed.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Please provide verifiable information that would be found in the company's financial filings as a fully transparent reporting company.
Otherwise, I'll consider it misinformation.
News out......
www.mcapmediawire.com/gbb-drink-lab-files-53m-lawsuit-against-fsd-pharma-for-nondisclosure-contract-breach-and-trade-secret-misappropriation/
HUGE $53 Million lawsuit filed against FSD Biosciences.
No pun intended!

I'd be careful about using the word rugged. They don't need to conduct business that way and as an SEC reporting company would not committ any type of flagrant fraud. They are still incorporating MicroBuddies into their games. I'm sure any internal corporate changes will ultimately benefit the shareholders.
When are people going to actually pick up the phone and ask questions as opposed to stating erroneous opinions???
Remember, I started warning people about these guys at $2.00. Things are not looking good for them. They should have stayed in their lane instead of trying to steal another company's IP.
Looks like the company is starting to do some marketing for their games....
