I'm picturing violins as part of the musical scoring.
It looks like Schwab continues to lean on the stock. They are on both the bid and asked. Their offer is .02 less than the next offer. They must be short big time - probably caught in the runnup. They were leaning on it when the stock was at .90.
Once they are gone, we should see a nice move up.
Percy,
At it again...Feeling persecuted. You completely miuss the point. Who cares if you sold. Good luck and congratulations. It's your coming back and bashing the stock over and over again since you sold, pretending you still own half of your position. No one in their right mind bashes a stock they hold a position in. It is obvious you sold it all. We are not stupid here. Ply your trade elsewhere.
It's amazing to me that we have a stock that just went up almost 300% and everyone is Knitpicking. Sit back and relax! The fun hasn't even started yet. There is more criticism of management now than there was with the stock at .28. Are you guys for real? I am more amused every day.
Looking stronger. MM's appear to be trying to hold it here. Just a matter of time.
John,
Excellent follow-up! You made the perfect analogy between Dan Rather and Percy. He will slant all facts toward his "basher" view. It is up to us to snuff his candle out, as dim as it may be flickering right now.
Because he doesn't own them. It was just an lying excuse to allow him to continue posting without appearing to be a "pure" basher. But he blew his cover many times over.
Percy(nit)whit,
Get lost you lying SOB. You still own half your shares like the Pope is converting to Muslim. You are nothing but a disgruntled seller that probably bailed in the .20's. No one in their right mind would be bashing like you if you still owned shares. Do you take us for fools. I will be in your face at every post.
PLEASE.......
I agree completely. Route the blatant bashers when they rear their ugly heads!
I see you are a team leader by vocation, as noted on your IHUB profile. Is Arnold and LO, from the RB Board, on this winning team?
Do you have physical delivery of your certificate, or is it being held at a brokerage house?
Read my lips! I never grilled you about selling...only your incessant bashing. You have no position in this stock. Just a disgruntled shareholder that probably sold in the .20's, not the .90's as you say. How much did you lose on the 10 shares you sold? If you clean your room, maybe mommy will give you your allowance to buy another 10 shares.
I was the first to call you a basher, ass----. I was not upset that you sold your Cygx, as you keep harping on. It was your insidious bashing that continues, in hyper form, today. Everyone came to your defense when I called you a basher. Now everyone knows your true colors. You own NO CYGX! Only an ass----- would dump on a stock and still own shares. Who are you kidding! Get a life! Your accusations about the company are totally unfounded. You have only one goal, to bash the company down. Do you think we are stupid? Move on buddy. As I said once before, go invest in GE. Or better yet stick with Genta, and enjoy the ride ---DOWN!
SUKY,
I was about to send the same message before I read your post. I agree...Lookin' great here.
Wow! Up, on a terrible day for the general markets, speaks volumes.
Based on the strength of CYGX over the past week, holding it's own in a declining stock market environment after a major runnup, and with the strong buying in the stock late in the day yesterday, I believe we will head higher.
Strong day! 40,000 shares bought in the last 10 minutes at the .82 offer, including 16,000 shares that ticked at .82 just after the close. Everyone should sleep well tonite. Tough day for the overall market.
With all due respect, naive thought process, with little understanding of technicals, and how that interplays with the macro environment.
See post 14945 for the perfect answer. Thanks BigB!
Arnold, the market has been down almost everyday since Jan. 1. We rose from mid .20s to mid .90s in a month. Very little retracement in a very tough market. You typically do not even want your stock trading on days such as we had over the past week or so because, in all likelihood, the trades would be sells. looking very strong here.
Do not understand?
We are acting great on another tough day in the market.
With the current need for pipeline by the big Pharma's, my bet is that a feeding frenzy will develop. The only question in my mind, is when.
Any purchase below .80 is a bargain, IMHO. Remember, I said any purchase below .30 is a bargain a month ago. Something about a train leaving the station, or something.
Another signal - 632 shares...Let's see what they do to it now.
Absolutely right. MM's conspiring to bring it down to cover what appears to be a large short position, garnered when the stock rocketed. Look at the signals between them with odd blocks being traded. Schwab seems to be the centerpiece. It is amazing that they are allowed to get away with this. Patience will be rewarded.

Arnold,
You must have heard Malcolm commenting on his expectation of FDA fast-tracking. Also, GMP approval for the DNA product is much less rugged than getting their approval for drug commercialization.
I'm glad you liked my "take your breath away" comment, Captain. It will happen.
I also just listened to Malcolm. WOW. You can only come away with the belief that CYGX is on the brink of a major breakthrough in medicine. This little gem, that we have collectively discovered, could very easily be the next Amgen. Better yet, put it in the context of owning Microsoft, before it's meteoric ride.
The ability of the company to generate a revenue stream from it's recent perfection of synthetic DNA, while it continues through the trial stages for it's drug developments, mitigates many of the general concerns about capital raising that plagues young biotech companies.
Folks, sit back and enjoy the ride.
Eleven market makers have put up the Great Wall of China at .90 and .91 cents. Will the mongels break through?
Don't forget the pre-clinical discussions with the FDA.
Stock is acting better than I could have hoped. Based in the mid-.80's it seems. May be ready for the next leg up.
That would be me...Thanks.
MM's putting up a wall at .90. If it breaks we test .95.
Percy,
You meant .55, after the two for one split, right?
You've just BEGUN to?
Does anyone still believe Percy has any shares in this company after his last post? Nothing but a basher. He just tipped his hand...Although I recognized it much sooner than all you folks, many of whom stuck up for him.
DUHH......
I'm not grilling him for selling - - but for the surreptitious bashing.
Strong finish in a very weak overall market. Dow and NASDQ down big again. CYGX looks very strong.
Why do you keep bringing up the past? Insidious bashing?
