Gambling at a casino is based on pure chance, flip of the cards, roll of the dice etc. I agree that buying penny stocks is a gamble however IMO there is a difference between promotion and fraud. If the dealer is cheating and you lose at a game of cards who do you blame? But admittedly I am relatively new to this game and your points are well taken. It now appears that RLTR may actually have something in play and if that is the case then I will apologize to MG. There have been plenty of reasons to doubt the new BOD was genuine. I guess I have been lucky with my other stock choices which so far are looking pretty good. And by the way I did do more extensive DD before I bought. I guess I did learn a lesson from RLTR already.

I guess the question is are there legal ramifications for creating a fictitious BOD in order to inflate the stock price? Since it is a pink sheet stock would this ever even get that far? At the risk of stating the obvious I would assume you would have to show proof that the persons who devised the scheme/fraud already have benefited directly from it. My guess is that if this is a game that is being played the folks who devised it have thought all of this through. I have little knowledge of the pinkie world so I have no idea where you would start as far as initiating any inquiry as to whether laws were broken or not.
