Agree. Outside investors want in. That is very positive. They are working on the cap structure. Must be something in the history that's creating an issue with that.
Would be nice if HRS paid off the debt so they could just move forward.
But yes...very very positive.

Hey guys…Christian Bishop CEO of GG Media Network checking in with you guys. I’ve heard you all loud and clear. You guys want to hear from us…and I get it. I really really do um…I’m here at the studio in Torrance working out of here on a regular basis now. Blizzard moved out as the primary tenant so this huge space is available. We’re making plans. We’re talking about how do we utilize this space you know…maximize things for the esports community and build a greater experience for the amateur gamer and that’s what we actively do…on a regular basis…we’re creating content…we’re doing it for brands and game companies that are out now…uh…we’re actively doing that…so we’re creating white label branded content for them...working heavily on the production services space supporting agencies and we’re doing this…um…as a business.
I’m careful what I share and what I say out there publicly just because of the challenges we have with AMLH and this vehicle and this asset in which we were brought into um…with our team and prior management and the people we leaned on…and that responsibility is very delicate to manage and its something that a lot of people that brought on board and invested in…you know…they are kind of dependent and looking for answers for AMLH while I’m working through it with lawyers and negotiating with debt holders and finding out the proper way to do it.
How do you bring in investment…you know…third party investment to come into AMLH…what’s the cap structure…how do you work it out…how is the deal negotiated given the vehicles history and everything else going on with it…so…its not easy and its something I think about every single day morning to night like I told you guys…not taking a salary from the company…I’m grinding every single day…I’m in this…supporting my family on my own…doing everything I do…building this business while navigating things…and finding deals and how to be a successful company move forward...but know this…everything I do I keep it in mind as saying…how do I take care of these shareholders…make sure everybody whose come on board…how do we protect them and how do we do what’s right cause that’s where I’m at. Thanks guys…just want to come and say hi…you want plenty of information…I get you…the priority here is to build a successful business that’s going to be sustainable and long lasting. Thanks…frag out.
This company has zero operations. It will never be more than that. You can bet its the CEO and his wife propping this up every time it inches closer to .000. Where is that news he said was coming weeks ago. Same ol same ol.
Taking a page out of Deakins book.
I'd just be happy to get my money back. Been sitting at a loss since I bought in and the company has gone mute.
Pump and dump to get out. There's a low float here so its doable to a certain extent. Company dissolved in Nevada over 3 weeks ago. They have not tweeted in months. Looks like its coming to an end with a bang so to speak.
Agree. A sponsorship is GG paying money to get their name on someone's webpage. Those videos were posted a week ago. They are up to something.
Right. I am running out of time that I can wait this one out however. Hoping for news this month or I will be selling at a loss. Very frustrating. I've been here since May waiting for "soon" to arrive.
Also, I've held OTC plays long term...2, 3, 4 years. They generally don't work out if you have to wait that long.
Best to get in and out quick...that is....if it doesn't drop 33 percent the day you buy in.
You have to admit though that his silence is lowering the pps and there has been no shortage of buying at this level. For Bishop to be saying nothing at all is contrary to his personality.
It is beyond irritating that we have to sit here and wait it out. I just hope that one day I will log in here and find a completely different vibe.
Yep...would be nice to know what that BIG THING is that we have been hearing about for months now and the reason the filings weren't filed even though they were done and what the NEW IMPROVED TALK was all about.
I ain't holdin my breath.
I believe the silence from the company is intentional. It doesn't fit the CEO's personality to stop talking altogether...frustrating as it is. Maybe Payday is going to acquire GGMedia.
Something bigger than a sponsorship may be going on here. Will need to wait for news.
Two years is the standard that I have seen. I said it before on this board and was told it could be sooner for a number of reasons. I mentioned to a couple off the board we were getting close. With the latest hearing results looming I pretty much expected it.
Two years out!!!!
We needs some news here.
Interesting find. Wish they would clarify what they are up to. Looks like they were posted a week ago.
LOL...they are only 1 quarter late. I'd give it a couple years before worrying about not filing.
The issue surrounding the Financials is IMMATERIAL!!!!!
Yet there are NO recent lawsuits on pacermonitor. Guess that's incorrect....
Agree and disagree here. There may be limited revenues that are needed to cover critical expenses but not enough to take a salary.
Not taking a salary is commendable however it doesn't absolve one from being accountable for corporate actions including shareholder updates.
The quarterlies are immaterial here IMO. He should have filed and then followed with an amendment. From what IR said the quarterly was done.
We need news from behind the scenes. He needs to stop saying news is coming and then do nothing and worse...complain that shareholders are being tough on him.
Be accountable for what you say.
Also, stop using terms like "soon" and "have patience" when he was saying last summer we would get news in the fall. Its fall!!!!
WHERE IS THE LETTER??????????
I feel anything stronger.
Where is the letter?
Its a growing industry. Bishop needs to figure out how AMLH can be a part of this billion dollar industry. That happens and shareholders will be very happy.
It also hit an intraday high of .014 or .015 when that happened.
Sept only has 30 days. :)
The next filing is due 45 days after the end of the quarter or mid-november.
Also the quarter hasn't even ended yet!
No stop sign. They are only late one quarter. The quarter ended September 30 is not due til the middle of November.
I ck in daily. Not much can say.
Agree! This stock is like a coiled spring with all of the unanswered questions hanging out there.
Damn skippy! Go $AMLH!!!!
This is the OTC...not the Nasdaq or NYSE. It is a wasteland of pump and dumps and company start ups. The majority of companies have zero revenues. This stock market is a crap shoot. Buy a stock with potential and hope for the best or get in and out of pump and dumps and make a fortune.
Money is still green either way. Right?
Disagree on the revenue comment. I've seen garbage stocks with zero cash, zero revenues and zero operations do well on the OTC.
The CEO needs to communicate better. Shareholders can help to provide capital to companies like AMLH. I am sure Bishop realizes his inaction affected his investment account as well.
Anyone hear anything about that shareholder letter that was supposed to come out?
This company was dissolved about 3wks ago.

When is this letter coming? If it has any kind of substantial news I hope its put out during market hours and not after when you can't act on it.
How about a resignation letter.
Ya think? Down 27% today. What a POS.
Yep...agree.
Imagine being one of the ppl with 5-6 figures invested here. I would literally be vomiting.
Bought down my position here. Was at over 75% loss. Now its about 45%. Thinking about exiting with what I have left.
