What if Alan C isn't Alan C. and Alan Cameron is some real estate agent shlump who has no idea about what a PCBM is? Not likely, but in the absence of other info, a valid question. Has anyone ever called the firm and asked to talk with him? It makes no sense that a guy with a good track record in Real estate, in fact the only authorized agent in his entire state for federal property sales, etc., a mature 60 year old man with a family, would risk it all over some crazy penny stocks. By nature he would be investing his $300K+ in something he knows a lot about- real estate. The real Alan C, whoever he may be, is so far removed from Level 1 and level 2 of this scam that this defies comprehension.
Geo.
Well Rick,
Turino put his house in his wife's name to protect it last year and Hall took out a second and a third mortgage on his place so there are no assets to be aquired. V LoC we know, put his assets in a trust, so all the boys are totally protected. They are suit-proof. Only criminal action will cause them harm. NO, I don't think tax certs are how da boyz make their money.
Geo.
"How come Alan gets inside info?"
Cause he's a crook. The fact that his revelations of obtaining insider info from Hall ocurred right to the very day means both could go to jail. That was, by definition, insider information. Alas, only if someone pursues it. No one cares about a stock at .000X. I read this symbol change as very bad for PCBMers as they will turn in their certs for the new ones now and discover no short. I do think that the exhiliration that the short will now be exposed will cause a good runup in the stock and the Alans will have fleeced the mullets one more time. Of course there will be no shortage of new certs and then will come the reverse split and it's over.
Rick,
In Florida it is 3 years. The interest rate is what you bid on with the low bidder winning. If you have a desireable piece of property like in no mortgage and good resaleability, you will have competition and will get a lower yield. Still usually 10% or more. If the taxes go unpaid for 3 years, the property becomes yours subject to outstanding debt. It is imperative that you do your homework first and know that there are no outstanding filed public liens ahead of you in excess of the value of the property. After you have bought the cert, the owner can not take any new loans on the property without paying you your money first.
Thanks, Panther
It was a good opportunity for me to bond with my youngest son (30) We had been pretty far apart. We both wept, and he told me how much he loved me. Not the stuff for a message board I guess, but a nice story anyhow. Yes my new daughter-in-law's brother will not be returning to his wife any time soon. NO kids involved.
Geo.
HI Rick,
Good for you. I dumped all but $250 worth of ATNG at just under .008. It's done. I did sell CLSI also, but will buy it back on a dip. Had a great time with my son's wedding in Vegas except for the after-effects. His new brother-in-law, who is from the west texas farm country (like in hillbilly) went down to play the slots at 2:00 AM. PIcked up a really pretty girl (read hooker) while his wife was sleeping. She saw a real mark in this bumpkin. She got his wallet, drained his bank accounts, bought a $2K necklace and we finally got the police involved and caught up with him in a flop house, blown away on drugs last night. His wife went back home before he was found. His Daddy grabbed him by the neck and escorted him back home to Austin on the red eye last night. Needless to say, he won't be going to his wife and home anytime soon.
Later,
Geo.
Huck,
I buy tax certs here in Fla., but I don't think I want to touch that one.
Geo.
Hi Randy,
Out of CLSI today at .026.
Geo.
Thanks, Randi,
Still in Vegas but keeping an eye on it here via my laptop. I put a sell order in at .025, no takers yet. Up about $1800 playing Blackjack here at the Rio, but will try to give some of it back before we head out on the red-eye tonight.
Geo.
Rick,
An excellent piece. I do detect a personal, subtle link there. I have some friends that have similar social Issues. Good to know that Genetics was responsible for making them er Republicans.
In Vegas this morning for a few days at the Rio. Now I remember why I enjoyed my time in Tucson. Pretty out here in the dessert.
Geo.
"Either he or the company has crossed the line with the insider info imo. His hype is becoming a bit shrill."
That is true, the question begs to be answered "is it desperation/panic or an orchestrated effort to deceive?"
Panther,
Good for you. I believe he has stepped over the line and I hope to read his name in the newspapers shortly. I am firmly convinced he is not what he appears to be on the surface.
No No, all wrong. RB stands for Retards gone Bankrupt. Actually, most of the longs were never into religion until they found PCBM. Now they finally understand the meaning of Hell (at least financially speaking).
Geo.
I couldn't help myself. I put this on RB (post 1097305) this morning. Alan's touting may actually be bordering on potential liability for him, as he is touting that he has spoken with management and seems to be conveying inside info. Stupidity or desperation? Just my own personal opinion as always, of course.
I see our PCBM is very active today. 700,000 shares traded. Even at .0003 we are talking a big $210. That's still $209.99 more than it's worth. I guess the "true longs" are still holding on for dollars/share. Shorty must be sweating, now that they've got him where they want him. No shares are being made available for poor shorty to cover his positions. Bummers! Wonder when the panic covering will begin and the share prices will start to skyrocket? I want to get in on this money maker but want to time it to when the short cover begins in earnest.
Geo.
Why tell Bush? He wouldn't understand. It is his friends that have put this country under financial seige.
Headed off to Palm Beach now for the Barrett Classic Car auction this weekend. Will be out of touch. Y'all have a good'un, ya hear.
Geo.
You are not missing the point at all. No one is that stupid. I do believe there is a scam within the scam. Perhaps it's just to dupe newbies into taking their worthless shares off their hands at a profit, or they are indeed employees of shadow investors who need to keep this alive for one or more pumps. At the moment, the volume and dollar amount of the trades loudly sing "it's over" but who the hell knows?
Bed time for an old man on the east coast. Nighty night.
Geo.
Randy,
At some point you have to realize Alan Has Wendela-itis. Wendy has picked, what, 26 consecutive no bid, reverse-merger stocks. No one can be that unlucky- and for that matter, neither can Alan C. Tell me you would lose $200K- $400K and keep right on playing the same kind of stocks. C'mon now. Gimme a break!!
Geo.
"A fitting name for all the sheep"
Nah, just a shear coincidence.
Randy,
On the golf thingy, you were just smarter than I by bailing out sooner. We could have used the Alan C method of financial success and averaged down and down and down. Mortgaged the house and the furniture and bought even more. Soon we would be a long and strong shareholder base. No, thanks!
As for EDGR, it charts just terrible. Anything from bearish to very Bearish. http://www.stockta.com/cgi-bin/analysis.pl?symb=EDGR&num1=10&cobrand=&mode=stock
Of course one falicy in charting is the charts don't know news that will effect the future performance. Charts only tell you the past and attempt to predict the future according to previous marketplace reactions to similar situations. Ugh to early in the morning for philosophy.
Later,
geo.
Rick,
NO I didn't dump ATNG yet. I'm only down $70 on my 100K shares. There's bound to be another meaningless PR soon (I hope).
Geo.
Randy you ae .005 smarter than me. I just dumped my WGFL at .03. Dropped $300 on that one, but not all can be winners.
Geo.
Oh you want emerald anhydrous H2O? No problem, only a 15% premium. Just add 2 drops of green food coloring when you activate each liter of your shipment
Yes that anhydrous water stuff you are making is great. You can sign a sbcontract with me, pay me in restricted shares and I will supply leak-proof containers- guaranteed. You can store 1 million of my containers in a thimble with a thimble-full of room left over.
Geo.
Sounds good to me, Jeff. Ship me 10,000 gallons. Bet you could put in in a thimble.
Hi Randy,
Still holding long and strong, LOL. No- more like still holding stupid. I will give it one more day or so. My ATNG is going nowhere and my CLSI swings in large increments with a 20% B/A spread. Kind of got other things going on right now so am sticking my head in the sand for the rest of the week with these three losers. One promise I will make is I won't be holding any of those 3 past Friday.
Geo.
Boy, I want some of those diamonds too. I hear diamonds could be worth some real money- more even than a used car lot. Best part of all is you could have a share in the mine for only .0001 per share. Mighty cheap if you ask me.
Unfortunately you would have to share your diamonds with a lot of other people who like diamonds. Ya think Alan C. has thrown another $300K at CMKX? I mean, how can yoou lose? That would be over 1/2 million big ones at two sub-penny stocks? Nah, no one is that stupid. It's all part of the con. Got to be.
Geo.
Poor Josie is suffering from fantasy withdrawl, also known as reality.
Ol' Vincenzo has left and taken a portion of her money with him. Taking his car lot back was meaningless, since it had very little value- especially when you divide it by 25 billion. It was never a real asset for PCBM anyhow. It was always mortgaged way beyond it's real worth and they never made the mortgage payments. To bad she doesn't understand that the rest of the management (H&T) took the bulk of her money. Blaming it on those evil shortsellers just ain't gonna do it.
I see that, baring a final pump, PCBM is history. Volume has now remained near zero (percentage wise) and no-bid is around the corner if not already there. I don't bother to post there any more. No point all that are left are the pumpers trying to pump up each other. Maybe a few fools still left to sucker, but not many. I bet that when you take out the multiple aliai there aren't 20 people left posting. No one left there you can have a reasonabe discussion with.
Geo.
Derf,
Interesting thought. Wouldn't it be funny if Alan wasn't even a realtor no less an investor. One can assume that Knight makes always money on the B/A spread. That is not relevant if there is no volume. They need volume. The "bashers" occur naturally, people like us trying to inject reality. Since PCBM and CMKM can't really go lower, they need pumpers to try to push the price up so that there can be high trading volume.
I think in may ways we are slowly finding out the same things that the zoo board regulars are finding out. There is no level playing field. There are crooks in the market from the big CEOs, down through the NYSE, SEC, the MMs, etc. etc. Every one of these entities has been skimming money from John Q. Investor. At least we know the rules and the risks. You can't bet against these guys. You have no control. All you can do is try to figure out which way they are pushing a stock and go along for the ride. In above the bottom, out before the top. I try to do that, but I miss a lot too.
Geo.
You mean he won't have to pay back $billions like the evil shorters will to Alan C and the other PCBM true longs? Bummers, they may not be getting rich after all. What a shock!
Geo.
.......And that was for truly insider criminal short trading. Far worse than Martha- Alas Elgindy, must be a Republican.
Seriously, it tells you what the SEC would really do to those evil naked short sellers of PCBM land. Exactly zero!
Geo.
Hey Rick,
I'm starting to make money on my ATNG again. In at .0083, closed at .0088. My CLSI and WGFL are pretty dead right now.
Have they poured the sidewalks for TG yet?
Good question. The link I provided earlier of the meeting with the city council said that they had done most of the improvements and the city would accept a bond. I think that was 2001, so I don't know. I would drive down there but it's a pain to get to for me, even if we go down to Tampa to eat. I will put it on my list of things to do next time I have time to kill going down to a Devil Rays game in St. Pete or whatever. Which brings me to a question. If I take a picture, say a .jpg, can I easily put it out here on ihub for all to see? I was going to stop in at the PCBM office 3 weeks ago and take a picture of the H&H facility to share, but wasn't sure if I could pass it on easily without individual emails.
Geo.
I see PCBM did finish the day's trading with a total of 1 1/2 palm trees traded.
They already have a good impression of him from what I've read
Hey Derf,
You didn't tell me you were Linda's next door neighbor. You were the guy peeking in through the windows. C'mon admit it now.
$50 billion is a lot of diamonds
I see PCBM has traded 1 1/2 palm trees so far today. LOL
Geo.
Our lawns lay back in the winter. That's when we play golf here. When it's a nice cool 75 degrees and low humidity
OMG- Derf's got Kudzu. Can be made into wine, I hear. Grew 3'/day in the hot weather when I lived in Georgia.
geo.
A nice palm tree, say 15' would be only 10 million shares. You could sod 10,000 sq. ft. for only -let's see, Floratam is $120 a pallet, installed, and there are 400' to a pallet so 60 million shares would get you a nice front lawn. But then there's shrubs, more palms, azaleas, sprinkler system- yeah 200 million shares should give you a fairly nice front yard. Don't forget the required 6" trunk native oaks too.
