Devo: I have no problem admitting that I am wrong about something,I seek only the truth and if I find out that I was intentionally misinformed then believe me I will join your chorus and not only call Judy what you have so tenderly stated but I will also include Walter's name in our little song. It just isn't gonna happen though my arrogant little friend.

mtorian,prince,and all: I do not disagree with you at all there are times I wish more informational PR's were released even if they are purchased with stock. I am not the one denying that this took place,Walter has denied it repeatedly to me and others and I do believe him. At issue here is (1) the damage to the image of NSDM by association with an organization that has been accused and I think convicted of improprieties by illegal stock manipulation (2)The constant accusations of some toward a member of the staff in a credible and responsible posistion of the company we have invested in and many more are considering investing in (3) I find it interesting and revealing that Devo will not call Walter and ask the direct question I suggested he ask instead he has challanged all of us to call what I think is a convicted stock manipulator to confirm something we all can get from the CEO of the co. our money is on(4) I get real indignant with people who claim something as serious as calling someone a liar,providing no proof at all and then when called on it suddenly starts crayfishing by saying "it was my opinion". So am I trying to one up anyone here? No I just want to make sure everyone sees the problems with someone maligning a member of the team we are putting our faith in. I have no problem with trust but verify, I have a problem with disinformation that could affect the value of my investment as well as many others which if it is possible that Devo is intelligent enough is in my opinion intentional,as well as criminal.

This is interesting Devo, because the last time you and I had this friendly little conversation Walter and Judy asked me to let them know who these people are. So I went to RB and asked Due D to help me find the SEC case that was filed against CRG which he reposted for me. I then contacted NSDM and told them what the post # was where they could get the info they asked for. I am not going to call the PR people I don't need to again I am satisfied with the answer Walter gave me. Oh and by the way I'm not shrewd enough to trick info out of anyone so I just asked him the direct question, I still think you should also.

Devo: Maybe I was wrong, you are as misquided as you portray. I tried to give you the beneifit of the doubt but I was wrong you are lost. Every repeat every PR states that the shares were given by a third party and as far as your getting it staight from Walter, you by your own admission admitted on a previous post that you do not ask Walter direct questions. You act as though you had to trick info out of Walter. I will stand by my statements and my suggestion that you call Walter and ask a direct question then maybe you won't be so confused by his answers. Oh yeah I am not concerned on how I make you feel I am concerned about the character and reputation of a company I have put money on as well as many others have here.

Devo: I do not beleive you are as misquided as you are portraying yourself. I am not going to bother trying to understand your motives. Judy is an employee of NSDM which means she works for Walter. That means ANY purchases or PR'S were done with Walters approval and guidance. If as you say Judy did these things without Walter's knowledge then you know that does not bode well for Walters leadership, and none of us should be here. You know better than this as does the rest of the board. You have chosen to ignore this minor detail to continue your relentless attacks on Judy, again I will not accuse you of your motives but will point out how transparent you have become on this issue. I have done my research and am satisfied with what Walter has told me concerning this issue, that you continue to assert to the contrary. I do not understand libel law enough to warn you that you are probably way over the line about Judy but if I were her I would be finding out from my attorney just how much more of this I need to take before nailing your *ss to a tree. I have always confronted you on this matter and will continue, until you pick up the phone and ask Walter the question that I suggested you ask. In the mean time I will restate for the sake of the rest of the board and the read onlys, Walter in the early part of November and as late as a week or so ago has emphatically denied any sale or stock trade for anything let alone PR's, to me in our phone conversations. Dan, Deann, or Matt please do not remove any of Devo's accusations as Judy may need them. Devo I would suggest you consider whatever it is you are up to should not include the assasination of someones character to obtain your goals.

Wikki: The Ukraine drill program is over for the season. There are many more anomalies that that will be prospected in the future. I would quess the immediate plans for the Ukraine program (this spring) will be based on the still pending lab results or the wrap up of the data from the Ukraine sites. We, as you know have found diamonds, and I think the decisions are being made as how best to proceed. I hope with these pending results that the mini-bulk will be initiated, that would indicate positive results from the prior testing.

You could not have talked to Walter about the PR's because if you had then he would have told you the same thing he told me(with Judy on the other line) that it just did not happen. A2Gems: I would also like to see Walter come up with a distinctive laser logo for our sold diamonds I would think this would be important for company recognition. What are your thoughts? If you agree maybe it could be something the board could help in suggesting possibilities. A contest type thing maybe?

A2Gems: Is their a third party registry and if there is is it something you would suggest or not. I know in rare coins you can buy "slabbed" coins (third party authenticated and graded), I was wondering if this could apply or add to the attractivness for on-line?

Sorta: If there is any common ground between you and I it is I like you would like all the answers right now! It isn't gonna happen though. Here I think is where people are getting aggravated with your posts. You state "Maybe it is true" Then go on and post a very negative scenario as if I had not thought of the negative posssibilities as a mindless robot. I had considered the plausibles and the " It would seem that Walter sold into that news etc..." then I picked up the phone and called Walter to hear otherwise from him and Judy. Now can they be lying? Possibly but very doubtful based on thier forthrightness and consistency. In my case it is good enough for me for now, I implore you to do the same to hear how the exploration is being done by private placements and not by the sale of stock. Yes I understand even hearing it from Walter to you may not be good enough for you but sooner or later you have to start believing something from the very person you have placed your money on. If you don't or can't then you are going to have to have more patience then all of us optimists combined, because you will never relax and let things happen in their due course and you will continue to insult people with a common interest and goal in this thing with you.
As far as the Ukraine I bought into this based on the "spectacular opportunities in the Ukraine" also but unlike you based on your tone I have not lost any interest or begun to have doubts in this part of the play at all. I don't believe the focus has shifted any more than is needed to take care of some business matters (the audit,upcoming AGM, and the ultimate financial reporting),and the oppurtunity to do some last minute prospecting in relitivly speaking our own backyard.
When the season starts again I'm sure the aggressivness will start anew. It's winter time man and it is tough to get quality work out of anyone when they are cold, as a matter of fact I have proven it to myself many times over trying to make money in the winter time working outside. You end up making your people miserable of which you still have to pay them for while getting about 1/3 the production you NEED to break even.
As for Dan being satisfied again if there is something I doubt or don't understand then I call. Understand though I have been told by Walter in some things that I have asked,that they are not ready to release that info in some cases, so again there are things that you are going to have to wait on.
As many have said in many ways "nothing is for sure in life except someday we will all be dead and in the mean time we have to pay taxes". So in all due respect please stop acting like we are not thinking of some of the pitfalls and not settling them within ourselves to continue our stake in this play. We are all in this together still and in spite of our differances that's what makes it interesting .

end2war: I going to go out on a limb here(I'm cooking again) why does Shaun have to working for NSDM why can't he be working with NSDM? In other words we just heard about Shadera's override deal, why couldn't NSDM hold a major stake in Shaun's new organization. This makes sense, Shaun probably presented the properties to Walter (NSDM) in return for financing to go secure more properties that he is aware of with an override/major stake to NSDM. This fits with him being on site as well as Shadera's assertions that Shaun is now doing his own organization.

Hockey: I was "rockin" along pretty well with todays discourse until you said "when we talk about ultramafic/mafic rocks we are really talking about ophiolites-...." Aren't ophiolites just one example of how ultramafic rocks appear in the upper crust? For example a pipe event has nothing to do with ophiolites. I am sorry to take exception however I do because if ophiolites are the exclusive example of how ultra's appear then I misunderstood the whole rock cycle. I understand MORB as well as the MOHO boundary. The rock below the MOHO is mostly peridotite which leads me to assume the ultra's are widespread underlying the crust. When you say percentage of ultra's are you investigating the % in the crust or overall % underlying the crust? It was my understanding that peridotite is the initial rock before the differentition process takes place. Please help me out if I am mistaken in my understanding

Yes Shadera I have some of my most profound ideas during the mundane. It gets real interesting when driving and I drift away!Ha Ha When you say "probably not kimberlite" I don't think that rules out diamonds. However I would rather have a good platinum source than a modest diamond mine any day.

Prince I considered that possibility, and that may be all that this is about, however I filed that great news possibility in the grin column. For 2 reasons,1st this is news that has been alluded to by Walter in the CEOcast. So it would not fall in the "you are not going to believe what I know" tease. 2nd when you connect the Shaun activities to the "biggest smile in the whole world" column then I think you have to consider an ultimate goal may now be within reach.

Now if I was invested uniquely in one company and then (probably) hired by that company, and that companies ultimate purpose was to find mineable diamonds. What would make you have the biggest smile in the world? Unless we have to wait until Dan is laughing hysterically till his ass falls off then I think we may have diamonds located on two continents. I thought about this while frying my bacon and eggs this morning after reading Shadera's posts. Who is doing all the staking in SE Manitoba, besides Walter? Shaun is,who also of anyone would have the inside on this area concerning NSDM's testing.
My QUESS is NSDM has located diamonds in Canada and a slew of them at that. Now unless Dan is easily amused I do not know what else it could be. This is my prediction only.

In may of 2002 I went off a roof I was framing and broke my back. It was an ordeal to say the least, however I am happy to report it is like it never happened except for stiffness at the end of the day.I have not tested it at full go on a framing crew as yet although I am building my own home att. I can rest and work at a pace that suits me. I am very fortunate and thankful to our Lord for my recovery, I will pray the same for you.
