Sorry Doone. It's not teaser info. Just what I found. Did you have a specific question?
I initially tried to get a hold of Wayne, but the phone always went to voicemail. So I did a little more digging and got the contact name and number for the guy who is actually working in the field on the wells. He didn't know anything about the stock price, and honestly wouldn't be authorized to comment on it, but talked to me for about 30 minutes about the wells he is working on. I could hear guys working in the background and my contact said they are working their butts off to get all the wells up and running as fast as possible. (In Kentucky --> oil not Nat gas wells)
I asked him if they were selling any of the crude oil that they were pulling out of the ground yet and he basically said they would sell it when they have enough for someone to want to buy it on a regular basis.
I joked with him about how at least he has a solid pay check, to see if they were stringing him along on getting paid, and he made it sound like he was very happy and not worried about the future of the company.
Hey MasterTrader, I feel your frustration. I can't tell you what to do with your money, but personally I'm in this for the long haul. It's only a matter of time until this pops.
PM me your contact info and I will email what I found. I don't have the ability to PM on iHub
Wow! I just spoke with a guy from UNGS. Very positive discussion. They are busting their butts to get wells online. 12 of the 24 new wells are running right now and they are working as hard as they can to get the other 12 online. Apparently they have to run the wells for about 30 days to see what kind of production they can get out of them.
For the most part, no frac has been done yet because they don't want to mess up wells that are already producing. The president Wanye was just down in Kentucky at the wells but is heading back to Florida now.
I'm excited about this baby. These few days of losses don't bug me one bit now.
If you have specific Questions don't hesitate to message me.
Does anyone know how we can get a current share structure count? Who is the Transfer Agent for UNGS? Wouldn't they be able to tell us if more shares are being "printed"?
Very True Paulenater. This has clearly hit nice support levels and is starting a solid up trend. Chartists can clearly see the shift established.
HI Guys. Just to chime in, I totally agree with both of you. I am holding a few million shares strong and NOT selling anywhere close to where we are at now.
There is just way too much positive commodity pressure on BOTH crude and NAT GAS for this thing not to explode in a massive way.
Did you here the GM PR today about how they are going to start manufacturing NAT GAS trucks? For also is talking about an F-250 that will run on NAT GAS. Westport Innovations is manufacturing Semi-Truck engines that run on Nat Gas.
UNGS is perfectly situated to take advantage of either fuel. And I like that.
84 million shares traded today and we still just crept down. Some of you guys must be seriously loading up on the bid.
LOL I totally agree with you Hawkeye. Lac's dilution theory is way off base. Stock buy backs and dilution do not coexist. Why would a company buy back shares only to turn around and issue more share that dilute the price they paid to buy back shares?
Just doesn't make sense.
FACT: UNGS is producing Natural Gas and is beginning to expand into crude oil.
FACT: Crude Oil is over $100 a barrel
FACT: Natural Gas is at an all time low, but went up almost 1% today.
When I invest, I invest in FACTS.
I FINALLY got some .001's after waiting for days to grab them. Thanks to whoever was kind enough to give those up. Now I feel comfortable going in to the coming weeks.
Wow I didn't correlate that in looking at the charts but you are right. And I am perfectly ok with LTUM shooting up to .25 in the coming weeks. That would make me a VERY happy camper.
But IMHO I see LTUM having a long term valuation in the dollar or multi dollar range. 2012 looks like it will be a very positive year for the team. All their ducks are in a row and there have been virtually NO setbacks.
I love how conservative they are in their PR and how well they are able to assess the land leases they have. It shows that the company really did their homework.
That order should have been a buy back, not dilution. UNGS has already approved a $400K stock buy back to reduce the float, so it doesn't make any sense that they would be diluting. Their goal is to reduce the number of outstanding shares over the next year. Check out their previous PR posts.
I tried to buy in when the price dipped but nobody would give up shares under .14. I already own about 20,000 shares and would have loved to get more.
As far as penny stocks go, I have been VERY happy with LTUM. They really have their sh$%@ together for a small company and are great at keeping investors informed. It's refreshing.
Somebody just dumped $20K worth of stock today. Very odd, all signs point towards major growth. I am thinking of grabbing some more LTUM if I can get in at this discounted price.
Where did UNGS end the day at? Fidelity on shows ticker through 2:54pm today.
Has anyone tried calling them to get an update? They usually answer the phone. Their employees can't discuss specifics but they are pretty straight forward about what it going on.
Remember, UNGS isn't a typical fly by night penny stock. It's actually a company with assets and equipment and land.
Pump and dump??? I don't think so. It's just a small company trying to strike black gold where others took off.
OMG!!! This stock is priced 10 times below the company's actual book value. Company filings estimate the book value of the company at approximately $3.1 million, yet with the current number of issued shares standing at around 275 million and a stock price of .0014 the market value is only $315,000.
I'm not a pump and dumper, but this stock is SERIOUSLY undervalued.
Plus they actually approved a stock buy back for up to $400,000 worth of stock in the next year or so. AAANNNNNDDDD they are shifting their resources to focus more on crude oil production than NAT GAS to capitalize on the huge disparity between the two commodity prices.
Watch this baby. It's bound to fly!
I just bought more too. It's fun to buy cheapies and make money off scared investors.
stervc GREAT D/D work on your last post. That breaks it down pretty well. Even on a conservative P/E ratio this stock should be in the .015 range on the very lowest end.
Being late on an anticipation is never the end of the world. The fact of the matter is that US demand for energy will NEVER cease and companies who sell crude and natural gas will ALWAYS have a market to sell their goods.
With increasing technology for extracting PROVEN stores from the Marcellus Shale formation, it is only a matter of time before REVENUE PRODUCTION begins and this little charmer flies through the roof.
looks like bid support is building nicely. Could be a great turn around day.
Did my research on GRNE and this company is seriously ligit!!! They are continually increasing profits and unlike many penny stocks isn't floating in millions of dollars of debt.
I see this baby hitting multi pennies by summer if not sooner.
Aveda is a huge name and luxury goods and services have been soaring despite the recession.
I'm all in on this one!!!
do you have a current L2 screen shot that you can post
Hey Slugo1 - which charts are you watching? Im on Fidelity which doesn't show the bid stack or asking volumes.
I am trying to slap the ASK and nobody is giving up their shares for me. Had to kick my ask price up twice to try and get in on this.
I think I am going to get in on DKGR now. My gut feeling is that this is going to explode big time. Just like GDSM has been doing the past two months. I love this chart. Very stable and great up trend.
ANy thoughts?
AHHHHHH I want to buy but nobody is selling. SHares are so tight that this baby is going over a penny for sure. I am sitting here wishing I already bought.
I have some new cash to pop in on this baby, but haven't found my entry point yet. I know this will be at pennies before next week is over. Just look at the past month!!!
Actually Western Sierra Minings chart doesn't look half bad either. It has a lot of jumps but looks like it too is starting to trend upwards.
GDSM has turned in 500% growth in stock price now since January 1st!!!!!!!!!!
Washington. Huskies. The purple and gold right in the heart of seattle
I love Seattle even in the winter. Graduated UW business school in 2002. Go DAWGS!!!!!
.0037s are gone!!! I tried to buy in there and only got a partial fill.
Hey grawsha, commencing production is sort of inaccurate terminology for Lithium mining. Technically they have already commenced. But in mining, just digging a hole is not good enough. Lithium brines need to be extracted from the ground, sampled and then converted into usable product. Since LTUM has already begun digging, my guess is that it will be about two months until they have something they can sell on the market. If all goes well, LTUM could be actually producing decent quantities of Li by the second half of 2012 and making great money.
My call is that this is load time.
It amazes me how quiet this board is considering that JVA has so much movement. Great upswings if you can be patient through the volatility.
I see this hitting at least $12 by summer.
Newmont Mining is tanking right now. They are having serious acquisition and production issues. Might be a nice opportunity to buy them while they are down though. Who knows, they may be looking at GDSM as a buy out opp.
I called LTUM yesterday to get an update and the lady I spoke with informed me that news was coming out today...which it did. I actually like how LTUM doesn't post earth shattering forward looking announcements to pump the stock price up. This company remains conservative in their PR and has been making real progress on the ground. I like them and see them pulling Li from the ground within a year.
I Agree trunovice. I am a bagholder too. sitting on 3million shares that I bought at .0004. Oh well. It's chump change.
Fair enough. It's all rumor until I see black gold turned in to dollar signs and publicly posted in earnings reports anyway.
