I really doubt that any Swede will do some trading. It is very complicated to place an order direct. We have to phone in our order to our broker/bank.
I believe that the main part of the Swedes are long in SIAF.

I guess they are inclusive.

Registrations to JF from Swedish banks.

The 62 Swedes m.shares are from early December 2012.I guess that today we are about 65 m.shares. I do not have the exact figure.

The Swedish shares will be transfered to OMX/FN free of charge when listing. Plan March 2013. I believe that FN will take the lead regarding the price development due to >62 % of number of shares. The key problem: will there be furher delution during 2013? We are informed that JF will work to find other investers/funds.

The company Business Plan from May 2011 have the following figures for 2013:

Revenue 343,9 MUSD
Result 139,5 MUSD
Deluted shares 73 474 136 shares
Earning per shares (deluted) 1,90

Have not got an updated plan from the company. We know that number of shares probably will be about 90 mshares

I bought att 1,50 CAD and sold at 12,50 about 2½ years later. Jordanfund has "given" me 3 10-baggers. Hopefully SIAF will be number 4. Have a nice evening.
