Oilstrike, your posts are offensive and uncalled
for imo. Why attack someone who posts that they sold their position after not hearing from RPH? Thats what is boils down to. Certainly, we DO NOT know that RPH is culpable, but that does not excuse deleting txprincess' post or your offensive follow-ups.
Bud&Princess may be better moderators
tho than the last paltalk mods. You know, RPH at this point deserves to be addressed with respect; we DON'T KNOW yet where this stands. In the last paltalk, JJ challenged RPH when RPH wanted to know someone's real name. Instead of simply saying that Paltalk rules don't permit this, JJ was rude and read RPH a statement to the effect that he should not have come on this forum, blah blah blah. If I was RPH I would have been offended. Of course, by this point JJ had sold his stock and evidently did not care -
About paltalk
gotta go to paltalk.com and download the paltalk messenger. Also set up an online ID. Upon login select "chat rooms". All of the previous CSHD chats have been in "traders corner live"
If Bud&Princess are scheduling a paltalk
its probably worthwhile imo
michael2300spare us your foolish forecasts eom
No one is afraid except you, power-forward eom

website url or email for your firm please?
Bashers gonna try to get a panic sell started
probably by tomorrow if there is no news - which is why we need regular updates
rookiecrd1
actually, a number of companies provide regular updates on their websites at monthly intervals. Here, there is enough happening that weekly updates would be very helpful and reassuring. The alternative to not having regular updates is continued uncertainty about the timing of the 10K etc. By the way, your posts are very good -

BlueSky, I bet if we asked politely
we could get RPH to issue a weekly update PR. I think that's the ticket -
How about asking RPH for a weekly update?
Yeah, maybe instead of this off the cuff stuff we ask RPH to issue a WEEKLY PR OR UPDATE that advises everyone what is going on. Comments?
BlueSky, your memo looks good to me
I would send it and see what happens. RPH seems to want to stay in touch with LT shareholders.
BlueSky -
and you noticed that last week RPH got on this board and asked JJ to set up a Paltalk. I suggest we designate someone as the liaison and then REQUEST CSHD to maintain a line of communication with him/her. In our request, I would simply say that our intent is to cut down on the number of calls doing to Kennesaw AND improve communication with shareholders.
BlueSky, I have a suggestion
that may help bigtime. Why don't we designate someone to be the contact between this board and CSHD? That is, someone who can call Kennesaw and get updates.
BlueSky, you here now? eom
My guess is we'll have an answer on the 10K
by this time tomorrow. Too many people waiting and invested in this one to go without 10K/reset news. The lines will be humming in Kennesaw tomorrow -
lesnshawn - good job today
replying to "our-street". The guy is a malevolent, no-gooder who is jealous of RPH and is going to post 24x7 until the complaint(s)are served on his doorstep. Its personal with him and RPH so we can expect more of the same until the 10K/reset.
Investor challenge to "our-street"
investors who lost money after selling due to your so-called "due-diligence" website should have the opportunity to sue you. I challenge you right now to publish your true mailing address on this site so that those investors can serve you with legal process. Your address needs to be verifiable, not bogus.
Guess we need another lawsuit v. "our-street"
we already know CSHD will sue Timothy Miles. Now we need a lawsuit by the investors who sold and lost money based on his bogus "due-diligence" website. It wouldn't be quite so bad if "street" had the guts to take responsibility for his bogus information, but of course he claims that he doesn't provide investment advice, is not responsible if his info is wrong, blah blah blah blah blah
This company has hung in there!!!!
since the '03 delisting and dearth of contracts in recent years. May be poised for something of a comeback!!
Our-street has zero credibility
not only because of his admitted shady past but because he has continually posted information that we know to be false. We don't have to "disprove" it or "challenge" it because it is patently false. The most obvious case is "street's" assertion that RPH cannot re-set the pps to $15 following the release of the 10K. We all know this to be false, as the Company and market makers CAN and often DO reset the pps following reverse mergers. It is obvious to everyone who has followed this board over the past couple weeks that "street", having been put on notice of a lawsuit by RPH, is now obsessed with CSHD - evidenced by the 24x7 posting. Our-street is neither pro-investor or pro-company, he is just a jealous individual who seeks to denigrate and destroy those whose
achievements he cannot match under the guise of "due diligence".
OT:Better(free) anti-virus
save yourself the $69.95. Go to grisoft.com and download the FREE version of avg anti-virus. The virus database maintenance downloads are also FREE.
lets hope street sees the light
stops continuously posting here and goes on to do something productive with his life other than defaming CEOs and bashing stocks. I do think he's likely to get sued by CSHD based on his "our-street" webpage and the subsequent losses by some investors. I think RPH said he had gotten emails from several hundred people.
street is just a sick, dumb puppy
just ignore his posts. He's sick because of his obsession with RPH as evidenced by his 24x7 posting and references to himself as a pastor. He's jealous because RPH is pulling off something that Timothy Miles never accomplished. He's dumb because, even ignoring his past for a minute, he's learned nothing from it.
michael2300, too risky to SELL imo
for two reasons: 1.) selling now may have created a short position that you might have to cover with more expensive shares and 2.) you probably sold a day or two before the halt, 10K and $15 pps. I would discuss the matter with your broker asap.
The best part of the Paltalk interview
were the hundreds of preliminary posts - hilarious. It was all downhill from there - maybe Rufus and Ben got a kick out of it

“We are an asset holding company, the bond was brought in the company, as an investment, to arrange a hypothecation to support a venture…”
This is the most significant statement I have heard from anyone regarding CSHD.
CSHD did not purchase this bond.
An investor provided this bond to CSHD in exchange for what is most likely a variety of considerations:
1. Income: they probably are getting back some of the annual earnings.
2. Stock: they clearly will own a significant amount of stock in CSHD going forward.
3. Future considerations: the opportunity to be an early investor in one or more opportunities provided by CSHD.
The result of this is that CSHD gets to add the bond to the balance sheet and gets to hypothecate (borrow) against it to invest in JV's. They probably will have (afer interest expense) at least $30M of investment $ annually just from this bond. Rufus has already hinted that there are other, larger assets being entered into CSHD in a similar manner; this could give CSHD well over $100M annually for investment and make this a very large equity fund.
Equity funds (most are private, CSHD is public) use leverage to generate enormous returns for their investors. CSHD is going to 'leverage the crap' out of their balance sheet assets (just as private equity funds do all the time) to provide incredible returns to investors.
There are thousands of outstanding private companies in the US that are looking for exit and expansion scenarios. Equity funds either do leveraged buyouts or make investments (using some equity and lots of borrowed money) to satisfy this need.
Let's just look at one CSHD JV: AISS. Why would Georgia Aerospace get involved with CSHD? Because they have financing and liquidity, that's why. The liquidity is more important, most likely, than the financing-public companies trade at 10-20X earnings while private companies are only valued at 3-5X earnings.
Most retail investors never have an opportunity to invest in private equity funds; we don't have enough capital or the contacts to make this happen. But large investors (such as pension funds) put tons of money into equity funds and reap significant rewards annually. CSHD enables at least some of us to participate.
The problem for many of you is that you are traders, not investors. If you were fortunate enough to get in really early, do yourselves a favor and sell most of your shares so you can get back to trading. But also hold on to a little of this because it might make you really well off in a few years.
semiguy99: great post eom
TFN: I'll bet the $15 is confirmed
by someone who talks to RPH or BS shortly. Its very clear that RPH is not a man to take back statements that he has made, his integrity is at stake and he knows it imo
hunter55 RPH gave us the opportunity
to find out what we needed to know by coming on Paltalk but the questioners blew it. About 6 carefully worded questions would have done it but they blew the opportunity. Now we just have to wait - imo the "controversy" and "bashing" will backfire as I think RPH will be hell-bent on proving himself right
hunter55 there is no 3 month wait
I heard NO mention of a delay. The response was that the 10K would be issued as soon as it is ready, and several people have been told that it is very close -
txprincess, agree completely
RPH must think he has a bunch of bozos for shareholders after tonight. Fact is, about 6 properly worded questions about the bond, pps re-set, 10-K, sub funding, etc would have answered just about everything we need to know at this point. The questioning was not well done. Its like, if you ask crap questions you are bound to get crap answers and thats what happened.
Janeverite
to reply: the question about the opening $15 pps was asked along with a related question about how they were going to support the $15 pps. They did reply that the pps would be reset AND supported with info in the 10K; however, I do not recall hearing RPH mentioning $15 specifically. Perhaps he did and I did not hear it or perhaps he meant to. The questioning in Paltalk could have been much better and the mods were a little antagonistic towards RPH and BS which did not help. The general thrust of the whole interview was that CSHD is going forward just as previously planned, 10K will be out as soon as the auditors finish and there will be a halt and pps reset. Hope this helps -
What was said about the $15 opening pps?
could not hear the Paltalk comments well enough to understand the answer -
What PRECISELY was said about the $15 reset? eom
Thanks again bud keep it up eom
Sovereignty42
and why is that? (the bond I mean)
TFN:The era of corp. fraud is over
you seem to be living in the past. There are'nt going to be any more Worldcoms, Enrons and Adelphias. Make no mistake, if a company like CSHD has make these announcements just to get PR, or if it does not follow thru with a 10K/pps reset, there WILL be a class-action lawsuit. Just like if you defamed or screwed with me, pal, you would be in court before you knew it - a lot of people like to blow smoke in other's faces and then bitch when they get called for it
Its either 10K/reset or class-action lawsuit
this is the real world, and there is real money at stake. I won't be the one dialing up the lawyers, but others will -
