Scottrade and Bork. I live in Kansas City. Scottrade is my source to trade BORK shares. I have made 128 BORK Trades using Scottrade. I have bought under a dollar, and everything north. I asked my Branch Manager to call Saint Louis and see if there were any issues. I sat across from Tony as he made the call. Scottrade has NO ISSUES WITH BORK TRADES. NONE. If you are having a problem with a local branch, call Scottrade in Saint Louis and report them. Your local broker will probably be terminated, or at least refocased on his duty by law as a broker/dealer.

I am very concerned with BORK. Here is my position and or questions. Bork has what 20-40-80+ million outstanding shares? Let’s say there are 20 million. At $3.00 per share where is the value? The company appears it cannot raise even small amounts of money for various small fees. Where is the money?

Why does the company BORK need to form another company BORK Alloys? 5 million dollars? If this is such a HOT deal why is the offering still open? I called and spoke to BORK personnel two times. Both times the person I need to talk with has not returned my call, I WAS trying to invest. Now, I am running scared. Was the message even passed along? The first call was made long before John11 listed the opportunity. Hum?

BORK has a caveat exemptor attached to it. This is an "SEC" skull and crossbones. When was the last time earnings were released? Buyer beware. I believe it is so bad, it cannot be fixed. If it can the data will be so bad the stock will crash. It is also my belief BORK has outstanding debt it is not paying. I believe BORK cannot function as BORK. I have doubts BORK ALLOY will be absorbing BORK.

Last of all is the patient. The formula is right on the internet. BORK is already changing the formula. Do you think any fortune 500 company with R&D are not in the process of manipulating the patient to form their own alloy that is superior? I think so.

Bork has been great to me, I have made substantial $$. And wish her well. I wish everyone well. But I am out. Doing business with the goverment is simple. You have to dot the I and cross the T.
