Carl, Haris, Kevin & Jeff have all gone into voluntary isolation until 2021.
They will update us in 2022 when they have the time.
The "company" cares about the safety and well being of themselves and their stock certificate printing business.
No money for 9+ months...no filings...almost as if they looted the "company" and the real shareholders?
Oh wait...they did.
10-K (annual report) is out!

I again inquired with "investor relations" about why the 10-Q's haven't been filed. Here is their response:

Once a lack of funding is resolved we will file the Quarterlies. Several customers owe us money and we are working with them to get payment.
Take it with a very large grain of salt.
Yep. They didn't like the hard questions & honest comments.
Only way to silence the truth to keep the sheeple buying & holding!
Gotta vote for Carl Kukkonen.
You asked a week or two ago if I filled my final 25,000 buy.
I did today. 25,000 @ avg of .515
In previous years, the 10-K is out by end of March. 4th quarter 10-Q will be out mid-May.
Well, they haven't filed their 10-Qs like they said.
Just following the normal path of lies.
Thank you!
Anybody have the link to the Jim Sims testimony in front of the Senate committee?
Landmark? Anyone? I just wanted to take a look again to reaffirm a few things I think he testified about the company which could help the permit process.
Thanks!
Nah.
I won't do your DD for you.
GLTA!
Thx for the info. I'll check it out tonight. If true, that's not good.
Look ok?
Definitely. I'll work on it this weekend.
Never knew you were a supplier for the Tibbar (rabbiT) project. I hope you got paid for whatever you supplied them. Guessing they ran it the same way Carl, Kevin, Jeff & Haris did to keep up their high profile lifestyle. Parties, fancy houses, cars, vacations, real estate, etc.
Great post.
Actually, soil temp shouldn't matter.
They are currently digging & building a new big office building in Lincoln for State Government offices. Soil temperature hasn't stopped them.
As for other major outstanding permits, in the conference call that question was brought up as well.
Mark said "NO".
According the goofy response I got from IR, they said they'll file the Q's in "a month or two".
February 22 will be two months from that email, so we'll know in about 2.5 weeks.
I'm not holding my breath.
Reading deeper in to the response, it is evident at this point to me, that the air permit qualifies as a "requisite permit" prior to financing and construction.
Mark said this was NOT the case in the conference call.
I believe it was just one word he said when addressing the "does financing require the air permit?" question.
It was "NO".
Unless of course...he was fibbing.
Oh look
Just need it to drop below .60 to pick up 25k to make my holdings an even 1,000,000.
I was talking to Chico, not you, who posted the following:

Air permit by months end! The shorts are getting nervous and spouting more B.S.! Standing firm with my shares.
Chico
But you said it was going to be issued by end of January according to your DD?
Where's the air permit, Chico?
You said it was going to be issued by today.
Whoops. This didn't age well.
Months end, and no air permit!
Considering only 55k of shares are short in the US, I doubt they are nervous at all.
Whoever their IR person is, they are fairly inept. But of course, they aren't really IR, they are just a figurehead who gets paid for doing nothing.
Oh he's still involved...don't you believe otherwise.
He's a "consultant".

Whoops...

From 2012 through 2014 (the “Relevant Period”), Enviso Capital and two of its principals, Bowers and LaBerge, materially overstated the value of two private funds advised by Enviso Capital in financial statements sent to fund investors. In one case, Enviso Capital overvalued the fund’s primary asset – private company Bluefin Renewable Energy, LLC (“Bluefin”), by failing to use reasonable assumptions regarding projected revenues. In the other, Enviso Capital failed to
properly value a loan despite the fact that it was probable that the full outstanding amount would never be collected. In addition, due to the problems with the Bluefin valuation and the failure to properly value a loan from one of the private funds to the other, the funds’ financial statements were not prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”), which resulted in Enviso Capital violating the custody rule. Moreover, Enviso Capital made
several misrepresentations regarding Bluefin’s progress toward developing a renewable energy project in management discussion and analyses (“MD&As”) sent to fund investors. LaBerge, a Principal of Enviso Capital, had a primary role in formulating the valuations and disclosures, which were then approved by Bowers,Enviso Capital’s Managing Principal. Enviso Capital also falsely disclaimed having custody of client assets in Form ADV filings that Bowers executed.
That sums it up.
Although I would change one thing...
They only fleece the sheeple.
Investors know to stay away from anything associated with Viaspace (Viasucks), Carl, Kevin & Haris. Sheeple don't. WIG's (Watch it Grow) LOVE to give their money to Dr. Cuckoonen, Dr. Shooweee weee weee weeeeeeeee & Harass!
8-K filed. Good news!
This is being posted to the www.midwestholding.com website. Contains a lot of great information and some hints about the future of the company. Great presentation.

I'm sure the numbers are bad (fake). They are just trying to make them sound LESS fake so 'watch it grow' can cheer.
Wouldn't surprise me if SEC was, but I haven't found anything on the SEC website (yet) indicating an investigation. I'll have to send my DD to the SEC again.
I prefer not to count my chickens before they hatch.
Post #58143 is pretty hilarious too.
I am *still* chuckling over that one.
Cheers!
Since no financials have been filed detailing how Viaspace ("owner" of Elite Therapeutics) I wonder how they are doing?
Answer: Probably not well! Six and a half months have gone by and they haven't filed their quarterly reports. That's a bad sign!!
Actually, everything having to do with VSPC is a bad sign!
Funny that you're questioning someone else's opinions toward NioCorp and/or the management of Niocorp.
I'm happy for you. *golf clap*
If it drops below .60 (US) i'll fill my order and be at an even 1,000,000 (one million) shares.
Thought so.
Thanks.
