Couldn't at the retail level until the reverse split.
Massive dilution on the way.
MCET demonstrated just how far you can go on lies and misinformation. OXIS has MCET genes.
Already have, a couple of times. No matter what I made bank big time. Obvious short. Oxis was full of shit, I see no reason to believe any of this. Massive dilution is part of the plan. Going way down from here.
Just my opinion.
Massive dilution is part of the plan and institutions will need more of a reason to purchase shares other than a pps of 5 bucks.
Just my opinion.
Yet, dropping like a rock. The real market recognizes true value.
MCET is not presenting at this conference, they are a previous presenter from 2002-2015.
Thanks for pointing out how useless these things can be.
Already covered my short at 15, easy money. Still have my short at 11 and will likely cover that soon too. I am not convinced they are doing anything they say they are doing, and the pps seems to indicate that I am correct.
The one thing I am pretty sure of is lots of dilution on the way, I don't think it has even started yet.
Comparing Oxis to Novartis is the funniest thing on the internet today....
No, the article I posted was from January 2016
Oxis seems to have eliminated their debt in 2016 as well.
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/oxis-eliminates-debt-in-restructuring-deal-will-move-forward-with-phase-1phase-2-clinical-trial-of-cancer-drug-300201985.html
Where do you see the no debt and $4 million in cash? What happened to all the debt that Oxis had?
Not taking long, 2 weeks since the r/s.
This article is very strange. It is in the HuffPo domain, but not anywhere on the regular site as regular "news". Fake promotion reaches a new high, or low. It says the author receives no compensation, but the company he is associated with, does.
Already covered my short at 18, thanks for the advice....
:)
short at 18 and short at 15, I love this R/S.
Just like MCET.
I am very happy with my short as well, good investment, can't miss. Massive dilution on the way.
He who laughs first usually has an agenda.
R/S price should be $30 a share.
Bwahahaha!!
Perfect short, massive dilution is in the cards.
Further along How? To What? Total evaporation? There is absolutely nothing here. I don't understand why it even trades. Nothing...
Waiting for a spike and will short some more. It's open season.
Massive dilution is a forgone conclusion.
Short, 18.00.
I've looked through the latest filing, albeit briefly. I can't seem to find anything about GT Biopharma and having $3 million in cash.
Could you please cut and paste the relevant passage.
This is all I could find.
"As of June 30, 2017, we had cash and cash equivalents of $39,000. This cash and cash equivalents is in part the result of the proceeds from borrowings in 2017. "
Maybe I am looking at the wrong filing?
I did think this was interesting.
On or immediately before February 15, 2017, MultiCell Immunotherapeutics filed an arbitration proceeding against the Company with the American Health Lawyers Association, Claim #3821. In its statement of claim, MultiCell is seeking $207,783 plus interest and costs of arbitration pursuant to alleged contract rights against the Company under a research agreement between the parties. The Company has entered its appearance and is preparing its answer to the statement of claim.
Anybody who got taken only has their own lack of due diligence to blame. It was and is very clear.
Really?? Bwahahaha!
Id wait for .oo1. MCET taught me no matter how much of a piece of junk a stock is there is an all time bottom. Grab some, wait for the pump and do not hold.
$210k traded so far today, they need at least $100 million. Going to take a long time to dilute this out for the next reverse split.
Ha ha, ok. I thought there were 500 million shares authorized? Please correct me if I am wrong. Mote than debt, 30% of shares for the purchase/merger? That gets them to zero, need at least $100 million for one clinical trial. Money to be made has already been made, from .001 to .01 Friday. Volume is pathetic, no interest, those shares going back to pennies soon, near as I can tell.
Anybody who believes the dilution "won't be too bad" is well advised to read the filings.
Not with the huge dilution coming down the pike.
For a day or two.
Uptick driven strictly on fluff and promotion. Would have been a great sell on Friday, if you could have bought at .001. Great short yesterday but TD wouldn't let me.
Oh well.
Institutions bailing out?
Please post the source of the information and the basis for your statement.
I have to say most amusing. One posts, the other follows it up. Completely incorrect, but funny to watch in action.
It's not MCET

Institutional ownership seems to remain solid, with a slight reduction to 49%. Data is as of June 30th, but it hasn't changed substantially over the past couple of years. These guys didn't sell at 30 bucks either.

Shorts are at least confident.
Weird, $39,000 in cash.
