I'm sick of the vague PR's. " we are doing stuff, with people." Yea duh.
Got some today!
Its not a pink.
The SEC is useless. There are something like 400 enforcement officers. They won't bother with OTC stocks.
Tuesday morning PR. Like I've said
What platform are people using to trade these days?
They also have liners in APC's that are meant to absorb penetration. If you look at look at the modifications on APC's that were done in Iraq they had what looks like fences wrapped around the outside. It would cause RPG's to explode before making contact with the skin. This prevented an RPG from directing it's charge directly on contact to the skin of the vehicle. It would cause the charge to spray instead of putting the copper core directly through the hull. They still lined the interior with a "flak jacket" to take shrapnel. This is another product line. Because spider silk could be a lighter and more resistant to full penetration. This is important because the interior volume is not large. The guys in an APC aren't sitting in lounge chairs. They are crammed in. Every couple inches of diameter is another piece of equipment that can be carried by 8 guys. Could be an extra couple cans of ammo, a couple extra javelin cartridges, or extra MRE's.
It's probably that there is still not enough money to keep stability in the price. This is still a penny stock as of now. Trading on the OTC.
Shoot packs aren't an end product. They are sets of material to be shot at. It's not a backpack. Shoot pack isn't something that you get issued anywhere in the military. Google ballistic shoot pack and try to find a place that sells it. Doesn't exist. Don't kid yourself that we are that far along.
Yes it would. Because that would still just be for product to experiment with. It wouldn't be for producing an end product for standard issue to soldiers.
Once it is approved by the army and DOD all branches are authorized to contract with KBLB.
There isn't large money in this yet. 20 million shares at 10 cents is only 2 million. We don't have hedge funds or anything in this. It's still small traders. Possibly putting a lot of money into it. Hedge funds trade in tens of millions of not billions, not 50-100k
Substantial PR's happen on Tuesdays before market opening. Look back over the years.
I guess we have news tomorrow or see a correction this week back into the .07s
Don't risk a pull back. The army contract was for dragon silk and they probably have locked down the technology for a bit. We haven't heard anything about monster silk for the textile industry.
Much more thoughtful. Not just we're gonna make this commercial. There seemed to be communication of real planning. Likely the result of bringing Jon on board. Very excited to see it finally. Also a little dissapointed that I haven't been able to accumulate more in the penny range. Part of me is hoping people are still sketchy of penny stocks and won't jump for a little so I can get more sub .1
But that's just the value of replacing standard silk for clothing. There is no real easy way to tell what technical textiles would be worth because we don't know the extent of what spider silk can be used for. Just guesses.
Can it be used for blast proofing? Climbing rope? Sailboats? Concrete reinforcement for earthquake safety? Random household uses? All things that are unknowns at this point.
KBLB taught me to always Google companies with commercialization press. Haven't ever found much as most are venture backed now. But any smart investor is googling this and we are starting to see cash pouring in. Record volume says it all. It's only going to get better. This isn't some BS stock with a discovery in their own lab.
University backed. Department of defense validated as far as being legitimate. This ain't Set it and Forget it.
He did say in a conference call he is always open to mergers or acquisitions. But I don't see him selling it all and going in to work every day for someone. He has stated it is a genetic engineering company not a spider silk company. There must be other uses in his head for this technology and he already has the relationships. I'm glad Jon is on to bring spider silk into commercial sales but I think there is a bigger picture for where he wants to take the company. This has been Kim's baby for close to a decade. If he sold what would he do? Go into work and build it into a vision for a conglomerate or buy a boat and pick up fishing? I don't see it happening.
Really pissed I didn't accumulate more. Oh well. Can't complain about being back in and up 60 percent.
It's always Tuesday's if it's significant news.
I'm fine if it takes a little longer for more info. Need to reload. Was out for a while pissing my money away having a kid.
But only one of them is giving them a finished product to test! The other is theoretical experimentation.
It's all promising. But it's still just one of the few checks in the positive column for a company that otherwise has had a lot of checks in the negative/ worry column. Plenty more room for dilution.
Hey guys looks like there is stuff to talk about. Good to be back!
Same thing, different day. Show me the money!
Exactly.
Because they have made no sales, they don't need to register for tax purposes. It would probably end up headquartered in Delaware at a PO box when that time comes anyway.
Decent site. Only been 9 months since I brought it up to Ben.
If only I wasn't reinvesting all my capital in my own company right now. .08's!?!?!?
I'm thinking, and sort of hoping we get it in a month. Kim moves too slow for us to have the last PR and something big within 3 weeks.
And they are shareholders. Kinda how warren buffet rolls. If you like it, but it. So this is an honest question. Are you still in college? Your demeanor just comes across that way.
Ok 48%. I'm sure he could befriend 2 people with a 1 percent stake
I'd say in 2 weeks we get we'd they have entered into partnership talks. Too quiet from corporate for all that is going in.
Jealous!
I just wish I had more money to buy more shares.
I'm super impressed by him. He has had gold for years and he has never been shortsighted. Patience is a virtue.
Uh basic fact arguments? KT has majority ownership. That isn't gonna change unless we partner with a Nasdaq listed company. Wait a minute, that's right we already did. And he still has a majority ownership. Paul Krugman is realist not a pessimist.
Yea because he is totally gonna dilute his bare majority ownership. Gonna go from 600 million shares to 6 billion. Watch out everybody!
I hope he is concerned enough to visit some of the factories and be sure the owners aren't the types that we just saw in the news.
Thanks for the info Red. I'm in the same boat. I know what this company is becoming. I don't need to try to convince people why this company has an incredible risk reward ratio. Get on the train cause its leaving the station. Why would Kim be holding off on a CC if there wasn't something significant in the works. I have faith. I hold the same class of shares as Sial, notre dame, and wyoming's endowment. They were the hands that fed him for years and still feed our dirt cheap research program. So I doubt he would bite it.
