This is basically best case scenario for Greystone.

Also, I just bought another bottle last week for a friend, and there seem to be some manufacturing improvements in the last few years. Although my old bottle is still working perfectly.
Yes, I agree. I just picked some up today because I don't see enough downside to negate the upside, it could double and still be underpriced. Also, he bought those 200,000 shares earlier in the year, he could continue buying to reduce the payout if they delay it.
Let me know what you think about SYEV, I also think LVWD is undervalued; profitable, trading under .5 to revs, doing business with companies like Walmart.
You can still PM me if you would like, I just have to respond here.
Zzzz SYEV… $0.595 A nice little base of consolidation here in the upper .50s in the last month. Next Q report in January, which should be a big one.
In reply to your PM yesterday, that big guy isn't me, but I have my eye on him. I don't have premium, and can't PM. Which is unfortunate, because it really causes problems when you can receive PMs.
I'm loving ARGL, though. You have a way with picks.
Also, have to say that I think SYEV's rally isn't over, things are a lot different than a few years ago. Q3 should be big, they already had 1.6 million in orders halfway through the quarter. Their Asian expansion just started this year, and this quarter will be the first revenue we see of that. New products and new markets. This is my long term hold, as I actually use the products of this company.
GLGI is falling on impatience, from an already low PPS. Management is trying to take it private, but it may fall through. Either way, I think if it falls any more it is a no brainer. It is trading under a 4 multiple of just the last 2 quarter earnings.
Just sharing my thoughts.

Yes, there has been some serious buying in the last few weeks in the mid .50s. Good consolidation, like I thought there would be. You can't move straight vertical forever, it's healthy to move sideways and form a new base after a big run. I think we will see at least .70 before the next quarter, which should be a great one.
I'm hoping for an update on the Asian efforts.
Probably profit takers, this would be around 100% in these few months.
Nov video:
Man, by the numbers even $1.00 would be undervalued. Great operating income this quarter.
Wish I would have jumped in deeper with you on this one, all it will take is more eyes on it.
Is anyone still here? Great 10Q today, back to profit. I wonder if those huge sellers are regretting giving their shares to the insider this week.
I'm not saying that you should be happy with where it is at, or what has happened, but there have been multiple jumps to the .20s to take some 100% profits, and dips to mid .0s for buying opportunities, if you stuck with it. If you just want a long term hold then you have a chance to buy cheaper shares now, when 1 single quarter outperformed the entirety of 2009, and along with a more developed company with a wider product catalog.
But I do understand, and I'm sorry to sound like rhetoric. It is what it is. There are "companies" trading 10x this market cap which are less valuable. The pps doesn't reflect the improved position of the company in the 4 years, but that just means undervalued imo.
In any case, I don't even own all that much, so it doesn't mean much for me to pump. But from 10,000 feet where Q2Q isn't as important as the big picture, it doesn't seem as bad as some of you guys make it seem. I understand the disappointment, though.
Between 4 years ago and now, this was a fantastic investment. Obviously with any of these stocks you have to trade out profits, but if you feel good about the long term of the company, you stay long.
And take a look at the last 4 years of financials. It's a bargain to buy the stock back down at this price with the change in the last few years. From consistent net losses to some relatively consistent profit. To buy a company at the same price when it is profitable compared to when it had never turned a profit? Seems like a good deal.
Everyone bailed out of SYEV after a couple low sales quarters last year.
Not at all, I just feel like the board has been disproportionately pessimistic. But yes, this quarter was pretty disappointing.
Realistically, though, this will just bounce around here until some big sales happen. Which seem to be inevitable in the long run, and my point was that the company isn't in immediate danger, hemorrhaging money, which honestly, most companies that get a lot of hype, are.
The disappointment is obvious, its ones and zeroes, but I look at the company.
Of course I could be wrong about the long term prospects, as well, but I anticipated a drop today, and I expect it to hover back here for a while again, until something else moves it.
I'm sorry to those who have been in this for years and have been disappointed. Especially those whose basis is much higher. Not trying to pump at all, but this board is one of the more depressing I've been on. If you own a company, I feel like you might as well look at things positively and constructively.
If I felt completely negative, I wouldn't hold shares at any price.
In danger of insolvency, which most stocks on these boards are.
In any case, yes this quarter was disappointing.
Well there we go, are people not so panicked about losing the ebay revenue, now? Barely even noticeable.
And net income is only lower because they are investing and expanding (i.e. all the hiring)
And how about 5 million in cash?
Should see a pop here!
Exactly, how much does a few hundred thousand dollars variation in sales matter in the big picture? It just seems significant because of how low sales are in general, but it doesn't put CTDH in any danger, it just isn't ideal.
Perfect response.
Well at least if the property sells, we will have over 1 million in cash.
Not everything is downside here:
10Q is out, sales were down around last year this quarter. Guess it's time to wait until next quarter.
Hoped for better numbers, and some net income, but I figured sales would be lumpy.
It seems like salary expenses are up this year, they've probably hired more people.
GAMR - insider keeps buying shares around this price, around 1 million bought now in the last few months. They announce earnings tomorrow after market close.
So I came across Seychelle Asia.
Here is Seychelle Hong Kong- http://www.seychelle-hk.com
A lot of stuff in there that I haven't seen before. Look at that awesome new multicolored bottle design. How sweet is that? There is even more lab tests available on this website than there is on the main one, although I haven't been too deep in the US site since they overhauled it.
Here is the "Seychelle East" Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/seychelleast
How about that poster! lol I can't tell completely what is going on, are the Seychelle bottles going to be in some sort of movie? Can anyone read that? Slightly confused, but there is stuff on there that I haven't seen yet either. I think that shower head is an example of the new retail packaging that was mentioned a few PRs ago. And I guess shipments are coming in from the US right now.
There are tons of photos on that page, pretty cool to look through them, it's one of the biggest peeks we have had into business activity. There is Carl making those deals over in Hong Kong.
The big thing is that Facebook started activity at the end of last year. It hasn't even been a year of operation yet, and the posts begin with "business planning." It looks like that is just ramping up.

SYEV.. $0.5648 Quite the volume today, someone bought some large chunks.
I think it was most likely the people who were just looking for a pop from Twitter's IPO bailing out last week. Which is funny, unless there was some public mention of the correlation, we weren't going to see it happen.
Also, people seem to be pessimistic about this next Q report, which seems to be priced into the stock. If it is even decent, we should see .30, I'd say.
JGPK just posted another good quarter, growth across the board. Online retail, so this next quarter should be big.
Heh, it is amazing, isn't it? I had an idea for a marketing slogan for them to use, which really exemplifies how I feel going camping with the bottles:
"Drink the World"
And then show people drinking all sorts of famous water sources. Both regular and incredibly dirty sources.
It was such an amazing experience, the first time I didn't have to use Iodine tablets. Dipping the bottle into Lake Superior and tasting it straight from the source. What a rush.
Someone bought a good chunk today at .57, any of you guys?
Great company, always on the down low.
Revenue, net income up again. Another great quarter. I've been long for a few months, jealous of how early you were in this.
Haha wow, I wasn't actually telling you to do it, but awesome! I really hope you were using the advanced filter and not the standard filter; there is a difference.
But I used the standard filter accidentally once in some rough areas and was perfectly find, too. Seychelle is amazing. I can't private message, but I'd be interested in posting them somehow.
Nice catch, did you grab those 100k shares?
Did you just have this one on watch?
Hahaha, in all honesty, that is the marketing strategy I want to see!
OTC stocks are currently halted, I don't think any quoting or L2 is correct.
Wow, nice find. They are serious about expanding into China, which in my opinion will be a goldmine. You can't drink tap water in China. But you would with a Seychelle filter!
That is exciting, we will be a much larger company in the near future. I wonder what kind of partnerships Carl is trying to set up in China.
Some more healthy consolidation around these levels. We probably will see some sideways movement for a little while before another leg up. I'd say the next rally will probably be leading up to next Q report, if we don't get news before then.
That makes a lot of sense, thanks for the response. I like to see a message board with thoughtful investors.
All things considered, It seems to be discounted enough at this level, and if the split doesn't occur, the questions seem to have some reasonable answers.
And despite the current limbo shareholders seem to be in, it is surprising that there was zero reaction to this past quarter. Highest earnings quarter of all time, highest cash of all time, lowest debt, lowest shareholder deficit. Two more quarters like this would make trailing PE 2.
The product seems solid for growth in a continuously more environmentally conscious world, and working with MillerCoors for a decade is quite an accomplishment for establishing legitimacy. It only takes a couple more large companies to follow suit, and this is a 100 million dollar company.
its a very interesting stock, I'm glad I came across it. I've bought some over the past week, hopefully we get some good updates soon about the split. I think I might be rooting for them to cancel it...
Any thought to why the PPS would hover around a 20% discount to split value, at the same time as being only 4x to EPS of just the last 2 quarters?
Greystone seems to be doing a tremendous job over the last year, it's no wonder insiders want to own it themselves. I don't understand why it's not closer to .50, though.
Thanks, yep I agree with you. Any way you slice it, it seems like shares are undervalued. Why would they hover at a 25% discount to split value while 4x the EPS from just the last 2 quarters?
Hey otc, I was wondering what you thought about GLGI.
The company is doing extremely well, but they are looking to go private soon by having an interesting reverse split to try to reduce shareholders. They want a 1-10,000 and pay cash of .50/share to those holding under 10k. There is a bit of a question of where they are going to get the cash.
If it were staying public, obviously it would be pretty undervalued by recent quarter performance. Is there any reason to not own at least a few thousand shares at this level, though?
Whew, anyone on here just buy that 100k block?
