i had some idiot from their company try to sell me shares at $0.50/share about 3 months ago when the stock was around $1-4/share.. i emailed them and left my number so, im assuming that's how he got my number.. anyway, felt like i was trying to be sold like in that movie "boiler room." i didn't buy any because i said to the guy that the company hasn't proven anything so therefore why would i buy more.. there's some much false information even on their investor relations, no 8K's regarding all these latest PR's agreements.. all BS and i can't get a straight answer.. i contacted Tulare and withint their email response, the guy said "Except for the trailer and sign, no activity has occurred since the lease was signed in April 2012. I sense that the project is in the funding stage."

that qoute was from Tulare public works director on october 11, 2013.

fortunately, i only have $500 invested which is way too much but now my value is $3.39.. awesome..

sounds like CERP should put that in a PR.. oh wait, they tried that and we've been negative everyday..

yea....another toxic penny stock. it's ashame because companies like this do have the right product idea about "caring" about the environment. i wish we had a management team committed to cleaning up the environment and balancing the books rather than just focusing on the fact that environmental products are making money these days.. if we had a new mindset, i think the PPS would follow. it's a fact that companies with high-rated workplace cultures do well.

look at all of the board members, Scheer has somewhat of a sceince background but pretty clueless about how to run a company. i don't agree with the CEO and the chairman on the baord.. doesn't make sense.. the remaining board members all have a banking background in some way..

it's pretty obvious they're just taking advantage of a hot market and can get away with it in penny land..

i bought this stock around 3 cents and im holding.. i'd like to get out because ever since buying, it's been diluted to these levels. i check it everyday and it amazes me how slowly it had has gone from .03....025...0.22....02....019.....018.....etc.. now to 0.013 level.. it's rediculous how this company still sends the fluff PR's to gain false confidences to new or existing shareholders to keep having faith..

i do think this company is one of the future and love the product. it would be nice to trim the fat because they have a lot of board members and a CEO who can receive payments in advance yet dilute the stock.. management needs to go..

is there a reason for this dilution? CD conversions?

I've seen multiple people post conversations they've had and emails received from PVSP management.. maybe i'm not emailing the right person or they never get to Paul or Mark but i've emailed them about 5-6 times with no responses.

is that where our marketing funds are going? haha.. i could of paid her $20 bucks to do that hopefully they didn't pay anymore..

heard that.. time for this sucker to go north.. i feel like this company is the mobile version of vonage.. look at them, if this company gets their act together, i dont see why we could be around a few dollars a share.

this just sucks.. too many games being played.. why can't we see a healthy stock for once.. soo frustrating bc this company does have potential, more than any penny i know of at the moment.

i saw someone post earlier that this is their last penny play.. as i posted earlier today, this is definitely my last penny play..tired of the games, relying on PR's and 8K, 10Q's to get the stock moving.

with that said, im holding long.. hopefully this will be worth the wait.

i hope this stock does well because i'll admit, this is going to be my last penny stock play forever.. i've only done these stocks for a couple years now and im probably at even (without looking at my numbers) so, im hoping this will push me forward.. im holding my long position with my 265K shares which is plenty considering the company has made a lot of progress however the stock price hasn't caught up yet.

anyway, just tired of the games.. i've missed some good opportunities with real companies on bigger exchanges because i've had money tied up in a couple penny stocks.. no more.. once i move the remaining, this will be my last play..

also, i know VOX is partnered with LightSquared but i don't know where that company stands.. i remember a while back, i posted a link regarding some legal issues with lightsquared because i think one of the major TV companies tried to buy lightsquared.. i forget the details but my point is, whenever lightsquared gets their act together and starts offering service, i think VOX could use that as a revenue stream too.

if all that happend and they used VOX as their app, what would our stock look like?

i wish i had funds available, i'd buy more of this.. my previous two buys came at .0030 and another at .0023.. i dont want to average up but i think 0.0031/2 is going to be the bottom for this stock.. there might be time it'll go below .003 but only for a second.

interesting.. i just saw that 10K at .0031 as well but i dont have a L2... funny, how they're baiting someone for $31.. so rediculous, who would buy $31 of stock when it cost $7-10 in fees per transaction.

yea, i was thinking the same thing however 4 positives to take away from these results;

1. net income was decent considering there wasn't any diluted shares (unless im reading this wrong).

"Net income for the nine months ended August 31, 2013 was $1,314,548, or $0.00 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net income of $3,605,697, or $0.03 per basic and $0.02 per diluted share, for the nine months ended August 31, 2012."

2. net loss dropped by $218,116, so we're heading in the right direction and again, no shares diluted.

"Net loss for the quarter ended August 31, 2013 was $(561,685), or $0.00 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $(779,801), or $0.00 per basic and diluted share in the third quarter of 2012."

3. marketing success

4. generating phone numbers - i didn't know this was an issue in the Voip communications but it appears we're ahead of the competition.. im guessing with companies like Vonage you need to have a landline?

when is the 3rd quarter filings due again? i think it will be next week or at least that's when they filed last year, 10/22 i think.

i just saw a commercial for vonage with that harry scumbag who is insulting to homeless people. anyway, they promote unlimited international calling for $9.99 month but the fine print at the bottom of the screen says, that rate applies for 3 months then goes to $25 month with a 1 yr contract. haha. such a crappy offer, i wish vox would advertise directly against vonage bc vox rates r so much better. most people sign up for these international rates for 1 country not to call several. so if im from china, i dont want to pay $30 for every country, id rather pay $10 for only calling china or isreal. or mexico.
