"ICOs delivered at least 3.5x more capital to blockchain startups than VC since 2017"
https://www.yahoo.com/tech/icos-delivered-least-3-5x-190009876.html
Agreed. As much as the lul in news has hurt the day traders. It's given longs late to the game a chance to acquire cheap shares here. My friend just made a starter position last week. My girlfriend made an account this weekend to buy this among a few others in the sector... Another buddy of mine heard about a few of us getting invested and is making an account this week... Oh, and another friend whose a travelling poker dealer is getting in next month. Not all of this money will flow to TXTM but it speaks to the general trend.
Your average, everyday people are starting to get involved in marijuana in a big way. As a group of individuals we came up with a plan to deposit and invest money at least = to our recreational spending habits. Which basically means. If we go out and blow $100 on beers at a music concert. Well than that corresponds with $100 into the stock account to buy marijuana stocks.
This is a long term game with lots of long term players. TXTM could be a story and that's it. A brilliant scam that fades into the oblivion. Or, you could have the first major player in SA with assets that could unlock significant value when turned from tea to marijuana.
If this company came out with and said we are trying something new with marijuana that has never been tested. I'd be more worried. But the novelty of the idea (THC-A/B precursors) combined with land assets makes a lot of sense why ANY company would want to explore marijuana over production of tea leaves! This one is special folks. Take a peak at the advisors and realize a successful CBD backed ICO could excite the crypto currency / marijuana markets. The marijuana markets that just happen to be trending towards hyper focusing on CBD.
When this CBD backed ICO comes out and has "big players" like that of Canopy Growth... You can expect to see a huge price shift as this moves from speculation to hyper growth. This all makes so much sense. It's either the most brilliant scam, or one of the most undervalued pennies on the OTC.
Remember a CBD backed ICO is a widely legal and will be accepted worldwide long before THC will gain acceptance. This Phytocoin ICO could be something huge with proper execution. Perhaps the stealth mode gained more significance in the past few weeks due to new developments?
I am happy we are not getting a rushed, poorly thought product. As hard as it is to wait through missed deadlines. It could be they are really getting attention and the advisors had some great ideas, or business partners they wanted to extend this idea to.
It will be exciting to see whats been going on the past few weeks. That's for sure!
Read a new article suggesting CBD in canada is the next big trend. CBD was a big trend before reefer madness. It was broadly sold for a wide variety of ailments. CBD is the nectar of the marijuana plant. CBD is the subsector of the larger marijuana sector to focus on.
Is a reason you have advisors on the growspot team who constantly push the growprocess agenda on twitter! With advisors from Canopy growth on board you can speculate that maybe Canopy through its acquisitions would want to take part using the blockchain for seed to sale management.
Canopy has shown it's willing to go after the nuts and bolts making a recent acquisition of a cannabis digester company making products to dispose of plant waste after production. If Growprocess ends up with a executive from Canopy advising them it would drive a massive amount of money here.
If this ICO is legit and TXTM's ability to get into SA is believed by Canopy.... Why wouldn't they want to partner with what could become a large player in the South Africa CBD market?
Things make sense. It's a long and slow process. Hold tight and do your research! This could be a 100x bag in the next year easy if the ICO goes well and certain business relationships are established along the way. 100x from here makes the company about 400-500 million valuation. For a novel CBD company with such a large footprint in a exciting new industry... I think that is attainable.
GL all!

South Africa CBD Marijuana Sector News
"We are encouraged by the evolving regulations pertaining to cannabis in South Africa and around the world and are pleased to make our pharmaceutical-grade products available to qualified patients in need in throughout the country.”"
https://www.straight.com/cannabis/1038531/tilray-begins-exporting-medicinal-cannabis-extract-south-africa-taking-bc-marijuana
Things are ramping up in South Africa. Won't be long until they get their own production going from within South Africa. Think i've heard of a company that is positioned pretty well to get that license. ;)
Friend of mine took a starter position here yesterday. He's up 25% already. lol. The dip is treating some people well! Would be nice to see some updates soon. February came and went. Let's get back to biz
Let's say the growspot team which has leaders from Canopy Growth on it's advisory board wanted to explore the blockchain? Would TXTM be a good company to partner with in this strategic endeavor? You can see Canopy making recent acquisitions of a marijuana waste product disposal system. Companies are starting to grow and team with others to accelerate the growth curve and maximize profits.
A blockchain solution will be used throughout the industry. If the growprocess team has ties with the team leading the growspot company then we haven't even begun to see what's coming. Having ties with higher ups at Canopy could mean big things for the future. I'm even familiar with another name on that team from a past investment maybe 10-15 years ago. Nick Brusatore was involved in a vertical farming company. I haven't heard his name in a while but I know this guy has experience on the grow side and must have close ties with some big names in the marijuana industry. He is another advisor on that team to be keep an eye on. In the past the company I followed didn't have much success. But his drive to push into new industries was something that could benefit a marijuana industry as it pushes towards normalization/legalization.
Post whatever you like. I just want to make sure the board understands the difference between South Africa and Lesotho. People are claiming South Africa has already distributed licences to a public company 6 months ago. This is false and misleading. Lesotho has it's own government and laws. In no way do their laws effect what's going on in the South African government.
It is encouraging though when you look at what Lesotho is doing. Won't be long before South Africa starts introducing it's own public licenses and if TXTM has positioned itself right. Should be in line for one of the first, if not the first license. That line comes from the last formal company PR. Things are looking fine here. The next few months will be exciting with the company / sector news we can expect throughout 2018 and beyond.
Lesotho is NOT South Africa. NO SOUTH AFRICAN LICENSES HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO A PUBLIC COMPANY.
Lesotho is its own landlocked country within South Africa. Big difference....
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lesotho
TXTM may very well be the first to jump through the regulations set out by the South African gov. The fact Lesotho has taken steps towards legalization and granted licenses for medical purposes should be encouraging.
"Good news on cannabis for South Africa research"
http://www.weedworldmagazine.org/2018/02/19/good-news-on-cannabis-for-south-africa-research/
They aren't changing the whole government. And the new president is focused on the economy as a businessman. It is the ANC party in control. What better way to jump start the economy and get the country behind him than to stop a largely unpopular war against marijuana that mainly effects the poorest citizens in South Africa. And bring the country up by providing new jobs in high (no pun intended) paying industries.
May we experience some delays from this? Sure. Could it speed things up? It's a possibility. The future may look even brighter now with a new business minded president in play who is focused on the economy.
As the disgraced ex CEO. Perhaps they bred a culture of inability to produce on deadlines? lol.
Crazy part is that is the best picture he could find! When you look like that one thing is sure. Women aren't taking up your spare time!
That's a lot of failure for 1 man in 1 lifetime. /sad

My question is how many did he get disgracefully fired from? We know the Echo Matrix thing didn't work out very well. Looks like he took a shot and failed at a wide variety of endeavors.
Wow. Now to put a face to the fraudster... That makes a lot more sense. Dude looks like a pedophile.
Disappointing isn't it? The company could have done without making forward looking statements they can't complete. Whats troubling is this isn't the first time TXTM has. And when the merger = much of the same then it's worrisome to a certain extent.
On the other hand they didn't fluff up a PR, or delete the message. They are working on it with some delays is my expectation. No reason to panic. But certainly starting/adding to a position here can be considered risky taking all into account when we do not know the last 3 weeks of behind the scenes. This is why the price is going down. New investors just see trolls talking to trolls here. No new information, or research from the investor side. Incompetence or ignorance on the management side as to the timing of the releases which they create their own timeline for. SMH
Would be nice to talk about business developments again at some point. Until then just let the kids waste their time.
Good news is we are about halfway to the planned ICO start at this time! Bad news is they still haven't posted the update they intended to weeks ago.
Another week... Okay. But at some point soon things need to happen. Visually it looks bad when they stop communicating after they make forward looking statements and then fail to meet them! The twitter account of growprocess has ceased to do anything since late Jan. One can only hope they are working hard behind the scenes... Really hard to tell when they say get ready for an update and then miss the ball week after week!
On a positive note the marijuana / blockchain sectors are stabilizing and looking to bring on the next wave of longer term traders. Perhaps this delay and the timing will be a blessing somehow as the markets are gearing back up. Where as a week or 2 ago bitcoin (crypto) was getting hit hard. The impact of positive crypto news wouldn't have been received as well as if the bitcoin markets are trending up and significant crypto development news comes out.
Lets go ya bums! Stop with amateur hour and meet the most basic of tasks! Thanks. Another week of waiting (not adding anymore until update).
Let's have a better week this week eh? Hope everyone had a good weekend!
Good point. I'm hopeful things are on track and just taking time. Optics are just bad. Gives the bears something to run with.
Part 2 by Friday... lol. Now Matt the CEO of growprocess looks like a guy who over promises and under delivers. The market has seen enough of those people. Thought he was diff. Oops
People trickle out as they deem the management incapable of delivering on even the most simple promises. This is a stock with it's price predicated on faith and future developments. So dumb to stick your foot in your own mouth.
Frustrated by the companies judgement and silence on the matter following forward looking statements that failed to be met. How can new investors trust the big things when part 2 of a video explaining the ICO was to much? This next PR better bring everything together and blow people out of the water. This is unacceptable!
People can't sell enough shares while we are waiting for "news". Interesting.
What the hell is the company doing making statements that things are moving along and here is a date to expect.. and then fail.. and fail again. It better be good.
It's annoying they couldn't give the 279 viewers of part 1 a part 2 on time. Or say you will close the transaction within a week, and then fail to. Market is not liking it.. Nobody is. Oh well. This is why you stay diversified. No matter how good ideas are. If the company cannot even execute a part 2 introduction video them FML. We aren't going to ever get the big things. Dumb. Frustrated. Time to take a break. This is when the company knows people are getting fed up so prob time for a fluff pr... grr, lol.
Loading marijuana stocks to the gills and this one has a lot of potential. Unfortunately no new cash from me until a string of successes from management. The lack of ability to follow through on such definitive statements is troubling. I've been dripping money into my account for a while now and all the new cash was going here until they put out stupid forward looking statements and then fail to meet them so soon into it's merger with growprocess. Is everyone incapable with this project? Not looking good for the European grow op to come on time when they can't put out part 2!! omg, this better be a huge update coming or the market will never gain trust with this company as evidenced by the stock price, for such a large opportunity.
I've been in an ICO that was slow to start based on new advisers schedule... But to not communicate this?? C'mon guys. No wonder the company is a 4 mil valuation. Come through big for once and make people believers again. The market is fading any rally because they have to many hesitations based on risk / reward. The market is clear as day. If people 100% trusted management at this point the company would be 10x higher or more IMHO. Soon as management stops making promises they don't keep things will get better. Really need a big PR the longer this goes. Anything underwhelming will not sit well with the market after such a delay.
I still have hope going through many ICO's in the past that these things just have lots of moving parts and things come up prior to release that need to be clearly defined for the market going forward. White papers are not easy to make and take lots of thought. I bet you the advisers are interested to see the white paper before they attach names to it and that is IMO why the delay has happened. But who knows. The silence after saying updates are coming, and closings are happening suggests something big, or something bad has happened. Fool me once.... shame on me... Fool me twice!!!! lol.
Just get the updates out man. Nothing is more annoying than self imposing deadlines and missing. That is why the stock can't get out of it's own way right now. The market needs the clarity to move forward!
GL all
Spring is when they said a lot of the activity would start.
But lets not get to ahead of ourselves just yet. TXTM said they wanted to close this transaction soon. Growprocess CEO said he hoped it to be within a week about 2 weeks ago.
Not good in the markets eye to make promises you don't keep. At least TXTM didn't make the mistake of putting a tentative date for closing the transaction.
If things are still going to plan and the deal closes this week then the timing of events suggests spring is when the European operation should pickup through it's production facility / ICO. SA license is more of a waiting game. Could be days, weeks, months, years, or never that the license is granted taking account all possibilities. I want to be optimistic about gaining the SA license prior to having a working blockchain platform with phytocoin. But I don't think we'll gain a license before the blockchain is working if it's required by the South African government. Knowing how long working viable ICOs take to get from idea - product it could be another considerable period of time if that is so. Being a marijuana investor in the long term should reap rewards here. But I feel like the nature of the game at hand will have TXTM investors waiting for much of the next year while things are lined up to present great growth opportunity going forward.
The board has become toxic enough and with the nature of waiting for licenses, ect. Isn't much new to really say. The DD is out there. Once things start moving faster and the ICO is in the funding round things will pickup quite a bit I have a feeling.

Peter Thiel BLOCKCHAIN INVESTMENT

https://seekingalpha.com/article/4135854-peter-thiel-revealed-invested-bitcoin-last-year-bitcoins-reaction-means-news
One of the most visionary investors of our generation Peter Thiel has been making a lot of moves in the marijuana / blockchain space lately. And where Peter Thiel puts his money is where a lot of subsequent money tends to pour in.
So chill out and accumulate the sectors! If you can find companies where synergies make sense like TXTM then it's even better IMO. Currently it's going through waves and churning some early short term traders. Longs are gaining shares and names are starting to enter the space with funds that are growing in size. Look to April / July as the next MAJOR sector catalysts and use the Feb - March lul to accumulate before the trend resumes by April with all the speculation of 4/20 news and 6 weeks later Canada full legalization.
dbl post... blah blah. Done playing with the kids today. A bit overdue for an update regarding growprocess. Let's get it!
Super best friends with him? Personal vendettas played out over 5 years on a penny stock message board. Must be a special little guy!
Now that is sad.
Hard to wrap your head around trolling a stock for 5 years without any incentive. I'm still trying to figure out what would make someone spend so many years on a penny stock forum without financial motivation. Kinda feel bad for ya.
Things that make you go hmm.
Desperation to make the stock price go down.
What most people don't realize until that PR hits is that the ICO fully funds production of the CBD product itself. Expect to give up some value for initial investors. At some point in the funding of the ICO the team will take a portion for development. The goal of ICO is to obtain funding. The best way to be funded is to be heard and seen.
Just wait until things really heat up here. This one has winner all over it IMO.
How do you initially obtain 10 USD million selling CBD oil backed assets? (with the ability to produce and sell more tokens into the market)
IMO the ICO structure will sell an extra amount of CBD tokens to early investors to give them incentive to purchase early a asset that will carry a 1:1 weight once the platform is launched.
People choosing to speculate on Phytocoins would receive a bonus in the range of 10-25%. Lets say growprocess puts a 4 tiered price point on this ICO. Purchasers would get a 25% increase in CBD tokens for the pre-sale round of the ICO. Tier 2 would get 20%, 3/15% and the last tier could give a 10% bonus!
This is how ICO's attract value. In a technology asset backed platform where much of the risk of your asset is taken out by backing your investment with CBD instead of speculation. It really makes it stand out in the world of ICO's where you have taken out a large portion of the risk with the speculation that comes with every ICO.
I can tell you if they give a solid base for your investment in which the coin will likely not go below. I feel as though a lot of people are missing that the price of a CBD token, with the ease of worldwide distribution through a safe blockchain ledger with a unique pharma backed CBD with thc-a/b precursors... Could actually attain a higher price than the underlying CBD asset and be treated as a premium futures contract of sorts. It's beautiful to think of the upside here. Literally is no reason a CBD backed asset on the blockchain couldn't make it's way to the CBOE with bitcoin and other blockchain contracts. That would provide the first legal way to trade CBD contracts (marijuana) anywhere. Let alone CBD is the hottest sector within the broader marijuana sector right now.
Budbo marijuana ICO is about to go level 4 with levels 1 ($0.20), 2 ($0.25), 3 ($0.28) about to go fully funded. That's over $12 million USD raised in the 1 ICO i'm currently participating in.
Loving the chance to own not only some phytocoin in time. But the chance to own the team behind the coin in a unique situation such as a CBD backed currency. Really presents a unique opportunity. Where budbo will then sell future tokens into the market backed by speculation that current investors will have to absorb... TXTM will be able to issue / buy back tokens as asset backed currencies are as fluid as the underlying asset.
As a company TXTM can change the amount of currency in the ecosystem based on demand and a number of other factors. They can adjust the needle up or down which is another reason asset backed currencies are far superior as a technology medium to a company looking to avoid the risk of holding a technology backed by a speculative currency.
Anyways. Budbo is going to be worth about 50 mil coming out of its ICO. If anyone is going to buy it use my referral!! I'd get like 5% of the purchase if you do! Thanks
Let's get it! i'm in this to see the development through if the company can show some strings of successful execution. The blockchain + unique angle of the medicinal side of things could make this one interesting longer term.
Interested to see in this upcoming PR the finalized deal PLPL giving up 35% of its 65% interest in the company in a non dilutive manner. That would be really exciting.
PLPL is taking the caculated risk that 30% of a combined TXTM + growprocess is greater than the value they place on 65% of TXTM without it.
Shows there is some meat on this transaction the market isn't figuring out yet I thinks.
News does have a tendency to come on Thursdays. Would be nice to see something soon after they mentioned it was coming.
Took a few at 12. Why not. Timing was a little late on that depo but i'm not going to be greedy!
The delay in the PR is due to all the moving parts coming together so quick. PLPL is giving up 35% of the 65% stake once growprocess meets the incentives in the agreement.
Non dilutive acquisition is going to excite the market. Looking forward to the wave of new money coming. Will bull these fudsters over.
Keep up the good fight. If you think you are here to save the world then good for you. Feel like you could find more egregious things to point out with other companies if your goal was to save other investors money like the guise you are assuming today.
But for some reason you have an unhealthy obsession here. The agenda has become obvious, and the childish behaviour is questionable. GL with the FUD
In July the government officials visited the facility and asked for 3 things. That is why the needle moved. Since then they have hired a Medical professional to oversee the operation and are creating the seed to sale management system through a blockchain ledger to secure the product pipeline and put themselves in compliance with the government. Personally I see the high barrier to entry being set up as a great way to weed out the bad players and give SA medical marijuana a foundation to grow a worldwide brand built and quality and high standards.
Now. Is it good to make statements and not deliver on self imposed deadlines? No. But you also know full well things aren't as black and white as you paint them. You try and create FUD. Spending lots of your human hours on this earth to do so.
