Thank you Sir.... Those who went to the OH are all telling the same story of a successful deom of the DViS. I wish I was there. I can see how it is hard to believe in something you have never seen. After all, even GOD has the same problem.
The fact that many people at the open house are not friends or family of Dean's and not known to be liars speaks for itself. By the way, did Dean at least give you guys a nice lunch and some parting gifts for your trouble? LOL........
NAP, please tell us again exactly what you saw at the OH. I keep telling the story, but I wasn't at Dean's fantastic open house to see this scientific miracle, so I'm counting on you guys to set the doubters straight.
Did anyone record the session?
It would help out the new guys if they could have gone to the OH. Since that is past, the next best thing is to listen to someone's opinion who was there. The people who were not there can not provide competent testimonial to the operation of the DViS, plain and simple.
I would advise against listening to someone who did not see the DViS demo discuss its operation or lack thereof.
The biggest obstacle to the DViS is Dean's ego and working with a Government agency that is prone to red tape and changing rules. The consultants will point Dean in the right direction.
Witnessed by 70 people: YES
All were friends and family of Dean: NO
Everyone that asked to be invited was invited: YES
Those who went to the open house believe it works now: 100%
Those who dont think the DViS works went to the OH: 100%
I guess you didn't get the memo that live demos are not allowed at RSNA. That would be a waste of time to go there as the DViS at RSNA will not be live. It is better to go to the open house that was available to anyone that asked for an invite.
can you tell if the images where NOT diagnostically accceptable. Its unfortunate that you did not make it to the open house or your expertise would be helpful.
You know it will never go to 5 cents, $0.08 is the floor and the sky is the limit. .08 has been tested and proven. Your buy order at 5 cents will never get filled.
Those who dont believe should give it up. The DViS works. It has been proven in front of a live audience and it is just a matter of time before FDA approval. Its low radiation, portable, half the cost of traditional tanks and runs on standard A/C power. What else could anyone want.......
Dean and all his "bagholders" will be rich on the buyout.
Worked in a demo you didn't go to: YES
Witnessed by 70 people: YES
Does real time 3D imaging: YES
Thats where you are wrong. Financing is in place to keep IMGG running and they have the best chance now of FDA approval since the consultants are working to get it right.
How many times have I said Dean is not the best CEO and apparently doesn't know how to gubmit to the FDA. He has learned his lesson and has consultants to do this work now. The package will be in order and complete to the FDA's requirements.
Dean Janes:
Brilliant CEO - No
FDA Expert - No
Con Artist - No
Carnival Barker - Maybe
Member of Mensa - Yes
Likes to party - Yes
Brilliant inventor - Yes
DViS:
Built from cardboard and paper clips - No
Near real time 3D imaging - Yes
Works on household A/C current - Yes
Portable - Yes
Scientific breakthrough - Yes
That article explains a lot. The FDA is just your typical government agency that changes the rules along the way and stomps on innovation and creativity. You have to give credit to Imaging3 for their persistence through the years to work with the FDA and follow the ever changing rules for approval.
Go get 'em Dean. The device works as advertised and would be a huge benefit to the medical field once it gets approved. Get the FDA off their asses and get this thing approved!
.01 is your opinion. Apparently enough people disagree with you to put up a wall at .08.
Dr, The Dvis and its Real Time 3D technology abilities is for real! The FDA approval will take the 8 cent price tag, on it's way to $3. Why don't you believe all 70 people who attended the OH. You weren't there and didn't see the demo. I believe those who were there, not those who skipped the OH.
Wrong. Dean will not go for 50 cents a share. He is too greedy for that and it will take the heat off him if he gets more for the 'bag holders'
Dean is so close to approval, why would he sell for 50 cents now when he can sell for 3 dollars later. Its a lot more money for him and the "bag holders". I woiuld rather get the $3 per share later than 50 cents now.
You are not listening to those who actually saw it. Its unfortunate you couldn't make it to the open house to see the demo. The RSNA was not a good show for Dean. Maybe he will do better this year, he should take the real machine, not a plastic shell. Remember, I said many times, I'm not impressed by dean's ability as CEO. He has a fantastic product in the DViS, but does not know how to promote it properly and get it through FDA approval. That is where the consultants come in. the experts will take care of the details and Dean can put it all together.
By the way:
The DViS is real, it does near real time 3D!
Everyone at the Open House saw it work!
Financing is not a problem!
Dilution is not a problem!
Approval and buyout is on the way!
G-dog, I think we can trust the opinions of those who attended the OH as everyone has the same opinion. As we all know when you post on the discussion boards, there is a certain level of anonymity. You can never know who is really who and what they know for a fact and what is opinion. I trust those who took their own personal time and money as due diligence over those who just sit behind the keyboard and make up their own theories.
Everyone from the OH has the same opinion. How could they all be wrong. Real time 3D in a live demo with 70 people watching? I believe them over those who weren't there and say the DViS is all fake.
propaganda? Now that is a stretch. 70 people took time and their own money to go see this scientific miracle and thats the best you can come up with? So, you didn't attent and that makes it all hocus pocus? Many here would disagree.
Chevy, those who didn't ask or did not want to attend will use the excuse they were not invited. It was an open invite. How many times do we have to repeat ourselves. Everyone was invited, you just had to ask.
"If you don't ask, the answer will always be no!" The OH was an open invitation. You just had to tell them you were coming. Nobody was turned down.
"Shadow box"? I guess you didn't go to the open house to see the future in action. The DViS is a fully functional scientific miracle breakthrough that will change the history books for medicine!
Its the real deal!
Maybe Madtig could help here with some charts. As I understand it, if there is dilution will not hurt much based on the number of shares outstanding. The numbers were posted previously by another board member. I like the $3/1 year price target by lobcrab.
So, How is that .05 bet working out for you??? IMGG is up again today and it will never see .05.
Adrian, You have been calling for bankruptcy for the longest time, yet Dean has the financing he needs and a working device that is ready for FDA approval now that the consultants got him straightened out. The SP has been holding around .08 and shows no gigns of going down. Its just holding for new news.
Once Dean makes an announement, it will bounce right back up.
If you are waiting to buy ay .05, you will never get your chance.
NOT CLOAK AND DAGGER. Were you at the OH? You would be a believer if you were there. Perhaps you should ask anyone who was there what they say. Their posts are also in this forum for your convenience. They all gave glowing reviews of the DViS. Its just a formality now. Dean just needs to have all the T's crossed and I's dotted.
Kimble, you have been calling for .05 for about 6 months now and it hasn't even come close. It will more likely go to .10 or even .15 soon.
The DViS is real. The DViS works. Everyone that went to the OH saw it working. Nobody that went to the OH gave a negative review. You should have been there, your opinion would be different if you were there.
Dreams were answered for those who went to the OH. Sorry you choose to miss it, but that was your chance to see it and speak directly to Dean and have all your questions answered. You could have asked Dean why he wont show it on MTV. He can give you the answer. The fact is, everyone who went to the open house is now a believer in the DViS. Some of those who didn't go don't believe.
Kupta, remember, most of what is posted here are opinions and you can take that for what it is worth. Facts should also be checked and do all your Due Dilligence before investing. Never invest more than you can afford to loose.
Hi Kupta, welcome to the board. do your research and look outside this board as well. The discussion boards mostly containd opinions. There are some facts here and there, but you need to learn how to determine the difference between opinions and facts.
Based on what I have learned, I believe the DViS is real and works as advertised for near real time 3D imaging. I question the ability of the CEO, Dean Janes to lead the company based on his past performance, but it seems he may be getting his act together. He has consultants in place to assist with legal matters and FDA submittals. Those who attended the open house are ALL believers now after seeing the demo. Some of those who have not seen the demo question its mere existance.
Make your own opinion, but do your research before investing and only invest with money you can afford to loose. With that being said, I believe there is a huge upside to this penny stock.
Yes Chevy, the only people who do not think the DViS works as advertised are those who have not seen it. The OH was their chance to see the DViS and get all their questions answered. Those questions keep coming up here and only Dean can answer them. Unfortunately, he does not reply here anymore.
We all know MTV is not a good public forum. There has to be another cost effective way to publically demonstrate the DViS on a budget.
Box, I agree. Dean needs to have professionals certify the functionality and get more information out to the medical professionals. This thing could really take off. the problem is, none of us know if his hands are legally tied. He has a legal team advising him on what he can or cant do.
GDS, you could have gone to the OH. It was not just friends and family, but real investors and interested parties who just reserved their spot. Read the posts in this forun regarding the OH by those who attended. Some believed int he DViS before the show and some did not.
All who attended believe in the DViS now. What does that tell you? It tells me the DViS is real and it works as advertised.
Chevy, the contact of the SEC regarding IMGG and Dean Janes was made by Dr. Mugs as posted by her. Mugs has been in contact with the SEC, FDA, FBI and numerous other organizations regarding Dean's 'Scam' and the Imaging3 stock manipulation by Dean, his friends and family, the radiation exposure at the IMGG Open House and many more issues with the intention of protecting the potential bagholders like us since the DViS does not work and the concept is impossible to materialize. Perhaps Mugs can fill you in.
I have to agree with Loose Cannon on this one. The DViS is not a medical treatment of any kind, it is a diagnostic device used to aide in medical treatment(s). The device itself is not used a treatment any more than an X-Ray or MRI. So Loose Cannon is correct.
Tig, I accept your invitation. Unfortunately, I am required to hold any stock I buy for at least 30 days so I can not day trade like you.
The support at .08 was strong even before the OH and now I expect it to be even stronger. Do you think that will be the case? I am still underwater but hopeful that the FDA sees the DViS in its glowing light just as those at the OH did. As long as the consultants dot the i's and cross the t's, I don't see how it could fail.
Long and strong....... You know the rest.
Chevy, that statement is straight to the point. Yes, the device works, just ask anyone that was at the open house. End of argument.
Cp, I'm sure the VIP investors had or will have a private showing. They would not be at the same open house as the general public. More likely it would be a fancy black tie event help to a small audience of the privelidged few.
