How many processors do you think it will take to go cash flow positive?
With JB having 100 Million votes do you think the share count is going to go over 100 Million or stay under 100 Million shares? Currently around 72.5 Million shares and about to go cash flow positive.
Hence the super voting rights. This company is not going to get sold. :)
Winner's learn how to ignore dis-tractors. It takes away energy used to further develop the goals they want to accomplish. JB is going about his business.
The great thing about JBI is that the waste plastic stream is huge. It will keep them busy for decades. RKT can be first in line or not. So far the indications from RKT is that they want to be first in line.
I believe that The 100-1 voting rights on those shares are to prevent hostile take overs. This company is going to be extremely profitable. If RKT offered a shares swap of JBI shares of 1-1 (66) dollar buy out, I would vote to sell.
The great thing about shares is that investors can sell them when they want. I think it's pretty clear that JB does not want JBI sold. I wonder why that is?
Why the need to re-affirm? Rock Tenn RKT signed a 10 year contract with JBI. The individual sites that begin the roll out will be discussed in the conference calls. Remember, it is in RKT's best interest to turn the industrial waste plastic that the mills produce into profit for the bottom line.
You would think that JB could do a better job at selling shares. The A/S is 150 Million. Why such a small dilution? I will go with the assumption that JBI wants a low share structure so that anticipated earnings hit the bottom line in a bigger way.
Wow, an OTC company that expects to earn profit and cares about the shareholders. What a novel thought.
The company is within months or weeks of anticipated cash flow positive. There will be no death spiral financing here. Stay tuned.
How about the influx of plastic to the plant? Perhaps you think they are just cross docking the trailers and are shipping the waste plastic back out of the plant instead of emptying the trailers
Perhaps it's just a mistake. However, nice rally at the end of the day. Cheers, have a great weekend/ ALL. Looking forward to next week and a possible PR.
I thinks he uses his own algorithms and does not want to reveal the secret. Just like elcheepo used his proprietary charting tools is my guess.
I was sitting at 1.3 for 2500 shares. Even slapped the ask...nadda.
Looks like I need to raise my bid
Congrats. Starting to move now.
Yes, they are a retail broker as well. Number 33 is their code on the l2. Anyways very little action. I just reviewed the tape. Looks like the trade you referred to was 33 bought from 33 ( cross trade maybe). Regardless, nothing to get overly excited over.
It is an investment firm in Canada affectionally refered to as Canocrap. They were also part of the original venture financing of around 0.35 cents (around oct 2009 from memory so I may be wrong). They have been a long time holder of Natcore.
hey scion
5. The SEC assents to this Motion.
WHEREFORE, the Court should allow Defendants’ request for an extension of time until April 5, 2012 for JBI and Baldwin to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint.
Dated: February 1, 2012 Respectfully Submitted,
Have you got a copy of the amended complaint? Has it changed from the original complaint issued Jan 4, 2012. TIA
Regardless, 1.24 is way too cheap for JBII. For people who understand the value of disruptive technology, IMO this would be a table pounding buy today at 3.50.
Judging the options market on RKT. My assumption is that we get the first site up and running with media launch at that RKT site before April 21 2012. My guess is Solvay NY.

Article B by Kurt F ( Paper Prophet)
Which author was harassed for inaccuracies and which article produced the most volume?
Like I said if NSS occurs the answer will be found at the DTCC. By the way is the DTCC a government agency or a private company?
That's because it is illegal. How would honest investors know how organized illegal security crime works? However, I think most of us understand it is a known unknown.
If NSS occurs the DTCC is compliciant.
This assumption is based on what?
I know nothing about any security crime. However, I came in to help correct misinformation. Believe what you want. Invest or do not. Flip or do not.
Most brokers who nss never have to cover an otc stock since the company typically goes bankrupt. If JBI goes CFP it changes the dynamic of an otc equity. Instead of not having to cover ever, it becomes, let's cover at the lowest price possible and reduce our nss losses.
Big boys do not play the OTC. FYI
WoW. The brokerage firm holds shares for the customer in the brokers name. The brokerage firm is responsible to produce the shares that they hold for the customer. The individual share holder can request the share certificates to be physically delivered (for a fee). If the broker decides to nss multiple times the float the brokerage firm is still responsible to produce the shares.
If the brokerage firm becomes insolvent due to their risk management there is insurance. In Canada it is the CIPF. They insure up to 1 Million in your account. JBII is an eligible equity.
What you wrote sounds scary. I hope this helps.
The number one objective of the government in 2012 is to create employment. Anyone who thinks a division of the government is out to destroy a start up company is mistaken. Anyone who thinks that the sec will help destroy a soon to be profitable job creator will most likely experience their own type of disgorgement.
Got it. Keep some cash handy to pick up some cheapies after the next 10Q. Most, if not all realize that there will be little revenue shown.
I thought it was because the truckers slang term for diesel is "go juice".
Just juicin
Some unusual options activity in rock-tenn today. Over 2000 calls bought 21april12 at 70 strike. Interesting...maybe the roll out starts soon.
All the best.
I've got a 12.5 million NSS for JBII in my model. With the bear raid on the 4th costing 500k and are now "worse" off for it. Then again what do I know, these are just my approximations and of course just my opinion.
With all the attention from the good citizens trying to protect the shareholders of JBII:
I ask...What the problem is?
Anybody else get by-passed on the bid? I just got off the phone with my broker...excuse was MM discretion. I guess the MM's discretion is to try and create PANIC.
How were the computers locked and loaded yesterday with program trading to the tune of 800 000 plus shares in 25 minutes.
Wait that must have been retail dumping.
The prints have really slowed down. Lots of short covering first thing; slowly drifting higher. I think somebody brought a bazooka to this fight. Might be some truth in heavy money backers.
I read a couple of the messages in the 28 page report. Do you have any more Skype messages?
Once most of the naked shorts are covered the attempts at killing this company will diminish. Unfortunately, "they" made a bad decision and it's going to take time to resolve.
Yes, there was a mistake made wrt media credits. Yes, that mistake was corrected. This company will not die. The tech is too valuable.
Have you got a copy of John Skype logs...I would like to read them. Tia
JBII: Proof that bringing a disruptive technology to market disrupts the powers that be.
Question for SEC? Why not wait an extra 35 mins for the close?
Hummm.
I guess we will get a reshuffle of the long term shareholders as many sheepole exit. Owning this security has taught me so much and unfortunately, for American job seekers...ah well. Small business is not encouraged in America.
John take this company private your 3300 shareholders and interested partners will thank you.
Nicely played...but remember good always wins. This company takes waste plastic and turns it into spec fuel.
One final thing....
What the problem is? Media credits....we talkin media credits?
