Just goes to show how the market can be manipulated. Everybody practically was expecting the price to jump up on the news and yet we are still baffled as to how it could be pushed down so much. I know I am.

Sure would be nice if today was green. I am not selling and will hold out for the big $, but would sure give us all a bit of relief after the last few days of intense selling and carpet bombing.

Most investments are speculative to some degree. People are here looking to make life changing investments and so far this company looks like it might just do that. I have invested quite a bit of money into this speculation with the hope that this will be profitable for me in the long term. What investments that you know of are not speculative that could offer life changing opportunities?

That would be logical for them to do as it would be in their best interest to get the pps moving upwards so that they can list on the Nasdaq asap.

There sure are a lot of complainers on this board at the moment. I am sure the only ones complaining and behaving like retards are the ones who don't own any shares or very little. Some of us have substantial holdings and I for one am not selling.
If the ones complaining would just sell their $200 of shares and move on, it would make this board a bit better.

There is no sure way to find out at what price this will open at and at which position your friends will get filled. By the time their orders are filled it could be at $2 or $5, or even more depending on the number of low sellers there is? Is paying $5 a share something that they are open to?

Do you think that the news in the 8k has enough to influence a share price rise on Monday by itself?

Good Morning everyone! Could someone explain the point of the last news release, that the merger should be complete by the 16th May? What was the purpose? Why not just release the news when the merger is complete? Do they want to increase the share price gradually before the merger?

I know that there is concern out there regarding SNRS and I guess I should also be concerned about if this is a scam or not as I have $15 grand invested here. SNRS is one of my first stocks purchased on the pinks and have a question. The question is: if this is a scam, we have the names of the directors and associates, so cant they be charged with fraud? If the info / PR’s that they are releasing are all false, is this considered fraud and be punishable under law? I mean they are making so many published statements and if they are false and there are no products as they claim, is this not fraud? I am new to buying penny stocks and really don’t understand what it takes to list and trade on the pink sheets but there must be some security for investors if the companies that list are fraudulent?

Can someone explain to me how a registered company like SNRS is a scam as some on this forum claim? If this was a scam and snrs was posting news as facts about their product and it turned out that it was all a lie, would that not be considered fraud? And be punishable under US Law? If this is a scam and all the news is false, then can legal action be taken against the directors of the company?
I would just like to know if scams like this are legal to run?
